The cleaners did an exceptional job. I’m so impressed - we were originally only interested in a 1-time clean, but I think we’ll have this service come more regularly because they did a great job. They paid great attention to detail and even turned the towels and paper towels into decor (image provided). The one thing I wish they would have done is clean our ceiling fans and vents, but they’re quite high up, so I understand if they couldn’t reach.

She also turns on this natural infuser while they’re cleaning so it left our apartment smelling fantastic. I will absolutely use them again. !! We were quoted one price over the phone and it ended up being twice as much. We gave them a try anyway and were disappointed. While they arrived on time and were quite friendly, the cleaning was not thorough. They didn't bother dusting or cleaning the walls and many spots were missed. We only asked for a couple rooms to be cleaned, and some parts look great but others not well cleaned. Will be looking for a new cleaning service next time.

Absolutely fantastic! I hired the EcoPure team to help me with a move in cleaning of a Hoboken apartment. Scheduling online was easy and the customer care team communicated several times before my appointment. The women who came were punctual, hard working, and professional; they were in the back of the refrigerator, inside the stove, on top of the ceiling cabinets leaving every inch spotless! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a deep clean, move in/ move out, or weekly cleaning

My place is GLOWING and smells amazing. I will 100% have them come back. Filipe did the carpets, and again absolutely great job. Took great care dealing with stains, and is actually coming back to try to address one he couldn't get out. Never, ever had anyone do that before. Thrilled. Better than I could have imagined. I have a one bedroom apartment and it took about 2.5 hours to clean the first time. But it was worth every penny (albeit I will admit it’s a bit on the expensive side)! Our apartment was immaculate and our towels were folded so nice in our bathroom. It was just like being in a hotel but better. The lavender aromatherapy smelled great and lasted about two days (I have a dog). The best part though, they left a towel swan and organic chocolates on our bed! Scheduling was fast and a breeze with Anna. I would definitely recommend them. Full disclosure they did offer me $15 off my next service for this review but I was planning on leaving them this review anyway so win win!

Loved my first ecopure experience! The team was very thorough and efficient. They cleaned deeper than other cleaning companies have (my bathtubs were spotless!) and had very thoughtful little touches as part of the service (like the way they fold your towels and make your bed). I was a little worried about pricing because their hourly rate is higher than others but they worked hard the entire time they were here and got my 1200 square foot apartment spotless (including a fridge and freezer clean out) in 2.5 hours! Will definitely be booking them again!

The EcoPure team in Hoboken were retained to do a post-renovation cleaning of our townhouse in Hoboken. The fine particle drywall dust was everywhere, inside closets, cabinetry, bathroom vanities, everywhere. We were thrilled when we came home and found not only that the apartment looked and smelled so clean, but also that such great attention was paid to smaller details (like hard to reach places on the groove around the stove top had been clean, as well as lingering stove top service stains). EcoPure’s service is unbelievable! I signed up for service and they scheduled a visit to walk through the apartment and introduce themselves. I quickly realized this is a company with a process for quality. She walked me through everything they did and explained how there would be two people that would do the cleaning, and then after there would be a quality check to ensure consistency and to make sure nothing was missed. I would characterize myself as a very meticulous and detailed person who has high expectations when it comes to cleaning. VepoClean is the most professional and stress free cleaning services in town. They also have great environmentally friendly cleaning products. Yesenia and Paola did an excellent job cleaning our place. I don't usually get regular cleaning services that frequently, usually monthly or every 2 months since I work from home and can somewhat keep up with the cleaning on my own. But we have 2 dogs, both of which shed, and also some recent construction and yard work that left dust and dirt everywhere. I wanted a thorough cleaning that I could maintain. They did a fantastic job and finished quicker than originally estimated. The vacuum/steamer they use definitely freshens the air and left the entire house smelling clean (and got rid of that dog smell). The small touches (like the towel swan and the chocolates) are very nice and made me feel very well taken care of. Will definitely be calling them again.

All the staff that I have met with is really helpful and very pleasant to interact with. We did not have the opportunity to have a cleaning with EcoPure due to a mix up, but this review is for their customer service and the way they handled this mix up. We had EcoPure scheduled to do a "move out' clean this week. They were professional all during the period prior to scheduled service and transparent regarding scheduling and policies, with timely phone calls and accessible customer service. They arrived at the scheduled time and due to an unforeseen circumstance on behalf of the apartment, were told they were unable to clean. Their typical policy is full payment if cleaning is changed or canceled within a certain time frame. After speaking with Boris and Daria, both of whom were extremely helpful, we were told that we would not be responsible for this charge as the reason they could not clean was not the result of our actions. I really appreciate their customer service. In a day and age where that is not a guarantee, I felt as if they were completely understanding of our position and reasonable. I hope they will extend their services to other parts of the state so that we can use this company in the future!

We went with a plan that works really well for us - one cleaning per week, with once a month being the deep clean. They are fabulous. The ladies that service our apartment are very sweet and efficient. They leave our place smelling and looking great. This is a belated review, but EcoPure is awesome! They are not only professional and great at what they do, they go above and beyond. We live in the VYV building and the ladies who work here are wonderful. We had originally scheduled a cleaning for a Wednesday a week before hand since we planned on having guests for the weekend but they had to cancel because of the snow storm. We called to see if there was anyway to schedule a cleaning before Saturday because of our plans and we also knew they do not work on Saturday and Sundays (which shows they take care of their workers!). They were great and squeezed us in on Friday in the weeee morning, but we were thankful. They game right on time and started cleaning right away while we got ready for work. They did an amazing job and even though it was a last minute squeeze in. They took their time and made sure everything was nice. They did everything we asked and more! They re-arrange some of items on counter tops very thoughtfully and I absolutely loved how they arrange our couch with all my stuffed animals. When we came home we were greeted with a little note and also some chocolate. I plan on hiring them everyone one to two months. I would absolutely recommend this company and their crew at the VYV. They are professional and a pleasure to work with.
