This is my second time having The Cleaning Authority of White Plains come & I would highly recommend them! Today, Cat came to clean my apartment, she did an excellent job. She even put liquid soap in my soap dispensers (I'd left the refill container on the counter, to fill myself later). Cat has an excellent eye for detail, she even noticed smudges on my mirror that I didn't see and said she "had to" clean them, or it would be on her mind later that day! Thank you for such a terrific job today Cat. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority of White Plains!!!!!

I had one consultation with Tom, who was able to show up at the house and give us an accurate estimate right then and there. Tom was also friendly and answered all questions we had, as well as took the time to explain smaller details. The mobile app that accompanies the company is also amazing! Tom really put the emphasis on the application, and it's really helpful to see when the ladies will show up and what areas are on the detailed clean rotation. The cleaners themselves are always so nice, and so thorough. Even on days when I am still just getting started, they always work around me when I'm making my coffee late. 10/10 service, highly recommend!!

I am very happy with the cleaning services provided by the Cleaning Authority. We started using them when we moved to the Elmsford area almost 2 1/2 years ago. Tom is flexible in scheduling and working with you on any issues you have with the cleaning. I did have to go through a variety of cleaners but it's a great job well done at the end of the service. I recommend them to anyone in the area!
