Wow, what a difference getting our air ducts cleaned made for the air quality in our house. We're pretty sure that it hadn't been done since the HVAC system was installed, and it showed. Seeing some of the process was really fun, and seeing the results was even better. During the appointment they showed us a few before and after photos and we couldn't believe how disgusting the ducts were. I know I saw a Christmas light bulb come out of one of the ducts, who knows what else they found. Maybe sometimes ignorance is bliss. They cleaned all the intakes, all the vents, and even around the central air unit inside the house. They were professional, clean, and even cleaned up any messes that were made while doing the whole process. We feel a lot better now knowing that our ducts are now so much more efficient and so much more clean than they were before. We'll be using AD Astra again in the future and recommending them to family and friends.

Adam and Jayme did a wonderful painting job at our house within a time frame that was agreed upon before the start of the project. Very happy with how everything turned out. Adam is very detail oriented and made sure everything is done well. He also made great paint suggestions that i appreciate. They kept great communication with me the whole time.

I highly recommend AD Astra Air Duct & Chimney Cleaning! They were very professional. They cleaned the air ducts of our older 1973 mobile home. They had no problem traveling out of town two hours away. They did a very thorough job! When cleaning my dryer vent, they discovered it was broken and was venting under the trailer rather than outside - a possible fire hazard! They went above and beyond to tape it up to vent safely outside. They were very good about explaining everything they did. I did a lot of research before hiring an air duct cleaning services out of Billings, and these guys are awesome! They are very friendly, easy to get ahold of, very affordably priced compared to their competitors and great at what they do!

After calling & Lm (no call backs) with several chimney places to come out and clean our chimney Ad Astra Air Duct & Chimney Cleaning was the only company to answer their phones and schedule us in a timely manor. Friendly staff, knowledgeable, honest, professional, and did a great job. They were respectful of our home and did a nice job protecting our things and cleaning up when done. These gentlemen are the folks to call! They came down to Cody, Wyoming when other places would not. They called ahead, worked with my schedule, showed up on time, were professionally dressed, explained everything before they did anything. They checked the chimney to see if it needed cleaning before they charged me anything. When it was clear that it did, they got straight to work. They showed me the amount of dirt and mess in the chimney. They were honest and straightforward. They were fastidiously fantastic in every way! Do not call anyone else! Give them a call today! Price was better than average and I cannot say enough good things about their service.
