Not only are you provided an accurate time window for your appointment, but you also receive a text when they are on their way. Brian and Ian were very professional, efficient, and took the time to explain the repairs to me. Bms answered my request for service by text within minutes of my request. Awesome response time and said he could send someone out very next day which was fantastic considering its the peak cooling season. They checked my olx r22 system and freon level was fine but compressor tired and doing all it could. There was no charge for that visit. Will definetly use them again Nd reccomend to others. I was very pleased with BMS HVAC. They came promptly after I called. Someone was at the office and answered the phone. I had called another company and they didn’t so I went to the next. The crew was professional and took no time to diagnose my problem. I will recommend them and when I replace my units will call them again. I wrote the first review when I had my system repaired and I did call them to install a new heating and AC unit. I had heat pumps and they did not heat efficiently. BMS added a gas line and installed a gas furnace and AC. I am very happy with their service and have already recommended them to friends. I had a problem with my unit on Christmas Day. As soon as I texted Brian Breck, he responded and came out and diagnosed my problem. He got parts in and promptly repaired my unit. I would recommend company and have many times.

After much research and frustration with the lack of call backs, I saw BMS parked at a neighbors house and decided to give them a try. From the 1st call I was impressed with how quickly Brian Breck contacted me. My assessment was quickly scheduled and he presented himself as the true professional he is. I received my quotes quickly and the price was the cheapest I had found anywhere. Everything was done hassle free through email and I was scheduled for installation in no time. The installation crew were the best! Friendly and very courteous. By the time they finished I felt like we were all old friends. My units work great and I am completely satisfied with the job they did as well as the clean up and follow up to make sure all was well. Brian was exceptionally accommodating, professional and conscientious. He was sensitive to my unique needs- working to schedule the visit to work for us both. He was here the day immediately following the repair need call and quickly identified and remedied the problem. He had a mask and took care with distancing. Others have commented that the service call fee was a little steep. I suppose It to be reasonable by today’s standards and if you want warranted, reliable outcomes. Brian was very quick to respond when I called the first time, unlike many others in the area. He came out, reviewed the job and we settled on a price. Install took slightly longer than planned but after a few bumps in the road, they were able to finish the next day. I highly recommend the Sensi Predict system that only BMS offers. My air went out on a Saturday evening! I called BMS at 9:30 pm... they sent me text messages to let me know they had received my request for service and kept me posted as to when they were on their way. They arrived at 10:15pm and by 11::00pm my a/c was fixed and my house was on its way to be cooled back down! I am a disabled combat veteran, I went to the VA and asked for a Housing grant for replacing HVAC system, my units were struck by lightning and my home had no heat. Winter was fast approaching and I needed to get these units fixed as fast as possible. So I contacted three of the top HVAC companies on google. The first two were hesitant to work with the VA grant due to having to wait a couple weeks for final payment. The housing grant pays 50% of allotted amount up front and the second half upon completion of the work, so can take alittle bit of time. BMS did not hesitate and agreed to do the repairs. I financed the other 60% of the cost and was able to get full units for upstairs/downstairs. That day they completed the work, it got down to low 30s later that night, so the work was done in the very nick of time. Also the workers were highly professional and knew what they were doing, very impressive workers. Recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC work. And highly recommend this company to any veterans out there needing work done, they work with veterans!

My heating unit had stopped working and he came out the same day I contacted him. It is an older unit and I was anticipating that the unit would have to be replaced. Good experience. I wanted them to troubleshoot my system and let me know what the problem was. They went ahead and fixed the problem without asking me first, which is fine but it ended up costing me more because of the repair. I would have rather them told me what the price of the repair was before fixing it. I could have ordered the $30 part and fixed it myself for much less money.

BMS fixed diagnosed my issue with my heating unit, ordered the parts, and installed efficiently and the cost was reasonable. The technician was professional and even checked on the warranty coverage. I had another HVAC company out twice over prior to calling BMS because my electric bill almost tripled and in two visits with two different technicians they still did not locate the issue. If there are any future issues I will call BMS. I was very satisfied with the cost, efficiency, and professionalism.
