I'm very pleased with ARS. The technicians are pleasant. Phone service is good. I called one evening about my heating system, and they were here the next day, and fixed the problem 😑.I hope my dealings with this company stay good. I've forgotten the name of my technician but he explained what he was doing and why. Always putting shoe covers each time he came into the house. A very polite gentleman. This guy knew what he was doing. He made me feel comfortable.

This company rocks, first the sales guy comes, John he's to cool, customer service amazing, goes through sales steps relaxing, expelling everything. Got me ready to purchase less than a few minutes, calls his boss to negotiate who's also to cool. Then I'm ready to purchase a full ac unit. A + service all day!
Then what top's the cake, is there ready to install next day 8 AM! I open my door there here, they're the best working install guys I ever saw as a team! Juan with his partner worked together, team work all day, step by step like they've been working together for ever! I'm glad the company sent these guys, I told them the company should never split them up, as a working pair! When I say they work, there helpful, they teach, and step by step, what more to ask for! I really appreciated the work they did, plus cleaning up everything 100% what more to expect from a company! Never split these technicians up as a team Mr. Boss cause there service was out of this 🌎! I appreciate the whole connection team that visited my home from this company, real talk 1000%

The Technician who serviced my A/C system was extremely thorough. He took his time to troubleshoot the issues needing attention and explained what repairs would be done every step of the way. It was apparent that he knew what he was doing. He gave detailed explanations about the work he would be doing and answered all of my questions and invited questions. The man came in, did his job quickly, interacted with me and my daughter, and asked about my cats (who were nervous about the strange man in the house!). He was very polite. He explained everything that went wrong with my system and how to prevent it in the future. He made us laugh, and he treated us with respect. He also fixed the unit and double checked it was working before he left. I would request him again if we needed more service. Great job!

ARS is a responsive company. They are reasonably priced for the area; however, they will ALWAYS try to up-sell you something every visit. My two units (gas furnace - < 1-year-old, and heat pump - 4 years old) are in perfect condition. I also have an air scrubber, UV light, whole-home humidifier. The technician tried to sell me ANOTHER air scrubber when he was standing in front of the brand-new one on the gas furnace which is less than a year old. He also offered to sell me a new capacitor for my heat pump for $500+. I told him no thanks. I can buy one online for less than $60 and do it myself (which I used to do frequently with my older units) - it literally takes 5 minutes to do.

I called ARS because I thought there was a leak in my heating unit and it turned out to be another issue—unrelated to my system. I was impressed that a tech was at my home within a couple hours after my initial call. While my issue wasn’t their problem, the tech was very professional & polite. He was not bothered that my call turned out be a false alarm. He actually helped us to isolate the problem and assured us that it was not my heating unit. Excellent customer service from the call center to the end of the service. Great job, ARS!

I was given a window of between 8-4 for install, received a phone call around 8:39 saying the two gentlemen would be here within the hour. They showed up almost an hour later as they said they would, and immediately got to work removing the old water heater and installing the new. I cannot express how impressed I was with their service, professionalism and their communication throughout the process. These two certainly deserve a raise.

We called ARS with a push from our son who recently was hired. He knew we had multiple issues with our unit. We called and the next day Gary came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. Gary was knowledgeable as well as professional. The next day John Dove and his trainee Alex came and gave us options which was a plus to us !We decided on a new Heating/AC unit.
The professionalism we received was top notch !! The next day installers Jude & Tywone arrived on time and yet again professional. They took extra steps to keep our home clean when removing the old unit and through out the whole process. They both showed extreme knowledge and professionalism for their work. We also got the Nest thermostat which we love and again they both explained everything on how to work it.
Overall we are very very pleased with the whole process !

ARS was our chosen installer for our new Water heater. Our scheduled installation was on a Saturday with an arrival time of between 8am and 4pm. We received a message that the arrival time was changed to between 8am and 11am the day before the installation. On the day of the installation, the the technicians did not arrive between 8am and 11am so we called and they said they only had one plumber working and we are still on the schedule. Which doesn't really mean anything to the customer who has no idea how many they have working on a Saturday. So still no call or technician by 4pm and we called again, and we're told we are still on the schedule. We finally had a technician show up after 6pm. The technician and the helper were very pleasant and professional. I would use their services again if needed. The only issue with all of this is the communication side from the office we were in contact with. If it wasn't for the communication issues it would be 5 stars.

Semi-annual preventative maintenance produced two problems. The fixes were relatively easy. The tech was great. Unfortunately, ARS charges incredibly high prices on labor and materials. I would have repaired it myself but then they would not have warrantied my repairs. They have you by your you know whats.

ARS is always very professional and they provide quality service. I have nothing but good things to say about their company. They installed my new HVAC system last year and did a tune up this year. The technicians that came out today to install a new HVAC System and water heater were professional, knowledgeable and attentive. The quality of service we received today has us committed to working more with ARS in the future. They did not leave a mess and were able to relay valuable information to us in a pace that was comfortable to us. We did receive three different quotes from other companies, but ARS had the best deal all around from the sales to the installation to the follow up for satisfaction. I think we have found the company (ARS)that will service our air-plumbing and heating needs from this day forward. Excellent Job!

I purchased a new indoor and outdoor HVAC system a few weeks ago, which passed inspection. But during the coldest day of winter that in the DMV, I had no heat for some reason. After about four days, a technician was dispatched to my home Mr. Richard, who spent at least two hours diagnosing the situation; in the end he was able to do some rewiring of the thermostat/emergency heat because that should’ve come on when it was freezing cold in my home. So I am, grateful for the technician being able to troubleshoot; he would not leave until a good resolution was completed. I now have heat, blowing through the vents instead of cool air.

We had ARS Rescue Rooter come out to check the hot water heater after the pressure release valve was triggered and got stuck open.
Not only did they check the system to make sure nothing was faulty, they also added hook-ups that were skipped during the original install and answered all of our questions to reduce issues in the future.
(we've also had them out to perform annual HVAC maintenance and have used them for duct cleaning... always professional and great to work with)

Most technicians come, do the maintenance and leave. Stefon was extra helpful in teaching us how to use the newfangled thermostat and giving extra pointers on how the homeowner can participate in doing some minor additional maintenance tasks in the interim between fall and spring checkups. Stefon was professional, courteous and showed a sense of humor. In the revolving door of techs, we hope to see him specifically for our future preventive maintenance checks.

ARS Pest control services needs improvement re communication and how they manage their payment methods. We went back and forth regarding the use of the credit card which they wanted to have a copy of versus an automated payment from the bank monthly. I have never experienced this kind of resistance from a service company but because we were already in the process and committed, we went ahead with their insistence that they keep a credit card on file.
But the worst part is that they got our address wrong TWO times! The first one had my neighbor complain to me because his handicapped brother got so frightened with a stranger trying to enter the door with the key I provided to MY house. Then the 2nd time, for the monthly maintenance, the ARS technician tells me he was going to house #50, not 32!
Their pest control treatment MAY be working though - I've seen those roaches come out ONCE only, since the first treatment.
The inspector was very professional about explaining to us how the process goes for about a year, and came highly recommended.

The technician made recommendations to close all existing holes in the ceiling. He disconnected the condensation pump because it was clogged and he did not have a brush to clear the clog. He said the brush should have been provided upon installation, but no brush was provided at time of installation. Such brush was never provided when the system was installed by ARS. He also recommended also that condensation pump needs to be replaced but could wait until the spring. He said the condensation pump would not affect the heating but should be replaced when air conditioner will be used.

ARS installed a HVAC system and water heater. Five months later, yesterday, Mike came and was very professional and efficient. He easily found that the damper vent in the basement was open and that’s why the heat wasn’t coming upstairs in the house. Later, Brandon came to check my water heater and found my water heater might be losing hot water at a faster rate possibly because of a problem associated with the water pressure. ARS is always quick to respond. They stand behind their work and are patient, kind and professional. I would purchase from ARS again. From James, my sales person, to all of the installation staff and crew to the customer service team who dispatch the service team; I give ARS 5 plus stars. They are awesome.

Today was the day I had a replacement of my furnace and ac unit. I received a pre-arrival call and provided an estimated time of arrival. Gerardo Thomas and another technician arrive promptly, on time this morning. Mr.Thomas walked me through the services ARS would perform. He and the other gentleman were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I asked a few questions throughout the process and they welcomed the questions. My home was cleaned and returned to its original state., minus the old unit. Once completed, Mr. Thomas walked me back through all areas, explained how to maintain each unit, provided the manuals and provide me warranty information. I am pleased with the service and I appreciate the thoroughness provided by Mr. Thomas and the other gentleman, through the entire process. Called ARS for a second opinion and they scheduled an appointment within the next couple days. They discovered that my system was leaking refrigerant and suggested I replace the AC system as mine was very out of date. The comfort specialist came that same night and Explained financing options with me and scheduled installation 2 weeks later. Installation day comes, the tech, Darold, did a great job on the install. However, the my system still wasn’t working. I called ARS and let them know. They sent another tech to my house the next morning. The new tech, Dexter, did a very thorough job diagnosing and explaining to me. Come to find out, my motor capacitor was also damaged. He replaced it quickly and taught me a lot about my system. Dexter was very patient and professional and I’d recommend him specifically. My new AC system now works perfectly
Overall, I would recommend ARS. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because my initial technician should’ve been able to diagnose the capacitor issue as well.

My heating system went out January 2021, I called ARS that evening because my 86 year old mother was in the house, they came out the next day took a look of the situation and went right to work the next day. They installed a brand new heating system with a very nice thermostat , they keep up the maintenance on it . I haven’t had a problem, it’s wonderful. They were very professional.

Update: Apparently their maintenance guys aren’t as good as I thought. $9,000 of repairs on a system less than 10 years old? For all the “maintenance”, I got less than half the expected lifespan from the furnace and AC. Just a rip off.
Bottom line - don’t waste your money.
I’ve been using ARS almost 8 years. Only had one issue so far. Guys show up on time and have even shown me some maintenance tips to keep my system running between appts. I’ve only had one breakdown related to a simple issue. Service guy came out pretty quickly and fixed it. Never had a serious problem so I can’t review how well they deal with broken systems.

I had to replace a part on a unit that was purchased from and installed by ARS that is less than five years old. The cost of the repair was expensive and seemingly higher than normal based on my research on cost of the part replaced and labor charges. The technician did not have the part available on his truck and had to go to local store to purchase. I was told that I had to be charged for this service because of the heavy demand on the work flow of the company on that date. However, for seemingly appeasement, I was told that the normal service fee for coming out would be reduced by 50%. This arrangement doesn’t seem to be fair to the customer and I only accepted it because I didn’t want to haggle and wanted my system repaired as quickly as possible. A similar transaction occurred with this company about a year ago. The technician seemed knowledgeable of his work and made the required repairs and my A/C unit has been operational. However, based on my recent experiences with the company, I am hesitant to recommend and not sure if I would hire for services for and future needs.

I had used the company a year ago for a problem unrelated to my present water heater needs and I had a very good experience with them then. When I called ARS, the receptionist gave me an appointment for a free assessment to determine exactly what I needed and Denny was able to come in two days. He could not have been more personable and knowledgeable. We already have one water heater which was inadequate for a large whirlpool type tub and other tubs and showers in our house, so our problem was more complicated. He gave me a quote which I thought was very competitive based on research I had done. He was able to come out and do the installation within 2-3 days with his assistant, Don, who was also very friendly and competent. Denny explained all the details about flushing the heater every year and spent a lot of time to be sure I understood everything about the two heaters working together. The work was done very efficiently and professionally, compared to some other plumbing installations I have had done in recent years. I asked him what other work they did in hopes of using him for other problems as well. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend Denny and ARS enthusiastically.

Was extremely professional. He introduced himself (which I have forgot his name, which to me means I had great service) had a mask on and came prepared to put on booties.
He spent a little over an hour checking everything and showed me where the air filter was. When the unit was installed. The other gentleman forgot to show us. He also spent some time showing me how to work the thermostat. That was another thing that was not done when the unit was installed. This young man (for being in his 20’s) was professional all the way around. In this day and age. It gives me hope for our younger generation.

Outstanding from start to finish. Our home AC went down during the 07/19 heatwave. I got 3 estimates. My impression started strong when the estimator, Craig, donned booties before entering the house. He was friendly, fast and honest. I've done contracting and remodeling and could tell he was telling me the truth. His estimate was a tad higher than the others, but he was spekking all Carrier equipment so the price seemed pretty fair. The two installers were nice guys, conscientious (w booties too) and knowledgeable. They added a number of small features (several emergency cut-offs, etc.) making their final product a value compared to the others. They cleaned up meticulously before they left. From what I understand, I am covered if I have any issues with the system. You can't really go wrong with this larger company that holds themselves to high standards to maintain a great reputation. Overall, my was positive. When I was visited for check up service on my furnace, the young man told me that my thermostat was not working because my furnace was broken and the diagnostic would cost $89. I didn't have it, so I went about 4 weeks without heat.
When the most recent repairman came, he looked at my thermostat first, like the first guy did, and asked me if I had a battery. After putting in the battery, he then looked at the furnace. While in the basement, he advised me of things I can do myself, and service I should take care of.
Even with the discount and providing my own batteries, the service cost $145. That's a lot for a battery replacement for seniors on a fixed income. I understand service charges of $89, but the rest for me to provide my own batteries was a bit much.
I appreciate the kindness of both gentlemen, but the misdiagnosis made me wait for heat for weeks. I do plan to take the advice of the second service man and get the next preventive service from your company.

Very good service. We have been with them for many years. Latest time was June 8, 2016. The technician (Don L) showed up early due to a cancellation earlier. They informed us that he could come early and asked permission.
When Don L showed up, he was courteous, friendly, and worked efficiently. This was a semiannual inspection, covered under a service contract. Don L inspected the mechanical and electrical components of the heat pump, cleaned some piping and explained what he was doing.

I bought a new furnace and air conditioner and the process went very smoothly and quickly. I requested a quote from Home Depot on a Saturday night, not knowing who they would refer me to. ARS called me Sunday, we set up an appointment for Tuesday, and on Wednesday I had a new furnace and air conditioner.
I want to praise the installers, José L. and José L. They did a great job and can't think of anything they could have done better. The equipment is beautifully installed, they were very polite and answered all my questions, and after they cleaned up you couldn't tell they'd been here...except I now have a working air conditioner! Also, my Ecobee thermostat was correctly connected to the upgraded (two-stage) furnace, which doesn't surprise me because they're pros.
Overall I'm very happy with the speed of the whole process, from requesting a quote through Home Depot to installation a few days later. Be aware that their salesmen ("comfort specialist" or something like that) will push Carrier products and won't discuss other brands. I don't know if ARS only installs Carrier but if you want another brand installed then ARS is not for you. Don't get me wrong, Carrier makes top-of-the-line products but it is an expensive brand and there are other good brands that are less expensive. I'm still giving ARS 5 stars because the even the sales/paperwork process went smoothly.
Final tip: don't be like me and wait until the weather gets warm to replace your non-functioning a/c...it limits your options.

I been having to call for services of my unit for the past four years since the day of purchase in 2015. It was always in the winter time after my unit had is annual checked for winter. Not good my bill was increasing each billing period . This time I call for services thinking the problem was good but it was not.So I call back and ask for someone with more experience ,Mr. Marvin Stansbury came to the next service visit. We talk as about the problem I have been having for the past four years. He did some troubleshooting. Founded the possible cause order the part. To my surprise when the part came in guest who showed up to install it Mr. Marvin himself. Now at good business because I knew him from the last visit and he knew my unit.

We purchased a new HVAC system from ARS last spring. In the first summer, there were some issues with the unit not cooling properly in the upstairs zone. Marvin was the tech that came out and checked the system. He thought it was a little under-speced for the size of our house, but found some ductwork issues from the initial install. By the time all of these were corrected, it was September and all seemed well. This summer we again had problems with the unit not being able to cool below 77 on some days. Marvin came back and confirmed that everything was mechanically in good working order, but that the unit that was installed just does not have the needed cooling power. He called his sales/service manager to explain that the company did not spec the job correctly and that a replacement unit with more tonnage will need to be installed.

Why I contacted ARS: Went through Home Depot HVAC Repair service + so many high reviews.
My experience: They are very prompt. That is a major plus. Got them to check on my broken HVAC within 24 hrs on my Home Depot request and that too on a weekend. $99 initial fee.
Tech was fine. He did some diagnosis and found the Fan Motor bad.
I was sort of relieved as bad compressor would be very costly.
I asked if they can replace the motor now, however, it was not in his truck and ordering would take 2-3 days. That's fine, I asked for an estimate.
$1500!! For a FAN MOTOR REPLACEMENT!!!!
I declined.
Order the motor from repairclinic.com ($120), received it a day, replaced it in 15 - 20 mins by referring DIY Youtube videos. HVAC is working fine.
Still don't understand how can the estimate for installing fan motor be $1500! Had the estimate be under $300, I would have accepted and had it done by them.

We had a family tragedy this weekend and of course, right on time, our hot water heater broke. I did call ARS Laurel and was at first promised a Sunday repair. Sadly, that never happened. Frustrated and angry I called on Monday and Jackie, the dispatcher said she was so very sorry. She said she would send someone immediately and promised the work would be done, today. Daniel H drove almost 90 minutes to reach my home. He worked all day to get this specialized water heater and vent system installed, as promised, in one day. I know it was a challenging job and he thought at first it could not be done, but he worked to get the people needed and the part. He was conscientious, neat and hard working. I was going to go with another company after the tremendous stress of the no show on Sunday, but Jackie promised they would make it right and they did. Thank you Daniel for understanding the stress our family was experiencing and for doing all you could to resolve the issue.

Leon Loveless worked so very hard for us. He really set my mind at ease about the safety of our furnace after several other technicians had failed to do so. He completely repaired both exchanges that were blocked up and put the entire furnace back together. I expressed my concerns to him and let him know that i had planned to cancel any further work from them due to prior problems, I now only want him as my HVAC technician. Gary, the lead installer displayed a wealth of knowledge about the system my wife and I selected for our home. He did an amazing job explaining how it works, answering all of our questions.

Tomas knows his stuff and is able to explain the details necessary for you to understand your HVAC system. He inspected and tested the heating and air conditioning system and recommended needed maintenance (with the expected costs) for each system. I found him to be very honest and I trusted his judgement completely. He recommended a new capacitor for the A/C unit because it was not performing 100% up to it's capability and could easily give out during the hottest weather. He has been great both times he has serviced my system. Five star guy!

A few months after ARS installed our new Reeme water heater; we began to notice that there was a constant presence of water in the drain pan. After drying the pan, the water retuned after a few days which promted us to contact ARS to inform them of our concern.
ARS scheduled an in home inspection within the next few days where the installer (Mr. Dennis Shifflett) conducted a thorough inspection of the tank where it was found to be defected. He then initated the warranty replacment/ installation process and work with the dispatchers to schedule an appointment for the follwing day.
Mr. Shifflett, returned to our home the next day removing the defected tank and replacing it with the new tank without issue.
It was truly a pleasure working with Mr. Shifflett; he is extremly polite, curtious, and knowledgeable. His attention to detail, and the level of customer service he provides is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a water heater installation or any general plumbing services.

I would prefer if I could leave more than five stars -- maybe one for each company we talked to before ARS. We have a complicated house with an addition and a previously undersized HVAC system that had quit working, and Brian at ARS was the first one to come to our home, *listen* to what we needed (instead of trying to sell us some one-size-fits-all-but-us system like everyone else did), provide us options, and even recommend against expensive & unnecessary toys and gadgets and pointless add-ons (well, pointless except for filling the company's pockets).
A month later, we're a bit uncomfortable in one room, they get someone out here the next day to make adjustments and install an upgraded thermostat -- parts and labor that were not included in the previous job, but at no cost anyway.
I'm planning on calling ARS to do my taxes and sell me some cable television so I can ditch a couple more companies I'm tired of dealing with. Let's see if they take the hint.

I was out without a heat in my newly moved in home as the current Rheem system died on me. Brad from ARS was able to get me a quote by beating the estimates that i showed him. I was without heat for nearly 10days before i was shopping around and finalizing ARS for my Carrier Performance Series(2 stage furnace, single stage AC compressor, media filter and humidifier) HVAC unit replacement. Brad told me that he would have guys installing my AC and Heating the next day, as promised Mike and Fred came in the next day morning, worked from 8:30am till 6pm, almost non stop and had the complete system put in. I couldn't be more than happy. They did an amazing job! Thanks to his team in getting the job done on the committed time!

This time about a year ago I wrote a review for ARS-Laurel and Mr. Abraham "Abe" Albanez after having our new furnace installed. Last week ARS phoned to notify me of their no-charge follow-up was do to check on our furnace. Of course I agreed and was pleasantly surprised to see Abraham. He sees hundreds if not thousands of customers so at first he didn't recognize me but quckly did as I spoke and he hasn't changed and even asked about our dog.
He'd told me previously how he'd come to work for ARS and said he remained happy with them and glad he'd opted to join their team. After his inspection he said our furnace is doing fine and left it open for us to purchase the Service Home Plan. I certainly would if I could but several large item purchases and budgeting keep me from doing so.
I'm glad ARS sent Abraham, someone I'm comfortable with and trust and the personal touch means a lot and says a lot about ARS who pays attention to such good customer service details. Thanks a lot!!!

Marvin S of ARS is a knowledgeable and honest technician.
He came to determine where the leak was in my mother's AC unit. He kindly welcomed my involvement to make sure that my mother wasn't taken advantage of. At each stage of the leak investigation, he spoke to me over the phone explaining what he was about to do and allowed me to explain it and discuss options with my mom.
There were two options for the leak detection test - he advised that we let him determine if he could do the less expensive test first. The less expensive test was sufficient. After finding the leak, he determined the part required, helped my mom find the correct warrantee paperwork & sent a picture to ARS to quickly prove that the leak was covered under warrantee. Lastly, he went the extra step to determine if the leak discovery test was also covered since the leak was discovered in the AC unit's coils - the test was also covered.
God will send good people to take care of things. Mr. Stansbury is knowledgeable and honest. I would recommend him as a HVAC tech.

We had some issues with initial install of our central AC (wife said ARS' slogan should be "We get it right the third time.." )
Jonathan was the third technician to visit the house and I am glad they sent him. I let him know driveway sealcoat guys were also scheduled for same day as him. He took care of the issues right away, installing air-handler AC disconnect and two surge protetors. Jonathan also replaced thermostat and set up new wifi capability.

Mr. Greg Smith was the ARS Technician who inspected our AC system as part of a service contract we have with ARS. Though rescheduled from the early part of 5/18 to the later part of the day on 5/29, we were delighted to receive a call from ARS to be rescheduled on 5/29 in the morning. Mr. Smith was identified as being available in the Waldorf area. He arrived in a timely fashion, easily dealt with our dog, Barney, efficiently inspected our AC system, made suggestions to trim some plants to improve the efficiency of the AC, and verified our system was good for the summer season.

Today, John Rothe and Josh Harris came to my house to install a brand new AC system. They arrived on time and introduced themselves and the company. They were friendly and courteous. Conversations with both Josh and John were easy.
They came with a plethora of experiences which made it easy to talk about different subjects. John was older and demonstrated his ability to problem solve which was a reflection of his 35 years in AC services. Although Josh was much younger, he held his own skill wise. I was also impressed by his willingness to assist his mentor without complaint or murmurings.
This team flowed together like something out of Star Wars. Needless to say, the workmanship was outstanding. I felt very confident with this team.

Our new system started having problems exactly when the temps dropped to single digits. Since I preach customer service at my company, I specifically wanted to observe how ARS Laurel would handle this situation where something didn't go as planned. I was very impressed after speaking with Kaitlyn and Monique in customer service. Then I called my comfort advisor, Casio, to let him know what was happening. He was genuinely concerned and offered useful suggestions. The following day, I spoke with Tammy who said she'd look into solving our issue. Sure enough, that's exactly what she did by having Gerardo the HVAC Tech come to our home that same day. Up to this point, I was already impressed with ARS Laurel but it was Gerardo who simply stole the show. He called ahead when he was 15 minutes away (just the way Tammy told me to expect). I met him at the door while he was putting floor protectors on his shoes preparing to enter our home. Geraldo was obviously very experienced and knew exactly what to do. However, the part that impressed me the most about was that he actually took some time to educated me about my HVAC system in my own house. My A.C. unit stopped working, and it was obvious something was wrong with the compressor. ARS service specialist Joseph M. came over and tried hard to determine what exactly was wrong, and he found a small electric part that was malfunctioning; he replaced the part and my A.C started working like new (a few years ago I had a similar problem, but the specialist was very quick to say that the compressor was dead; it cost me $$$$). Joseph was very polite and a true professional -- the whole experience was just GREAT! Thank you, Joe!

Jonathan performed our spring maintenance check on the air conditioning unit today, May 4, 2016. He was very thorough and professional. He did have a couple of recommendation which we will consider. I spoke with Mr. Kwasi Oppong who is the most helpful, intelligent, sweet person I've met dealing with a company in a very long time..He handles business in a professional manner and he keeps in contact with the customer until it's completed and that you are satisfied...He's one of a kind. Kwasi who goes by the name of Mr. Kay works in Laurel and is the AOR Administrator/Rebate Processor in Laurel Maryland. The technician was excellent!! I only gave 3 stars because the scheduling is terrible! I was given a 4 hour window (which is ridiculous) and they didn’t make that. After I called asking where the tech was, it was another 45 minutes before he showed up.

First, they got here earlier than they originally scheduled me for. Second "Yonas" was very professional, courteous, and answered all my questions. My heat pump compressor chose the night before the onset of the Jan. 2016 'Blizzard' to die on me. So the news was not good, but I got it sooner rather than later. I may end up getting my new heat pump (mine is 16 years old) from ARS based on my experience with them today (January 22nd). The only reason I did not give them the 5th star is because they couldn't really help me, although under the circumstances no one really could. I would not hesitate to recommend them though.
