The technician that worked on my furnace was very kind and came sooner then I was expecting, which was such a relief. The work took a lot longer than planned and wasn't 100% resolved when the technician had to leave. I was very thankful though that Jeff, the owner, made sure that things were taken care of in the end and that I was happy with the service, which I really appreciated.

Our home has hot water heating, so forced air was not an option for us. Comfort came out several times to give us different estimates. When our decision was made, Comfort did a great job installing three Mitsubishi units in our bedrooms. They were on time, very friendly and the commutation was excellent. We will be calling them again for units on our main floor.

Comfort installed a new Heating & A/C unit for us last week and did an awesome job! When we called for an estimate, they got back to us almost immediately! Then, when we told them we were ready to go with their quote, they were able to do the job within a week! Both the guys they sent out to our house were professional and knowledgeable! They did the job quickly and even cleaned up after themselves! What a great local company! We’ll absolutely continue using them in the future!

Our home heating died during the night. Called Comfort at about 7:15 AM. Got a text back about 8AM with a scheduled time for repairs. Technician arrived early, diagnosed the problem & fixed it perfectly in a bit over an hour. Excellent service.

We got a garage heater and whole house humidifier installed. They are very nice and intelligent. They had the best quote I got too. I bugged Jeff with multiple emails trying to learn everything I could about the humidifier and he was always kind and quick to respond. Because of the conduction of our well water the humidifier's fail-safes kicked in and it stopped working and they returned to adjust the settings in less than 24 hours. I will be using them in the future because they also have a great maintenance plan they offer.

Our AC was inconsistent and very noisy during the 95 degree weather days. The Comfort tech did a thorough job of removing the top and cleaning the AC unit, adding some needed R22, replacing the furnace filter and then stayed until the performance numbers were in the proper ranges. Our AC is now quiet and works beautifully. We really appreciate the service we received.

We had a garage heater installed by Dillon and AJ. They were prompt and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left the work area spotless. They were fairly fast in doing the installation. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, as well as their customer service. Nice job guys!

I was so impressed with these gentlemen. John and Loren showed up on time, started to work right away. I had an A/C unit installed to replace an old beat up unit, they got it all removed and started the new installation and ran into a snag with my old furnace wiring. John went through everything. Confirmed my safety. SO Impressed. In the meantime, Loren installed the outside unit, ran all his tests, and felt it just wasn't performing as it should have. Possible air or contaminant throwing off the numbers. He wanted to be sure that is was perfect before he left. He could have said it's cooling the house and moved on, but he didn't like what he was seeing. Knew it could be better. Drew ALL the refrigerant out and started over and WOW, what a difference. I will never go anywhere else. When I update my furnace, this will be the place I go to!! Also much thanks to JERRY, the man behind the curtain. Answered any questions for the guys. Had some weird stuff and he was there to guide on the phone. True Team work. Thanks so much guys. Super impressive and just a pleasure to meet you both!!

We contacted Jeff at Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning to get an estimate on replacing the furnace at our rental. We had tried working with another local company earlier in the year and after signing an agreement with them they quit returning our phone calls when we tried to set up an install time. Jeff at Comfort Heating & AC was responsive and punctual - we received an estimate, signed a contract and within a few weeks the new furnace was installed. I have always used Comfort for my store's air conditioning and heating needs so I had them give me a quote for my home's system. I had quotes from quite a few places in town and they were $1000 cheaper. With the upgraded components I was still under the next closest quote. They installed the entire system in less than a day and took care of all the warranty information as well as rebates for the high efficiency furnace that I wasn't even aware of. They truly did a great job.

CHACLLC was promp, professional, responsive, accomodating and overall great service. They arrived when they said they would, they dealt with obstacles caused by other exterior busonesses that were out of their control. They made adjustments in their schedule to allow for other contractors obstacles. They always called me back. They made the new heater they installed in my shop work, and that is the bottom line. They followed up with phone calls and emails. The organization has a work ethic that I will always use even if some other company offers lower prices, its not worth the hassel. Thanks Jeff.

I am very happy with the service we got from Comfort Heating. We woke up last week to our house being very cold (57 degrees) and were unable to get our furnace to turn on. I immediately called Comfort Heating because they had serviced us before. Because it was before they opened, their answering service took my call. Comfort Heating called soon after 8:00 am and said someone could come out between 11 and 1. Dan, the service repairman arrived around 1:30 because he was held up in Roundup. He did call to let us know he would be a little late. When he arrived, he went right to work and found we had a failed igniter and after looking further, he discovered our heat exchanger had some bad cracks, which he showed us with a flashlight. Dan told us that we could either get a new furnace or a new heat exchanger for half the cost of a new furnace. We decided on a new heat exchanger. Dan located one, went and picked it up and in two hours had the old one replaced. When I saw how big that thing was, I was amazed how fast he was able to get the badly cracked one out and the new one installed. We were very happy with the fast response and good work done by Dan. We had a wonderful experience with this company this weekend. Our old furnace was kicking out toxic fumes and we could not get any of our Columbus heating people to help us. Comfort heating was at our Columbus home from Billings with in an hour of us calling them. Their technician Nate was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly shut our furnace down because it was dangerous. Jeff come out and help plan out our needs and by Monday we are sitting in warmth and safety. I would recommend this company for all your heating needs. They were wonderful.

This company is amazing!! We had a whole home humidifier and air purifier installed. They came to do our initial inspection within 20 minutes of us contacting them and had the products installed three days later. I called in after closing time and the main office still took my call with patience and politeness. Mind you, this is the middle of winter (busy season for furnaces). I got transferred to the on-call tech named Corby. He must’ve spent 30-40 mins on the phone walking me through the fix! We got to keep our family warm and didn’t have to spend a dime, even though they have earned a customer for life! I hope those looking through reviews, will consider Comfort Heating and Cooling first 👍

Jeff came out to give me a quote for a new furnace and some other duct work. He was very professional. He answered all of my questions about the differences between furnaces, efficiency and how they impact the comfort of the home. He also asked how I would be using the space and made other recommendations based on air quality. He provided a list of tax credits available on which furnaces. They also made sure I have the correct documentation to take advantage of these credits when I prepare my taxes. Thank YOU!!! I would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased. Same day service. The person who took my call was very professional-sorry I don't remember her name. Corby arrived on time, he explained everything very clearly. Another company had told us the furnace should just be replaced and gave us a very vague verbal estimate to fix. Corby put it in writing and stuck to it, much lower cost than the other company.
