Jay and his team from the very beginning were quick in responding and have such great communication. Jay is very knowledgeable and took some time to explain things thoroughly. He’s very helpful and gives valuable advice on a lot of other things as we just bought a fixer upper duplex that needed a lot of work. It’s hard to find good people that actually care and go the extra mile for you. Jay and his team went above and beyond and I would highly recommend! Will definitely be doing more business with Vent Doctors as we continue with our property investments in the future.

I called Vent Doctors which was a referral from another business. I used the call-back option and received a call within a few minutes. Due to a cancellation they were able to come out right away and diagnose the issue and gave a remedy. On top of the great service that I received, Jay was such a delightful guy to be doing business with! He was knowledgeable and kind and made the visit completely awesome. 10/10 recommend these folks.

Wow! Thank you Vent Dr for giving me confidence again as a consumer. Super impressed from the very beginning. Extremely convenient that I was able to get rates and book a time all via text. Team of 3 that showed up on time was very polite and professional. They did an initial walk through and asked if I had any specific concerns that needed to be addressed. Thy even vacuumed up the whole area sound my heater was the garage too! Looking forward to being a lifelong customer

Jay and his team were great! They were in and out more quickly than expected, were great with my pets, and were in general very nice and professional. I loved that they have a texting service, so I was able to easily plan/coordinate with Jay over a few days. He was a pleasure to work with. He even remembered coming to our house (before we owned it) for servicing! They did our entire house HVAC system, as well as our Dryer vent- Which they said was COMPLETELY blocked! So it's great to have the peace of mind that everything is cleaned out and safe now. I can't recommend them enough! 10/10

Honest, courteous and professional. Jay is not in the market to up sale on services you don't need. He took the time to educate me as a homeowner so I can better DIY care for my home. I now have a greater understanding of what I can do myself and when I need to call for a professional. I 10/10 will be using them again for my future vent and duct needs.

Cleaned my dryer ducting and booster fan. They also diagnosed an issue with my booster fan which required replacement. They helped me arrange the replacement service. Top shelf service, very fair pricing, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Jay and his team were professional, friendly, and outstanding at their job. He quickly responded to our initial request and had us scheduled in no time. The team took the time to explain what they were doing and gave some great recommendations on products that will help keep our home clean & safe. I can honestly say I’ve noticed an immediate reduction in the amount of dust that settles on shelves and such throughout the house. They were very thorough! The team took the time to explain what they were doing, recommend a different type of furnace filter that would work better, and did a thorough and effective job.
