ACT’s customer service is second to none. Our AC went out in the night and with a call at 8am they had a technician at our home by 9am. With the extreme heat we are facing this summer, I am grateful that my wife and kids didn’t have to spend the day or longer without AC. Pat and his team are always friendly, professional, and thorough. We have also purchased a furnace from ACT and have had them on other maintenance calls. They are always prompt and we never have to wait long for an appointment. Their pricing is always fair and competitive with others in the area. Can’t recommend strongly enough!!

Last week the very professional, courtious and prompt installers showed up at my house right on time. They removed my old HVAC system and replaced it with the new HVAC system and a bluetooth thermostat. All 4 guys that were here were very professional and the system works great! They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Kudos to Chris and the guys he lead. I would highly recommend ACT for all your HVAC needs. ***** Jeff Fletcher Billings. MT.

My experiences with ACT have always been outstanding. They are the utmost in professional service and I have recommended them to friends and family. Our furnace quit last night. I called at 8am and and Penny sounded very concerned that our heat was out. She said she would have someone out as soon as possible. Trevor was here at 9am. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had a blower motor here and installed within an hour and a half! In the middle of the worst cold snap in years, they must be overflowing with service calls and yet they made me feel as if I were their only customer.

Our AC went out on of course the hottest day yet. I phoned ACT they got a tech, Trevor, over that afternoon. He was amazing! Very professional as well as courteous he found the problem explained it to me as well as gave me the cost. Did the repair and even cleaned our out door AC unit so that it ran as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend ACT for any of your AC or heating needs!!!

Absolutely wicked awesome!!!! The whole crew was amazing! Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional!!! Everything, from the free estimate to the bill at the end of the install, was a pleasure! The crew wore booties when they weren't walking on the floor coverings that they put down. The install is very clean! We are extremely pleased with ACT Heating & Cooling!! Would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing heating or A/C work!!

The way he showed not only care for getting their heat back on but the extra mile he went for them shows not only the outstanding character of the company but Drew himself. Our furnace gave out Friday night in early January. We were able to get someone the next day though we had to pay an additional $200 for an after hours fee. The total bill was almost $600. The service man was very friendly and professional. He had our heat back on in less than 30 minutes after he returned with the part. Afterwards, we requested if we could pay half at the time and the other half Wednesday when I got paid, due to just having our fridge start leaking which resulted in water damage, just two days prior. ACT agreed and said it wasn't an issue. They ended up charging the full amount anyway which resulted in my account getting overdrawn. Service was great, signed payment arrangement totally disregarded. I would still use them again, however. *UPDATE: ACT got back in touch with me after seeing my review. They went out of their way to make things right and explained how the error occurred. They also assured me that they had made changes to prevent the issue from happening again to anybody else. ACT clearly cares about their customers and I fully believe they deserve this 5/5.

They went through everything they installed, answered all our questions, and cleaned up like they were never there. VERY great service! I have a newborn at home still working on his temperature control and my AC went out. I gave them a call and they rushed over and made it run like new again. I am a returning customer and will continue to come to ACT with all my needs. Excellent work everytime!

I woke up at 330am to my house at a temperature of 75 degrees. All I know is my air conditioner was not working. I literally called ACT Cooling and Heating at 330am to leave a message for them to call me when they were in the office, AND THEY FRIGGIN ANSWERED. They answered the phone at 330am and they had someone at my house before 9am! Unbelievable! I can’t believe they answered and were there for their customers. They are fantastic! So professional and arrived when they said they would. I would absolutely use them again!!!! They fixed my unit and didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Use ACT cooling and heating!

Leaving feedback for everyone to know about ACT Heating & Cooling. Our 20 year old furnace died last Saturday. Called all over town for parts,this was on Monday, every HVAC company out there said basically the same thing.. Good Luck finding them for the model we had. Out of the the numerous HVAC companies I called for estimates, ACT not only came in at the most reasonable price point for a new 96% efficient furnace. Explained and answered every question I had.. Even offered to supply space heaters.. The installer.. Drew (can't remember his helpers name) were absolutely professional and he answered additional questions without hesitation. The install took just about all day which was understandable. Brandon, the sales guy was also very knowledgeable, courtious and patient. He Explained in depth the tax information and the rebates offered from MDU. He gave me every option I had available.. Even wanting to at least try to source for parts for the old furnace. He wasn't a pushy sales guy.. Heat was turned back on last night. I really appreciate the entire process..!

Don't waste your time parts are 600 percent marked up and it's a week later when you get service I have been waiting since last Friday and I still don't have heat it's 6 below outside and 2 below in my Mobil home. And now they won't bring my parts back so I can call someone else to fix it. Then they came back and left my heater in a shamble didn't put it back together left the motor on the ground with hot wire just hanging there what the heck are you guys smoking crack see pics-in my review more stars is bad less stars is better. Thanks Austin paybacks are a witch with a b since i had to re-assemble it myself you dweeb.
