Very good service. On time. I didn't waste any time in getting started. Very thorough, very cautious with my valuables, very nice and kind. I cleaned the inside and outside of the sliding door, as well as all of the window sills, mini blinds, portraits, can lights, crown molding, and baseboards. Bathrooms are stunning. I'm quite happy. I hadn't been able to physically clean for several months, and they performed an excellent job.

Queen Bee Cleaning Service came highly recommended to me by my real estate agent. The cleaning crew I scheduled was 40 minutes late past the scheduled time provided by Queen Bee. I was not given advance notice of this, I had to call and inquire when they had not shown up 15 minutes after the provided time. This required me to rearrange my later appointments for the day which was inconvenient and last minute. The crew was done about 1.5 hours faster than they originally told me, which was surprising.The areas they did clean were very clean and I was initially very pleased. However, after a more thorough walk-through before I moved out of my apartment, I noticed quite a few areas that they missed. This required me to clean those areas myself, as the areas that were cleaned vs. not cleaned were very apparent. The cleaning crew mentioned they had 2 more stops they had to make before they were done for the day, which was at 4:30 PM. In hindsight, it seems like they were in a rush to get through my place which is disappointing. The price I was charged seems pretty steep compared to other quotes I received. I was happy to proceed given the recommendation I had been given. If my apartment had been thoroughly cleaned, I would not mind paying a premium price. Considering I had to go back and do some cleaning myself, it was not worth the price.

The service was ok. There were parts of the shower that were not cleaned. I paid extra for deep clean in the kitchen and there is still grease on the walls by the stove. The floors were sticky after the cleaning in the kitchen as well.

I booked their service online which was really cool, they cleaned the home today. Wow what a great experience. It was so nice to have a clean house and amazing service, finally. I had used several different companies. Queen Bee is the 1st to really get all the nooks and crannies, including the tops of the door. jams. The owner Sandra actually came out too, she was so nice and double checked her girls, who by the way were nice and sweet! Great job ladies!

I wish I could give six stars! I contacted Queen Bee Cleaning for a deep clean of my apartment to tidy up after an extensive renovation of our place by building management when we were away (drilling through drywall, tons of workers in our place..basically - havoc!). Wow! They did an amazing job. Not only did they take care of the debris from the work - but our place was absolutely spotless. Last week - two months after their visit - I went to get something off a high shelf in the bathroom. The area - normally a bit grimy - was completely spotless. While I tend to give the place a pretty thorough clean weekly - I will definitely hire them again. My mom has a cleaning service and even she was impressed. They are the best - and extremely reasonable for the quality of service.

Pros: They did an incredibly thorough job and while they showed up significantly late (see note below), they brought enough crew members to stay on track and finish within the agreed upon window. Cons: they showed up 2 hours late without any heads up or notification of the delay. 2 hours late on a job that was supposed to take 4 hours. They then offered a ~5% discount for the delay.

The Queen Bee employees did an amazing job for us! The condo was absolute sparkling. I hired Queen Bee to do a ‘move out’ deep clean only two days in advance for the condo we were moving in to. The previous owner had cleaned it, but not to my standard of clean and I really wanted a fresh deep clean before moving in. All the little details were taken care of; window blinds dusted and wiped down, appliances, moulding wiped down, ceiling fans dusted, windows cleaned, etc. They were thorough and efficient! I needed a short-notice move out cleaning for a house I had on the market and Queen Bee was the only company that had no problem squeezing me in in short notice. The cleaners came out the next week and deep cleaned the kitchen area, all the bathrooms, and vacuumed and tidied the nooks and crannies. They did a great job. The house had high ceilings with some fans that are little hard to reach but they cleaned them anyways, they went above and beyond. I very highly recommended to all. This company does some beautiful work! Honestly, I’ve tried so many house cleaning businesses but I have found nothing just quite like Queen Bee! I am thorougly, and extremely satisfied with the job they did this week and well every other job they’ve done too :). When I called in to set up an appointment (which was super easy), they provided me a quote and had no problem working around my busy schedule and the person who answered the phone was super kind and patient with me when I hit them with about 100 questions. The cleaning girls came in on time. The woman who seemed like their manager told me where they were going to start and was super friendly. They brought their own cleaning supplies, vacuums and mops, which i had to provide for my last cleaning service which I hated so you could just imagine how relieved I was when they told me they used their own products. They didn’t just clean, they SCRUBBED everything, the cleaners left my whole house basically looking brand new! They even got that stubborn dog hair off my couches which was a blessing. I payed for my oven to be cleaned as it has been neglected for months and I’ve got to admit I’ve never seen my oven look that shiny and clean E V E R. I needed to get my old apartment cleaned because we wanted to break the lease from my landlord. I got a new job recently and wanted to move out asap. I found Queen Bee Cleaning from a friend, although I was originally skeptical of the service since I've never hired a cleaning service before. they work super hard and stayed until everything was sparkling and shiny. They cleaned regardless of what I was doing and disposed of even the old boxes and grocery bags lying around. Very positive experience and everything felt clean and tidy.

I love love love their work! They're pretty affordable and can work with your budget. We started working with them when we lived in a 3 bedroom apartment. We used one room for storage and the other bedroom was barely used, so we got a one bedroom and two bathroom cleaning. We got a discount by getting a recurring monthly cleaning. Since then we've moved into a house. We hired them to do a deep cleaning (after delaying for 8 months) and then realized it's worth it to have to clean the rooms we use most often. I've been so appreciative of this. I don't like cleaning. I find it tidious. I remember being told to do it as a kid ("clean your bathroom") and now that I'm an adult and know that I should really have a clean tidy place, it's so nice just paying to have it done. If I were a person who actually enjoyed cleaning, that might be a different story, but I'd rather spend my time doing other things. And they do such a great job. I always get excited coming home to a clean place! Looks so much better! They're pretty fast and efficient. Sometimes they'll come with a team of 2-4 ladies. I think one time there might have been more. Divide and conquer. They're usually out within 2 hours. I'm very pleased with their services and recommend them to whomever I talk to.

They did a good job of cleaning the interiors. However, they do not clean patios. If you are paying so much for a service to clean the home, I would expect the patio to be cleaned as well. All the trash picked up from the home was dumped in the patio. At least this should be mentioned at the time of booking a service.

I'm going to start by saying, I usually don't write a review unless it's good, but the lack of communication from Queen Bee other than automated emails asking for reviews makes me feel that this is how you want to hear from me instead of contacting me directly and handling things one on one. The cleaning was great, 5 stars. The experience was not, 1 star, so 3 overall. I filled out an online booking request providing information on how to gain access to my home while I was out on vacation. The booking gave me a total of $244 plus a $25 tip I had entered, and I had selected to receive a discount for paying cash. I left $300 in cash on the kitchen counter, assuming this was ok since there were no instructions that I could see. On the day the cleaners arrived, I received multiple calls, one text and one voicemail that the cleaners were at my house, no one appeared to be home (this was included in my booking notes) and that the door was locked. Since I was on vacation with bad reception, and I did not recognize the number on the call and at first no voice messages were left, I didn't know there was a problem. Finally I got a call from a number with Queen Bee on the ID, I answered and was upset to find out about the problem. I had to explain everything again. I then hoped everything was fine since I received no more communication from anyone at Queen Bee. Then 3 days after the cleaning, while still on vacation, my card was charged $309. No heads up, no communication about extra charges, and again not honoring my online booking where I paid cash. Fortunately, my money was refunded quickly after I wrote an email. However no communication about why I was charged, or apology for the miscommunication or anything. All I've received from Queen Bee is the automated emails, and calls about not being able to get in my house. This whole experience was stressful and put a big damper on my vacation. My job is as a sales trainer and I have years of experience in the internet sales department of my company, and would be happy to help your staff get better at this process, here are my suggestions. Rule number one, when you receive an online request, READ EVERYTHING! The consumer will be frustrated when they took the time to fill something out, and then all those details are ignored. Second, make a phone call, or at least a personalized non automated email to the consumer, confirming all the details of their request. This is the time to bring up anything like, entry to the house, how to handle a cash payment, and the fact that there may be additional charges once the cleaners are finished. Third, call or email the fact that the service has been completed, again, a good time to bring up anything that happened that would incur an additional charge, or even better, bring that up in a call or email before you do it to make sure you're authorized, and the consumer wants you to perform the additional work. A personal touch and communication is what will bring you repeat business.

I usually tidy up a bit before the Queen Bee crew come by, but I forgot they were coming that day. The house was a wreck! There were toys strewn about, piles of dirty dishes around the kitchen, and mounds of clothes everywhere. It was a wonderful surprise to come home to a clean and organized house. Really great cleaning service, after a few hiccups here and there, I have them set on a monthly service and am pretty pleased. Things are consistently cleaned up around, under, and over, if that makes sense. I sometimes find things misplaced, but that's more because they're organizing, which I appreciate. Love, love, love how clean the place feels after I come home from work. Kitchen is cleaned to the teeth, and that's probably my favorite part! Had an event the night before they came and while most of it was cleaned up, they gave it a good, detailed scrub. Pretty much will have them on a continuing schedule until I move or they close!

I have moved away from the Puget Sound Area but still own a townhouse in the area. While getting the unit ready for sale I hired Queen Bee Cleaning Services to do a full move out cleaning. I haven't been in the unit for a few years but had a friend went there and we did a video chat to evaluate the condition the tenant left the unit. Unit was in good shape just needed a few areas of attention. Prior to the appointment, I sent an email listing those areas, including the oven (which it is included as part of the move out cleaning). After the cleaning I had my friend come over to found out that the oven was not even touched! I contacted them right away and they came back and cleaned the oven. My friend said the rest of the house looked very clean. i would have given them 4 to 5 stars if they taken care of everything like they were supposed to. Having to ask m friend to come to the house a few times to make sure the house was clean was unnecessary.

Every time Queen Bee cleans our house I'm surprised at how much they do. The first time I used them, in addition to cleaning everything top to bottom, literally, they also dumped every trash can, emptied the baby diaper genie, and even folded all the toilet paper rolls into little triangles just like in a hotel. This time, they did all that again, and surprised me by washing all the pots and pans I hadn't gotten to, by hand, and changing the sheets on my bed that I'd been procrastinating on. They make it possible for me to focus less on cleaning my home every day, for hours after work (it literally never ends if I do it myself), and instead I can focus more on my kids, and play with my 4 year old and new baby. Prior to that, I spent every day telling my son repeatedly why I couldn't play legos, or hide and seek, because I just couldn't get all the housework done. Thank god for Queen Bee!!!

Unfortunately I'm changing my rating from 5 stars to 3. The last few times I have had my house cleaned the cleaning crews have either come late or have not shown up at all. When I called the first time, I didn't get a call back for several hours. After that, no return phone call at all. I verfied the numbers I had based off the website. It's dissapointing to see beacuse when I first started using this company everything was top notch. Not so much anymore. I will say that once the crews do show up they do a really good job at cleaning. I hope things change back to the way things used to be.
