I was extremely nervous about using a new cleaning service, but I can’t say how happy I am. Viola came to my home and she was extremely professional and pleasant. She gave me a cost for my first deep clean and the weekly cost for cleaning, her prices were very good. I agreed with the pricing and they cleaned my home today for the first time. I came home and my house was clean to my standards and smells amazing. I am very clean and particular with how clean my house is and I have no complaints, I am happy with the services provided. Jason SewJust wanted to say Thanks to Viola and her team. We hired Viola to help clean our house after a stressful renovation that involved new ceilings, lighting and 3 bathrooms. Pretty much every inch of the house was covered in drywall dust, chunks of tile and electrical debris including nails and wire cuttings.
I spent about a week calling various different cleaning services for this type of job and they either declined the post renovation clean up or charged a higher hourly rate. Viola was the quickest to respond, most flexible with her schedule and just had the attitude that she would take a look at the property and try to help me out with a reasonable quote. Out of everybody that I took the time to get a legitimate quote from, she just seemed like the nicest, most genuine person and most willing to help.
Her price quote came in about the same as or cheaper than some of the national cleaning chains. But for a job like this, price was secondary to getting the house clean so my baby could breath clean air before moving in.
The house looked and smelled like a war zone after the renovation. After hiring Viola and her team, we were shocked at how shiny everything was after they were done. We did a walk through afterwards and she took the time to point out all of the extra difficult spots they had to really put elbow grease to get shiny. I appreciated the pride she took in their work and the end result of course. So again, thank you and we gladly recommend Viola and her house cleaning business that is local to the Kirkland WA area.

I called a lot of places but they were the ones that made me feel at ease. Viola cleaned absolutely perfect my apartment. I can recommend Viola Cleaning for everybody. Viola is absolutely big competitor for Perfect Housewife. My apartment shines like new. Viola was great, my floors look like new, and now I know who to call if I ever need my apartment cleaned again!
