They converted our single zone duct system to a two zone system which included new thermostats. Wilson Brothers provided excellent service and follow up. They showed up when they said they would. They answered all our questions. They responded to all our emails. Everyone from Sales and Scheduling were extremely professional. The technicians Mark and Al arrived on time, they were professional and hard working. They did a great job. We would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Wilson installed our central A/C vent system a few years ago and did an excellent job! They are very responsive when I have questions and I haven't had any issues with the A/C since it was installed. Dylan did maintenance on our central A/C today and he was courteous, calm, and explained everything he was doing before he did it. Excellent job today!

This company has been attentive and caring through the entire installation of our ductless AC system. So happy we used their service. They have long term employees so I don't have to explain our systems each time. And new employees are well trained, couteous and professional. However, when it came time to replace the faulty part the estimate was followed by sticker shock. After some quick research I decided to shop around. James is a service manager and assured us that he would be training the team of service techs about this easily fixed issue. I had two service reps. Neither one knew how to program the Aprilaire Programmable thermostat they installed. It was not intuitive for me or my 30 year old computer savvy daughter either. The first model didn't work resulting in a second visit and the installation of a lower model in order to get something I could work with. Bryan worked to find a solution (more simple model.) Alysa left without a workable solution.

I must thank Owen Landry and Bryan Herskovitz for the outstanding work that they have done on my Mini-Split and heating system. Bryan was here yesterday to fix the wiring on one of the Fujitsu Mini-Split wall mount units and was very successful in getting it up and running. Yesterday morning I discovered that one of my five-year-old Nest thermostats stopped working because the battery had died, and the thermostat wasn't getting any power. Bryan diagnosed the problem and in about 20 minutes was able to rewire the source of power so that it will never lose power again. Need Central Air installed? This company is the real deal and we challenge anyone to find better! We have lived in and renovated many homes throughout the country and can honestly say that Wilson Bros. is THE most professional and customer-oriented business we have ever dealt with. We wanted to install central air in our newly purchased home and received multiple estimates from "recommended" businesses. From the first call for an estimate appointment, Wilson Bros. had our attention. Every person (from office staff to technicians) in this company is courteous, knowledgeable and takes pride in helping their customer meet their needs. It took one accurately scheduled week to beautifully and precisely install venting, ducting and air units throughout the entire house and attic. On any given day there were 2 to 8 people working on the installation and not once did we feel inconvenienced, unsafe or the need to supervise. Each cut needed for installation was precise, intentional and accurate and my home was left cleaned and tidy after they would leave for the day. Every person entering our home was introduced, professional and polite. Communication from the office about schedule and billing was frequent and clear. We emphatically recommend Wilson Bros. Heating & Air Conditioning if you value hiring a complete team of Experts who know their trade and equipment. We will absolutely return to this company for future home projects needs.

As new customers to Wilson Brothers...we are so far satisfied. We had our furnace serviced and that seemed straightforward except the young gentleman did not turn the furnace back on, so we woke up to no hot water but easily corrected. We had a couple of a plumbing items done as well and Phil is very friendly and personable and I feel very comfortable working with him. There was an issue with the faucet that was installed and when he returned it was an easy fix and not a result of workmanship but something about the faucet getting plugged. The only feedback I would give is the female that tends to answer the phone could be a bit more welcoming in her customer service. I do hope that we have found our one stop vendor for heating... air conditioning... plumbing and electrical. It would be good to have an established relationship with a local company and get reliable service and feel good when you spend money for services and oil.

This company has been outstanding they allow me to take removed systems that have been recently updated and use those pieces to get back and working order furnaces for people who aren't able financially to get it fixed. It tends to be single mothers with kids for the most part because it's hard really hard I can imagine with no support to make ends meet during this pandemic it seems like it's just been really frequent this winter after so long without income as we know it normally. And it's truly a family owned company run by the literally the Wilson Brothers.

We've bought both our 5-head Mitsubishi heat pump/AC as well as our high efficiency gas furnace and hot water heater from Wilson brothers over the last 4 years and have been very happy with their sales, installation and, most recently, service. Not only was their pricing very competitive, but their installation was very clean and expedient. Most recently, I called in with no-A/C symptoms on a Sunday and got great phone/text feedback immediately from an on-call technician (Shawn) who set us up for a Monday service call (we agreed there was no particular rush). Monday, the office promptly confirmed a 1pm technician arrival. Phil arrived exactly on time and quickly confirmed that a fitting had worked loose and we had lost a lot of refrigerant. This may have been slowly happening for a while... not sure. This might be related to the original installation 3 years before... not sure. But, they were out quickly and we are back in action. I would do business with them again and recommend them to a friend (and we have!).

2 years ago, I put in a combined heat pump and oil heating system coordinated by Wilson Bros. We are very happy with the system having used it for 2 years without issue - they did have to come back and install an condensation pump. They gave me exceptional product, installation, and service. They just completed a yearly preventative maintenance to my system. They are a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend them!

We had a new Roth oil tank installed approx. 4-6 weeks ago. The day after it was installed the furnace would not fire. Wilsons came out immediately and found the problem was with the tank. It was nothing that was their fault but ordered a new tank at once. the following morning 2 out of 3 of the owners were here with their service manager and service techs. The problem tank was removed and a new one installed within about 4 hours. the furnace fired right up and has run perfect since. The commitment of quality work and customer satisfaction was above and beyond. Because of their outstanding commitment for the customer, I changed my oil delivery to them. We have a newborn. We just turned our heat on for the season, but the furnace was blowing nothing but cold air. The temps were going down below 60° in the baby's room. After 3 hours of fiddling with the furnace, we called a competitor that we had a warranty with for emergency service. A few moments before the tech arrived, the heat suddenly kicked on. The tech arrived, saw nothing wrong and basically said there was nothing they can do, since it was already working. The next day, our heat just stopped working completely. Again after hours trying to reset the furnace and get it to work again, I called Wilson Bros. Naturally, the tech was there a minute, and the heat kicked on. Although, the Wilson tech turned the furnace off and on a few times. It did not start properly sometimes, and not at all the others. He actually dismantled the burners and saw that they were very corroded. He took a wire brush to all of them. He also priced out a new gas valve, as the other possibility for the problem. He felt confident it was the dirt though. He was right! It's been several days and we've had wonderful heat since. No issues at all. It starts up every time. We've decided to switch to a seasonal service contract with Wilson and are very thankful they spent the time fixing the problem.

We had a Mitsubishi split system installed in May 2018 - good timing because that summer was HOT! Everyone we dealt with at the company was very polite and helpful. They were extremely quick to respond to an issue we realized shortly after installation. In June of 2019 we had the three in-wall units and outside mechanical system checked - an annual A/C tune up and Inspection service they provide at a very reasonable cost. It included cleaning all indoor filters and coils, checking operation of all indoor heads, clearing debris from condenser and cleaning coil as well as checking operation of the system to ensure everything is functioning properly. Very nice and polite staff.

Great Customer Service and Honest!!! Started using Wilson Brothers when we purchased our first home because the AC unit stopped working quickly after move in. We called a different company for an ER service and they said we needed a whole new unit. We found in the previous owners documents indicating Wilson Brothers and called for a second opinion. They replaced a simple part for minimal fee and the unit was fine! Saved us thousands! We've had issues with the unit over time but Wilson's brothers always finds the route cause and repairs! I recently had an air conditioning system installed by Wilson Brothers in my house. We went to three different HVAC companies for estimates on our project to install a central AC unit to our existing central air heating system. We also had a mini split system for the upstairs bedroom. Wilson Brothers offered the best pricing by far when it came to the estimate. Not only did they have the best pricing, but their install was superb. All of the work was top notch and it looked great! The exterior ductwork for the mini split was also well placed, plumb, and blended in well with the exterior of the house. Their staff is the best part about Wilson Brothers. We did trizone a/c and installed gas boiler last year with Wilson brothers. We did oil to gas conversion. It's almost a year now and both systems are working well. Overall, they did a real good job with the installations. Right from the beginning, their office staff were pretty responsive with our questions regarding estimations, timeline and mass save rebate process etc. On the days of installation, the team showed up on time and finished the jobs in a reasonable time frame. Although both jobs were done pretty neatly, talking about bit of granularity, I was impressed with the quality and professionalism of the team of electricians and HVAC persons that did the boiler job. Although the staff that performed the a/c job did a great job with the installations, I felt they could be bit more responsible (with wearing booties while working indoors or not stepping on plants while working outdoors for instance). Regardless, we are happy that both jobs were done nicely. We also purchased three Nest thermostats and got those installed by them without additional costs. We expect exceptional service from Wilson Brothers with regard to maintenance of these HVAC systems in a long run.

I am a licensed general contractor in Massachusetts and own and operate 20 units of rental property. Wilson Brothers has done all of my HVAC work over the past 10 years. I first used them in the renovation of a 1901 Victorian in Ayer MA. The house is now a 2 unit rental with separate central heating and air conditioning. Yesterday (6/17/19) they responded to my call for failed air conditioning in the larger of the units, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 6 hours. It was not a normal failure like low freon- the exterior control wire for the compressor/evaporator had been damaged by either the landscaper or mice. Nice work Wilson Brothers! I have also had them retrofit my private residence with central air. You can see I trust and respect their work.

We experienced a problem with out heating system, the initial service call diagnosis was for a faulty part which was quite expensive. After authorizing installation their technicians returned to install the part, but rather than take the old part out and installing the new one, they performed a complete analysis of the original problem once again and as a result discovered that the problem was a loose connection in one of the adapters. Had Wilson Brother do the installation of oil heating system and hot water heater. The preparation and installation part was done per schedule. The technicians were professional and completed the project on time . However, the follow up of pulling permit and scheduling town inspection had delay. After multiple phone calls to urge them to schedule the inspection, as of now, 5 weeks from the completion of installation, the permit is still not pulled to schedule the fire dept inspection. The convenient excuse is to blame covid-19 for the delay. But the decision of not pulling the permit 5 weeks after the completion of installation should be on the company.
