They cleaned well especially the master and upstairs bathrooms. I feel like they were rushed in the end with the vacuuming and they left some orange liquid on the kitchen counter. An alarm went off I’m guessing to signal that they should be done cleaning but they were not. Overall it was one of the better cleanings that they have done.

This service is very good; the owners listen to their clients and ensure the cleaning service is done correctly. I encourage to review the work after completion and advise if there is something that was not done right. The cleaning ladies are VERY friendly and will cover it immediately as long as it is included in your plan. I do recommend this service.

Cleaning Authority provides a consistent clean in my home. The detailed portion of the rotation is my favorite. They check behind and under things. I don’t have to do any follow up. Their service is perfect for our active family with working parents!

Hired this company coming out of COVID and not having a cleaning company for over 1.5 years!!! These ladies were thorough. I could literally see the difference! Plus they didn't break anything (like our last company)! Even my husband who was watching with the cameras in his office texted me to say darn these ladies are doing the darn thing. Swept under everything. Would give them a five but did find the entrance table still dusty which I wasn't mad at since they took their time with everything else. Glad to have found the company. Looking forward to a good journey together!

Libia and Zoraida do a great job and are very thorough in cleaning every room in our house. I trust them 100% to be in my home, even when I am not there. There are times that I am not home when they arrive and they come in through the garage and close up the house when they leave. They are a pleasure to have around and are always smiling.
