Jeremiah was a true professional, he arrived early and walked the space to ensure everything was covered. When his crew and him started cleaning they were very meticulous and paid attention to the details. The part that puts them above the rest is after the job was completed, another vendor showed up and made a mess of my floor. Jeremiah stayed and did an additional cleaning to ensure the job was done right. Outstanding service and very professional, I will be using them again in the future!

It took months of frustration for us. We tried 4 different companies (all rated 4.5 and above) before we were finally given Jeremiah’s card at Luxe Cleaning. From the very beginning, they have been responsive, patient, and professional to all of our needs. We requested a deep clean for the first appointment and they let us know how much time they needed, how many people would show up, and made us feel comfortable before they even came out! Jeremiah brought a team with him and they all went out of their way making sure that each corner, each piece of furniture, and everything single item in our home was sparkling clean. We loved their work so much, we asked to get scheduled on a regular basis. They came in for their second appointment today and we felt comfortable to leave them in our home to run errands ourselves. Jeremiah kept me up to date on their progress and they made sure that our doors were locked before they left. If you’ve been looking for the best team in the area for a cleaner home or space, this is the team. As a germaphobe, Luxe Cleaning has gone above and beyond to make sure we’re happy and staying in an immaculate home.

LUXE Cleaning is awesome. They’re always on time and when they’re done, the house sparkles. The cleaners focus on the big cleaning and on the details. Imagine, they clean all the handles on the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom.

Cheyenne and Jeremiah did a fantastic job on our house! We have 2 dogs and a 5 year old, and no matter what we do (and we are generally pretty clean people) our house always feels dirty. They were able to come in and do the unthinkable, clean it from top to bottom in a way that I don’t think it has been cleaned in 15 years. Their attention to detail, professionalism and courteousness sets them apart from anyone else that has cleaned our house before. I can’t recommend them highly enough and can’t wait to have them back again!

From start to finish, my experience with LUXE was amazing. They responded to my inquiry almost immediately, came on site the next day to get me a quote (took tons of notes and asked lots of good questions to make sure we would get exactly what we wanted done), and were able to schedule a full day cleaning for just a few days later. We were looking to have our 21,000 sqft office deep cleaned, which is NO small task! Their team spent the entire day cleaning our space and were so thorough - it looked AMAZING. Everyone on the team was so friendly and wonderful, and I'm so happy with the work they did. I would recommend this company to everyone for jobs big or small! They are excellent.

Cheyenne and Jeremiah do an amazing job! This is not a cleaning service that sends strangers the hire to your home, as they do the cleaning themselves. I am very picky and have used several services over the years and this is by far the best. I have two cats and yet Cheyenne and Jeremiah leave my house spotless. I am grateful for their hard work.

I’ve finally found a cleaning service that I’m happy with & will be going back to use them for as long as I’m in Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. I live in Wesley Chapel. So professional! I had the pleasure of having Cheyenne & Jeremiah clean my home. They arrived early (but texted first to make sure that was ok) & were super detailed, professional, great communication, very caring & sweet people! Everything was in pristine condition when they were done. They wrapped up & made sure I was ok with everything. This family owned business is going to go FAR! Worth every single penny! I will eventually be moving on to a monthly service very very soon with them. Can’t wait until the next time they are back.
