The installation team was very thorough and paid great attention to detail. They were exceptional at customizing the side mount elbow for the evaporative air conditioner. The install had a couple of surprises but the team handled them with smooth professionalism.

My water heater furnace was leaking and cracked. Robert came out and let me say, this gentleman knows his trade so well that I didn’t feel any doubts upon hearing his diagnosis. He immediately got the ball rolling (and prioritized me because of the serious risk present) so quickly so that all in the same day the new water heater was installed. Both Robert G. and Alan H. were over the top kind and patiently provided detailed explanations, and answered any questions I asked. They numerously went up and above in their service. I can’t praise these gentlemen enough, the peace of mind I have from this experience is priceless! I have never been so happy with the quality of service provided, honestly I can’t praise this company and employees enough. It really was a blessing in using this company, thus I strongly recommend them! They are truly committed to providing the best service and honorably stand behind their work.

Derick, German and Henry were absolutely fantastic. When I called for service because I didn’t have heat, Derick was at my house in one hour six days later German and Henry were installing a new furnace! There was no pressure to purchase new furnace at all. They were ready to repair and gave me a rate. Since the old furnace was 20 years old, my children encouraged me replace it. I needed to get quote on swamp cooler, Nick came to my house in an hour. Wrote an itemized list of what needed to bring cooler into code and replacement costs. All four of these gentlemen were professional, timely and took time to explain costs, equipment and warranties. If I was a business owner, I would be proud to have them be a represent my Company!

I called on a Friday afternoon and asked that a technician come out and give me a quote to fix a plumbing issue caused by a different plumber. I was told that the tech that came out would call in advance. Sure enough, Monday morning first thing I got a call and the tech was there promptly. He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not - and that I appreciated. After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done. I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

Alan, showed up right on time he said he would be at our residence, he introduced himself and went to work. He diagnosed my problem in about 15 minutes. Came back in and explained what was going on. Needed a new thermostat, he left I was called in 10 minutes after he left, providing me the solution and cost to repair. And they put me on the first stop of the morning. Should take about an hour. Very professional, and thorough! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good, reputable, company!

Signature installed our refrigerated air system last summer. The install was mostly painless. They removes our old evap system. Just recently we had Alan Garcia come out and do maintenance on the system. He did a great job - cleaned the coils, tested the temp at the return, changed the filter, everything. He was quick and polite, even talking me through the maintenance that I can do myself. Really good experience and at no added cost as we just installed the system. Very happy with the service!

We've used Signature's competitors before, and can honestly say that no other business can touch Signature's quality of service. We've worked with Signature several times now and all of the employees we've interacted with, from their scheduling folks, to the technicians themselves, have all been so friendly, patient, and kind throughout the entire process...from start to finish! During our most recent repair job, our technician, Saul Vasquez, was especially helpful, as the issue with our furnace was complicated and difficult to diagnose. Saul remained persistent in figuring out where the problem was, and was very honest and upfront with us throughout the entire process. Never once did we feel pressured to pay for any service or part that he suggested we needed, as it was very obvious that he wanted to try and keep cost down for us as much as possible. We are so appreciative of the service we received, and highly recommend Signature to anyone looking for an honest, dependable, and high-quality company!

I have an older home that had 70 year old heaters and a old swamp cooler. I had a new heater installed in the crawl space. Also I switched over to refrigerated air conditioning including installation of ductwork that didn't exist before. I'm very pleased with the results. My old house feels like the temperature is constant throughout the house. It's also less stuffy. They were very considerate concerning the inevitable mess that ended up in the house. Although it was very messy. I'm pleased overall.

My furnace went out several days ago and I had this business come and replace it. They did a really good job on the install, they were quick and efficient. I did have to clean up the mess afterwards but that wasn't such a big deal. They were very friendly and professional, they even got me in a day earlier than what was originally scheduled. They didn't try to charge me hundreds extra for driving out like many others I called before I called them. They showed me everything I needed to know about my new furnace and thermostat, and they hauled away the old one for me as well. I will be sure to update my review in the near future as to how well the furnace is working and as to the other services I was promised as this is just the first day. I am supposed to be given some sort of VIP to the store, I am supposed to be given free filters for life, and I think I was supposed to receive the first few maintenance jobs free. I'm very grateful that they were honest and didn't try to run me up on a bunch of surprise charges while on the job. The total was around 6 grand for a new furnace, parts, labor, disposal of old unit, and lifetime filters. I highly recommend this business over all others especially if you live in a rural area. They are very accommodating to those of us who are rural and aren't out to gouge their customers like these other businesses. Special thanks to Steven Civerolo for his personal and specialized assistance to me on the whole matter. He was very professional and informative. Thank you so much to the folks at Signature!

Rudy Anaya, the electrician, did a fabulous job of installing the electrical. Very neat work. Rudy is a total professional and gets the job done with perfection. These 3 guys were great!!! They had a tough time getting my old furnace out but they never gave up. Once the old one was out they had the new one in and thermostat installed in no time. They were done in under 4 hours and cleaned up everything before leaving. I highly recommend!!

The service tech responded to a plumbing backup, an after hours call. He carefully assessed the problem and returned with the tools needed for the job. He was thoughtful and careful in his work and in his recommendations for moving forward. This was about as good an outcome as a plumbing backup can be. Our kitchen drain wasn’t draining. We tried the usual remedies, to no avail. Thomas came to the house within a couple of hours and had the drain running within a half an hour. It is a simple service, but you take so much for granted until there is a problem. Thomas was professional and courteous and got our household back to normal very quickly. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy to schedule and very happy with the service performed on my Pioneer mini-split system which was no longer heating/cooling. A refrigerant leak check was performed and leaky connection found, the leaky connection was redone with sealant, and the unit was evacuated and refilled based on line lengths feeding all the indoor units. The service technician, Joe, did a great job and my unit is pumping out heat again! I'll be calling Signature HC&P next time I'm having any AC issues, thanks again!

The best experience I have ever had with a company period. We needed A/C fast and affordable. With in three day a salesperson came and quoted us. Found us the best possible unit and price. Four days later they installed it and had it going before lunch. Later we had a pipe freezing issue, that same day someone was here figured out the problem and fixed it the next day that was best for me. Jimmy Lube came to my house to do an HVAC system maintenance on a system that was installed by Signature about 3 years ago. He did an excellent job and showed me, with pictures, what he checked and what he found. I found him to be very precise and clear in his explanations. He found a problem with the hot water heater, which he did not even have to check. We decided to replace the WH. He arrived with the perfect replacement when he said he would, with help. Enjoyed the soft yet professional approach of Erik who patiently explained the ins and outs of converting our swamp system for a new AC. Also walked us through the financial part of going through Costco, which saved us a LOT! The installation went smoothly, with Julian and John explaining what they were doing as they went along, checking in with us from time to time if they had a question. They were professional, courteous, and left no trace once the project was completed. Greg dropped by a couple of times to check on the project who was also professional and approachable. We had two other bids for this work, both which were twice the cost and both seemed an up sell to us. So glad we chose Signature.

5-star furnace repair experience. I used their answering service very late on a Sunday. The answering service had the dispatcher call me, and she confirmed my appointment, and explained I was third in the queue. Excellent! Dispatcher told me technician’s name, Michel S., and that he’d call me 30 minutes prior to showing up. Excellent! Michael S. called, said he’d arrive in 30-35 minutes, and he did. Excellent! Michael arrived masked up, had all his gear, and was very polite. Excellent! Michael S. diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and attempted to reset the failed component in an effort to avoid having to replace it, and he gave me clear and complete descriptions of the problems, and all of my stupid questions. We needed a new part. He called, found the part in the supply chain, drove to get it, installed it, checked that the furnace was truly fixed, and he was done. Excellent! I am telling all my friends to choose Signature Heating, and to ask for Michel S. by name. What a great resource here in Albuquerque. Thanks again, Michael.

We had an amazing experience with Signature Plumbing services. From the first call, the customer support rep was helpful, fast, understanding, and really wanted to help with the urgency the issue demanded. Our washer hookup was spraying water everywhere, and she even helped coach me on how to remedy the situation until the plumbing team could arrive. This was well beyond her call of duty, and it was so helpful. Bravo for great customer service and fast scheduling! The team (Thomas and Nef) came out within a few hours and were able to quickly remedy the leak AND give us a quote for other work we needed on our sewer line. Their sewer line quote came in less than the other plumber's quote and they were able to get the work done a week before the other plumbers. We got to watch their work, and we feel confident that excellent work was performed with great attention to detail. They even cleaned up every scrap, swept up any dirt, removed the toilet they replaced, and left our yard spotless. Thomas and Nef did not miss a single detail and treated our home as if it were their own. They also wore masks the entire time while engaging with us, and we felt safe with the precautions they were taking. We've since called Thomas back a second time to help with another small issue with our hot water heater, and he was just as fast, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend Signature Plumbing enough. I've already saved Thomas' card in our kitchen drawer-- he's the only plumber I will be calling in Albuquerque.

A little late but as a result I am able to review the entire process from start to finish to follow up. As a homeowner it is never pleasant to have to replace a major piece of equipment like an HVAC system but Signature made the process so much better than expected. The representative Alvaro Hernandez was punctual, knowledgeable, respectful, honest, and worked with me to find the product that would meet my needs without breaking the bank. The installation process was incredible. From the very beginning the entire team was working efficiently and communicated every step of the process from start to finish. Specifically I would like to thank Joel and Oscar for their help. They made sure every part of the install went smoothly and addressed any concerns with supreme knowledge and understanding and used technical expertise to finish everything in what seemed like no time at all. They were able to adjust to my non standard set up for return grating, bring it up to code, and the craftsmanship is above and beyond expectations with major aesthetic appeal. The city came out on the scheduled date to perform their inspection and found some minor things that needed to be addressed. They came out the next day to correct the issues and the install passed final inspection shortly after. Finally, replacing the filters was again a very positive experience. I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door and my filters were provided right away from the friendly staff. I must say that going into the process I was skeptical and dreading it but, I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with my experience.

AC broke previous night, called in the morning. Was a little hesitant with such high ratings, decided to give it a try. Called at 10, technician gave a 20 min heads up call, came at 12, checked everything, (Michael was the guy, he had an iPad with their own app) bet there was a check list on there, has to document all of his work. Gave me a quote after checking everything, said it’s going to take him 30 min to get the parts. Came back and fixed everything. From first seeing him to finish everything, took him 1.5 hrs the most! Very very very professional! Wore a mask at all times, knocked before coming in (even though the door was unlocked and opened), took pictures of everything he done, took care of everything, just perfect. Haven’t called other places to get quotes, doesn’t know if the prices are high, but it was worth every penny of it! PROFESSIONAL!

Had to replace two furnace/AC combo units. Went through Costco and this is the company contracted with them. You can tell they try their hardest to keep that contract. Had a great experience from the assessment/estimate through to the actual installation. Had two crews on a Friday and they knocked it out. Oscar, German, Junior, Tenn, and Mike were friendly and hard working. Even the roving parts guy Jose was a pleasure to talk to even though he’s a Dodgers fan. The units are working as they should and are so much quieter than our previous system. I had one nittenoid item of taping the duct insulation on our downstairs unit and notified them. They came three days later on the Monday to remedy the situation.

My wife and I have an area of our house that is always hot in the summer and cold in the winter so we finally decided to look into getting a Mini-Split heating/cooling system. We saw a display table with information about Lennox products at our favorite Lowe's store. We signed up for an appointment later that day. Soon after, I got a phone call confirming our appointment with Dan, who is the Project Manager. A bit later I get a text message showing me a picture of Dan with a brief bio about him. Now I not only what Dan looks like, but also some information about his background. I thought that was pretty impressive. Our appointment was for 3:00. At about 2:30 I get a call from Dan saying that he was on his way to our house and his arrival time would be 3:00. Again - impressive. As it turns out I had a last minute request for an appointment. This meant my wife would be home alone and would have to deal with Dan on her own. Long story short...she texts me around 3:30 saying the appointment went great but no contract. When I arrived home she explains, that after reviewing our particular situation, Dan advised her that a Mini-split system would not be a good solution in the room where we were hoping to get it installed. He told her he could go ahead and give her the details about getting one installed but that he would not recommend it. Seriously? He turned down an opportunity to make a sale because it wouldn't be a good investment for us? Who does that anymore? I immediately emailed him and thanked him for his professional and HONEST behavior. He responded, thanking me for my kind words and added, "I am just lucky to work for company that values ethics and encourages us to be perfectly transparent with our customers, especially when a potential sale is involved". And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is why I am writing this review! I plan to spread the word about Signature Heating, Cooling & Plumbing every chance I get. This is just the beginning!

Premium installation cost for mediocre work. Don't get me wrong, they'll get the new system you paid for up and running, but don't expect great service. It took 2 visits to get the sales contract signed, and it took 3 visits to get the AC system operational. Signature provides a completely average service masquerading as premium. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Ralph! Our furnace went out last night (12/29/2020) and had to sleep in the cold. Called many places and no one had any openings. Finally, we were able to find Signature Heating and Cooling (Now our go to company!). The receptionist, Haley, was friendly. She was upfront about times and explained how the process worked. Ralph came out and immediately understood it wasn’t a simple fix (no parts needed, just elbow grease). Ralph gave me a tutorial on how the furnace worked and answered many questions as he diagnosed the issue. Ralph not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond. Ralph checked for other common issues. Ralph also made plans to make assisting us in the future easier. He added a part number to our file, thus if we need it, Signature Heating and Cooling would be able to get it quickly. Great service and will recommend them to all who ask.

Needed to upgrade our old swap cooler and old heater. Kevin came out walked us through the process and took all our house dimensions including all window and gave us an estimate which was a few thousand less than the other quotes I got from other companies. Kevin worked with me to get everything scheduled and squared away very quickly. From the time I said I wanted the service it was only 2 days till my install day which I never would have thought could happen. They told us to expect a 2 day install time to do all the electrical work, removing all the old heaters and swamps and install all new equipment. Sam and Adam came out and did our install and were absolutely awesome! They were here right at 830am as they told me they would be and actually had everything finished installed and cleaned up by 545pm. They were extremely professional, clean, and made sure I knew everything about what they were doing each step of the process. Signature recently installed a new gas furnace, central air conditioner, instant water heater, and water filtration system in my home. You can see from the photograph that they did an excellent job and installed top-of-the-line equipment. As I told the installation crews, they did more than a workman-like job (adequate), and did craftsman-like work (elegant). I contracted the work through Lowe's who also did an excellent job of setting up and guaranteeing the work, and arranging financing. The only areas for improvement I saw were the need for better communications from the project manager, which I addressed with him, and the fact that drywall repairs necessitated by new in-wall piping were not included in the contract. Overall, I am very happy with Signature and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I had my water heater brought up to code. Victor the technician was very professional. He told me the various options available and did not do a hard sell on me. I ended up also getting the yearly deal where they will switch over the furnace and swamp cooler in the spring and fall and do any maintenance on the water heater and furnace for much less than other companies were charging. My daughter had a positive experience with this company so when my heater was getting ready to fail I decided to call them. They scheduled an appointment very quickly and Daniel was my consultant. He evaluated my house and offered options on the best furnace for my house and gave me advice as what to choose. He called to see if he could get it installed the next day and they were full but I only had to wait until the next working day. Oscar and Irvin showed up as scheduled and on time. They removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace, had the electricians show up, and made sure my furnace was up to code. They did such a great job. Oscar put extra insulation around my furnace and showed me how to work the new thermostat. He even went through the garage to make sure there wasn't any screws or debris on the floor of the garage. I was very impressed with the entire encounter, especially the great installation team.

Michael was very professional he was able to find the problem with the controller of my swamp cooler . I was a little disappointed because the initial person that I set the appointment up with told me that the charge would be $77 for any kind of problem solving. Michael did find the problem. The controller did need to be replaced but I had another problem a belt was loose and I asked him to look at it . At this time he informed me that was not included in the $77 and that if he had to go up the ladder to the roof it would cost me a another $129 . So I told him to go ahead on top of the roof and see if the belt needed to be tightened. We had just installed it and I didn’t know how to tighten the belt and I was afraid a loose belt could damage the cooler somehow . All I saw Michael do was turn a screw and tighten the belt which couldn’t have taken more than five minutes. He charged me the $129 on top of the $77 . I was disappointed. I was using signature for the first time because another company had referred me to them they were busy and couldn’t fit me in . They did sound like they would be very good for us. I found that it was all about money they wanted to add $250 more for a thermostat Installation and I told him that I would buy my own and install it . I have to give it to Michael he was very professional he did point out the problem with the controller but I don’t think I can get past the less than five minutes he was on the roof and charged me $129. The way I look at it is if a company wants return business they could bend a little if they know it will please the customer .

Our sales rep Al was really great and completely trustworthy in helping us select the appropriate HVAC system to replace our aged swamp cooler. The system has worked perfectly since installation and has kept our house comfortably cool all summer. I’d add that Al was always available to answer questions throughout the process, and when a few weeks later we had a problem with our old water heater he arranged to have someone at the house within a couple of hours (the afternoon before a holiday). The technician who did the installations—for both the AC and new water heater, Mark, was absolutely fantastic—on time, efficient, knowledgeable, neat/tidy, and super conscientious throughout the process. Unfortunately, I needed a plumber because of a minor leak that was persisting since Dec. 30. I could not find the leak on my own in my home, but was able to rule out any major pipe damage, and was advised that there may be some valves that are leaking; however, I did not see evidence of water leakage anywhere other than the alerts of a leak from my water service. Signature assigned me Thomas Ward -- an expert Plumber in my view -- with over 19 years of experience. He arrived ready to find the problem and expertly and efficiently identified multiple small valve leaks an a few other small but potentially bothersome problems that were unnecessary water loss. In addition, he explained and helped me understand for my future benefit all that he did. It is obvious that Mark Thomas is a professional tradesperson who takes pride in his skill, experience and knowledge. Lucky for us! Thank you, Thomas! Signature did a free estimate on a new water heater after an onsite inspection. A competitor asked for photos and offered a cheaper basic quote on the phone, but after seeing the photos said their "free" estimate would require an in-person visit that we would be charged $80 for, if we ultimately decided to use a different plumber. Instead of playing that game, we chose Signature, and they provided a very professional installation and clean up. We just swapped from swamp to refrigerated air. The salesman came twice, once for initial assessment and then after providing a quote for paper signing and a final quote. He came after 5 on a weekday and then again on Sunday! So nice not to have to take off work! Then came on Monday with his expert to double check requirements for actual installation. Tuesday afternoon two crews of guys, one for electrical and one for installation. Electrical work was done within 4 hours, installation crew had to return the next day due to rain. I had been contemplating converting our evaporative coolers over to refrigerated cooling for some time now. One of my colleagues at work was having a conversion done by Signature and encouraged me to give them a try as they are the current Costco vendor in New Mexico. I was contacted by Dan Fenton, one of the Senior Estimator/Salespersons. He was prompt on his arrival to our agreed upon appointment time in January of 2020. He did a thorough walk around and measurement of our space. We discussed the available options and he quoted us a price for an all inclusive conversion. After not too much debate, we scheduled to have the work done a few days later. We agreed upon a start day and they arrived promptly. The work was completed in 3 days. No mess, no problems. Everything was in working order when they left the job site in early February. The County inspections were completed the following week without issues. I finally needed to turn the units on this week. Talk about cold air....there’s nothing better! Dan and the crew have done an outstanding job. I’m actually shocked at how incredibly smooth the process has been. I hear they’re the biggest Lennox Dealer in Arizona. With service like this, they’ll be number one in New Mexico very soon. This a a follow up to my my above initial review. For the past month or 2, I've been getting calls to do a complimentary Check up of my newly installed Lennox AC system. Were finally able to get a mutually agreeable time and day. BTW, they also offered a check of my radiant floor boiler system too, as long as they were coming. Ralph was awesome! My wife and I both received texts when he was on his way. He was here as advertised and quickly got on the roof to check the AC units before dark. He came in and checked and changed both air return filters without asking. He also checked the boiler room thoroughly and happened to find a leaky gas connection to the boiler(Wow!). He said he smelled it as soon as he walked by and verified it with his digital detector! A quick tightening of the loose connection and problem solved! What else can I say? Matt was very friendly and got up on the roof to see what was going on. Turns out my filter was just bad. a couple of weeks ago, I placed a service call to Signature Heating and cooling. I was informed the service call would be $115.00 which was surprising reasonable. I was a bit skeptical, however the technician was quick to respond. The disappointing point was I found out where they make up the great price on the service call when found out how much the part was going to cost, at this point I terminated the service. I do understand that there are expenses and to keep an operation going isn't cheap and I don't know what the industry practice is but, find out what the bottom line is before you are committed on the service. I spoke with Jeremiah regarding this unpleasant service practice which he assured me he was going to bring it up to the owner. Jeremiah left me feeling understood and I am hopeful there will be a correction regarding this pricing practice. for this I am upgrading my rating.

We had really bad hail damage and the coils of the AC unit were pretty bad. They were able to get it fix it in a timely matter...due to time of year that this took place we had to wait after our roof was repaired for them to come back and check one other thing on the unit. Signature is truly a step above all the rest. I was in the market for a new condenser for my HVAC system. We received a letter in the mail, and gave them a call. Jerry, one of their project managers came by and looked our system over as well as took home measurements, and came up with 3 different plans biased on price points. Never at any time did I feel any pressure from Jerry. We decided to buy, and felt the price was so good, that we had them replace the heater as well as the water heater. The following Tuesday, Sam and German showed up around nine in the morning and quickly started removing my old HVAC system. They spent the rest of the day installing my new heater and condenser, and may I add, these two were very professional and polite. When they left, they left as if they had never been there. You don't see that alot. The following day, Emmanuel and Oscar showed up and did a beautiful job installing my water heater. Again, two very polite and professional individuals who I felt very comfortable having them at my home. If you are looking fo a reputable company to take care of any of your heating, cooling or water heater concerns, Signature is the way to go.

I needed to upgrade my 25-yr old furnaces and I also wanted to install refrigerated air in my home. I contacted Signature (through Lowe's) for this install. Everything was pretty quick and easy. Chris came out to our home (we live an hour away from Albuquerque) and did the first walk through to determine how best to meet our needs. Although there were some hiccups (as one might expect), Chris and his team met them all with the best suggestions for moving forward. The install team, Adam, Joel, and electrician Jason did a great job and our new HVAC systems are in place a week later, even after some code issues necessitated a major re-design of the install. After a slight electrical issue on Friday afternoon, Jason returned (another 1-hour drive) early Friday evening (after working hours) to fix the last hiccup ! I would highly recommend Signature for any HVAC work you need.

Months ago I had gotten two quotes on AC that were higher than I had hoped. AC was put on hold indefinitely. One day I was in Lowes looking for bolts. I spoke to the delightful lady at the HVAC display. That resulted in Lowes sending out their partner contractor accompanied by a Lowes person. That is when we met Al of Signature and Eugene of Lowes and subsequently Mark, their crack technician. Wow, were they a team. Yes, their quote was significantly lower than our previous quotes but more than that, by switching our dryer to gas and using that circuit, we were able to save a significant cost of upgrading our electrical service to handle the AC. The idea was Al's to do that and pay for the new dryer from Lowes with the rebate and still the whole job was much better and more complete than the previous quotes and at significantly less cost. It pays to have a team who all are experienced and know their job.... AND care. Upon completion, I felt I had a team of experts I could call on anytime.I have and I do. ********************************************************************** I see I cannot add another review even though this team did a 2nd job. This especially speaks to Mark, the technician. During the AC install, Mark noticed our aged water heater and asked If I'd like him to check it out. He did and suggested it had limited life left and explained why, showed internal pictures, and described what would happen when it fails. I postponed the purchase. About two months later it failed. One day I pulled into the drive and saw water running out of the garage. Just as Mark had predicted, it was a crisis. I called my new friend, "AL" at Signature in a panic. Before the end of that same day my other new friend "Mark" was on the job. Suffice to say that a greater crisis was averted by Mark with the installation of the new water heater. Without shopping, I had trusted Signature to charge me a fair and competitive price. They did. As Mark was removing the old water heater I made mental note of how it has been installed. After Mark installed the new one, I noted where he had corrected or improved on the previous installation from 15 years ago and the care he took in the details.
