Great work, our Technician Gary has been to our home a few times and each time he has done great work. He is very professional, courteous, and friendly. This time it was just a furnace tuneup, and he did it very efficiently and informed me of the work he did. We have been using Teays Valley Service Experts for several years and have always had great service and response time. I have recommended them to several of my friends, so don’t hesitate to give them a call if you need heating-cooling work or a new system.

Nathan and Levi called when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They wore protectors over their shoes so our floors would stay clean. They were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable about our plumbing problem. We received our estimate within minutes and upon our approval, they began fixing the leak under our kitchen sink. The work was complete within a reasonable time and they checked their work to be sure there were no problems. They cleaned up after themselves which was a very nice touch. We're convinced that Teays Valley Service Experts are the folks to call when our plumbing and HVAC needs repairs. Very satisfied and highly recommend!!

We had a water issue in the house where the water was backing up into drain. Call to insured on Saturday and they were out here Monday morning. Luke was the lead employee and went above and beyond trying to find out where the issue was. Luke was able to find the issue after “snaking” drain and downstairs toilet and using camera and it was 120’ from the drain. Luke was able to pinpoint the clog. We did not have a clean out and he suggested a clean out to reach this problem and to help if future problems. They dug down almost 7’ to locate the pipe and installed a clean out and the clog was still there but not from clean out to house. Call to local public service district and they came and used hydro jet to get the clog removed in their end, which ended up being exactly where Luke stated it was, and underneath a city street. Would 100% use then again. They were professional and Luke went above and beyond in my opinion to help us locate and fix the issue. Great employee!!

Christmas Ehe came and we didn’t have any heat at all, not even our emergency heat would work. Teays Valley are my trusted HVAC team and this is why. Grant was very knowledgeable in his profession and knew what was wrong almost immediately. Whoever built our home didn’t install the thermostat correctly, and didn’t install a thermostat compatible with our unit at all. He was friendly and we talked almost the whole time. Austin was with him at the beginning. He’s an old friend from college and was very knowledgeable as well. I’m so thankful for this company and great workers they have. We have a 1 year old and I was very worried. I’d recommend them for anyone.

We had a sink completely backed up and wouldn’t drain at all. We tried to fix it ourselves and couldn’t get it done. Luke came out, diagnosed the issue, and step by step troubleshooted the problem. We had old galvanized pipes that connected to the main line that were completely blocked. He replaced the pipes same day, put everything back the way it was, and cleaned everything up. He really went the extra mile and we are extremely grateful. We would recommend Luke to anyone!

The air conditioner stopped working at my father’s home and he is 98 years old. I called around 7pm yesterday (06/23) and was promptly routed to Darius, a call center representative. He put in a notice to Teays Valley for priority service because of the excessive heat and my father’s age. Today (06/24) by 10:30 am, the outstanding service technician, Jeff, called to let us know he was on the way and he arrived by 10:45am. The air conditioner was promptly repaired and now is working great. Jeff stayed to ensure that it was providing the cooling appropriately. Not only is he an outstanding and knowledgeable representative for this company, but he also is very personable and nice. I highly recommend Jeff and this business. Their prompt and responsive service is much appreciated.

I had a leaky shower valve and they came out the next morning to repair it. Luke, the technician, was on time and professional. The problem has been solved and my tenant will be very pleased, as am I. A different technician, Drew, did the routine HVAC maintenance yesterday in two of my rental units and replaced the capacitor in one of the furnaces. He, too, was on time and professional. My husband & I came home late Friday night to find that our AC had gone out while we were at work. The upstairs got up to 80 degrees, and we were miserable. We put in a request with Teays Valley Heating & Cooling around midnight and got a call from Tyler first thing early Saturday morning. Tyler quickly determined what our problem was & how to fix it. He got us back up & running (and cooled off) within less than an hour, AND he signed us up for the Maintenance + membership so we can get regular tune-ups. Our heating & cooling system is old and will need replaced soon (which we’ve known for a couple of years). Tyler was kind enough to go ahead and talk us through some of the steps we can expect to take in the future when we’re ready to replace the system. When that day comes, we’ll definitely be going thru Teays Valley. Overall, we had a great experience - fast response time, fast fix, kind technician, and a good price.

When I discovered problems associated with my all electric heating and cooling system not being installed properly causing the duct work to break apart, leaving me with inadequate heat, and too many issues to mention, I called Teays Valley Heating and air conditioning. They checked out my system failures promptly the same day I called on 12/9/2021. Long story short: They checked everything, including my water heater issues. On Saturday, 12/11/2021, they arrived on time to install a new water heater, heating & cooling system, and replace the duct work. They worked all day until 7:00pm without stopping. Team Leader was "Wayne," who had two other technicians. Main person in charge was "Michael." I have never seen anyone work as hard as these men. Taking out the old broken materials before they could install new equipment. They all were friendly, courteous, and professional. They made sure all was installed to my satisfaction, & everything was working as it should. They hauled all the debris away, and cleaned up "Everything." I definitely highly recommend Teays Valley Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of these services. I look forward to working with them as they will maintain what they installed, changing filters draining sediment from water heater, plus more items under their "Advantage Plan!" Additional Review - Jeff came out to check to make sure our A/C unit was running up to par. With the excessive heat it seemed to be working harder and not as efficient as in the past. He had everything checked out in no time. Just the nature of an older unit in the high heat. Also having trouble with the unit when on generator power. After determining the A/C was fine, he recommended that I get in touch with my installer to have it looked at. Original Review - Woke up at 6:00 am to find that our gas furnace wasn't putting out heat. After checking the gas supply into our home using our gas cooktop (which was good), I decided to give these guys a call. My father has been using their service program for a few years and had just had them out to fix an issue he was having. I remembered when he was telling me about it that it was a 24/7 service. With that in mind a gave them a call and to my surprise they said they could have someone there by 8:00 am that day! They sent Mr. Eddie Donald to our home. He got here early, and had the problem assessed within about 15 minutes. Mr. Donald was very informative and took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I approved of his plan to fix the issue. After fixing the issue, Mr. Donald sat down with my wife and I to once again explain in detail each item that we were being charged and why. I called for service for my HVAC blower running continually. A second more serious issue was discovered, a faulty breaker to hp which had me running on emergency heat only. I had the breaker replaced by an electrician that same day which got the hp going again, but the fan was still running all the time. A second service call was made the following day and the cause found, and the service fee for the second visit was thankfully waived being for the same issue. Both visits were same day, on time and no hassle at all. The Technicians were polite, informative, and respectful of myself and my home. He quickly and efficiently informed me of the cause of the issue as well as provided all my options. We then had Caleb come to quote us for a replacement system before 5:00 and finished up by 6:00. He still managed to check stock and scheduled the install for the next day. 8:00 AM Saturday Tim and Mike were ready to go and had the entire system replaced by 2:00. They even offered to lend us their space heater while they worked so our baby could stay warm. Top to bottom, every person we dealt with was friendly, honest, and a pleasure to work with. We recently had a new HVAC system put in our home. The other night we noticed there was a leak coming from one of the pipes. I called and they sent someone early the next morning. They had offered that night, but it was already after dinner and headed toward evening. Jeff Beaver came to the house and immediately found the source of the leak.
