Amazing service all the way around. From the customer service person booking the cleaning appointment, to the actual cleaning service itself. Everyone was professional, showed up early and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them on a more regular basis now.

I've been using Maid Share for years. I recently decided to move and I knew Fatima and her team would be perfect to help me pack and get prepared for the movers. Fatima stayed over 6 hours, carefully cleaning and placing things in boxes. Given the current circumstances, I asked her to take a same day in home Covid test along with me so we'd both feel comfortable, and she was more than happy to do so (I am grateful I found them). Overall I can't say 'thank you' enough because she's a true gem. She's gone over and above for years, which is very difficult to find these days. Her attention to detail is to be commended!

Booking with Maid Share was easy and convenient—I love that they have an online system where you can select exactly what you need done and see the different costs. Natanya was great—the place was sparkling clean when she left. I was a little nervous about having a cleaner come because we have some very delicate artwork, but she was careful to avoid it while still cleaning around it. Definitely recommend! I've booked with them through the rest of the year.

I used Maid Share's services again on 12/21 for a general housecleaning. Im currently on bedrest and needed some tidying up, but Christina went above and beyond. She was courteous, efficient and excellent at cleaning our space. My husband and I both work from home, and she maneuvered around us with no disruption. That impression led me to have high expectations, and I am happy to report that they continue to impress! Fatima and her team are very communicative, timely and trustworthy. The quality of her homemade cleaning products are awesome and my team truly notice the lovely aroma and effectiveness of said products. Maid Share is Phenomenal!!!!! We really have been enjoying their service. We have airbnb' and we use Maid Share exclusively to service our home. We had an issue were our house guest lost their keys while we were out of town. It was extremely frustrating and we did not know what to do. None of our back ups were available. Frantically we text Maid Share at 7:00pm at night because they have a spare set (not thinking any of it...we knew they were closed) . We didn't think anyone would respond. Well a few minutes later we got a message from Fatima asking if she could give us a call. Long story short she herself went and let our guest in 9:00 clock at night. The customer service has always been great but we are beyond grateful to Fatima for always being so kind and going above and beyond. We are forever customers. THANK YOU!

Above and beyond customer service and CARE! After much research, I’m glad my first experience with a cleaning company was with Fatima’s. She is not just an incredible cleaner but she is an amazing person. AND- and again, an incredible cleaner! Darwin as well! He’s awesome! Fatima’s all natural cleaning solutions, which she creates herself, flexing her degree & expertise in microbiology, smell AMAZING and my eyes are blinded by the shine coming from my appliances and everywhere right now!
