Maid Right did an excellent job of cleaning my apartment in preparation for moving. I'd never used a housekeeping service before, so it was a challenge to get all of the spaces (including, e.g., inside the refrigerator and oven) sparkling. Their attention to detail was impressive, and my place hasn't been this clean in a long, long time. I would definitely use them again. Barbara was also very knowledgeable concerning other services in preparation for my move, and extremely helpful and responsive.

Very easy to work with -- Barbara (our service coordinator) was great, listening to what we needed and working to try to get us a team right away for a kitchen left in disgusting shape by the previous occupants. The team dove right into a job that was an unusual level of filth (including vermin waste) without attitude or hesitancy. Completely transparent about costs and job parameters, taking note of what we needed, but then adding on additional services at will. We hired them to clean the kitchen, but decided to have them clean the bathroom as well. While one cleaner was in the bathroom, the other took it upon herself to clean the stairs as well when there wasn't anything she could do to help in the bathroom. Would definitely use again, and considering them for regular cleaning.

The women who work for Maid Right do an incredibly thorough job. They do not come and “tidy up,” they come and CLEAN. There is a big difference. They pick things up and and move them around to clean under and behind. They are always on time, and very professional. The owner of the company is very friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the MaidRight team that comes to my home. They know exactly what to do, and cater to specific things that I want done. My house just sparkles when they are done. With two kids and a dog and a cat I truly look forward to when they come over! The are extremely professional, use the highest quality cleaning products (including a HEPA vacuum cleaner) and are really good about cleaning an extra room or modifying things if I need them to. Always very pleasant. I never feel like I need to hide cash or valuables - it doesn't even cross my mind now - like I think it would with other services.
