Molly maid staff are amazing and go above and beyond every time! The teams I've used in the past have been truly outstanding! The only issue I have with Molly Maid is that it is much more difficult to book a one-time cleaning. I'd love to be able to book a series of cleanings but it appears as though the cleaning schedule is limited. My preference would be once every three months but for a standard general house cleaning this does not appear to be an option. Expanding the number of appointment options and timing of those appointments might serve you well as you begin to book out pre-scheduled cleanings.

I’ve been using Molly Maids for over a year now and they have been amazing. My house is spotless every time! They are efficient yet do a thorough job. They can clean my 3,000 sq ft home in 2.5 hours which is awesome. I’ve gotten to know my cleaners, Elizabeth and Oneyda, and they are respectful and sweet. When I had to change dates and times the office staff were polite and courteous and were flexible with my changes. I would recommend my cleaning team to anyone!

Update: I have a problem with them sending reminder emails a day in advance but having their cancellation policy be that it’s $165 if not cancelled or rescheduled two days in advance. It feels like they’re trying to get you. Everyone double books on occasion and it feels like they’re trying to take advantage of that. If your window is 2 days, why remind with 1 day notice? Overall, still enjoying this service, but at a new apartment. They are very timely and professional and friendly. Would still recommend :) I have been a customer for the last few months. I have nothing to complain about. Norma and Lourdes have done a great job and been very nice when I have encountered them. It is great to come home and find the house almost spotless. On several occasions they have even found things that I lost the week before!

We had the same cleaning person for 25 years, and when she retired, we were at a loss. In the interim, we tried two different cleaners, but their schedules were very unpredictable. We have a nice home, with quality finishes, and just had our first cleaning. Norma and Lourdes did an amazing job - we are thrilled. Terrific experience with Team#4 Elizabeth, Leida, and Ita. Performed a deep clean and made the house look as good as it was the day we moved in. Probably better. Our house was a real challenge for them since our busy lives result in all sorts of pile of "important stuff for later" lying around. They dove in and worked ceaselessly for more than six hours with meticulous attention to detail. So happy and worth every penny.

WOW. We had our first clean with Molly Maid, team #7 (Luisa and Nancy) came to our home, and it is cleaner than I thought possible. They were able to organize all our scattered papers and knick knacks into neat-looking piles, beds were made looking like hotel beds, and most miraculously, they completely cleaned the white glass stovetop (never buy a white glass stovetop). I had a different team this week but they were still awesome. Team 1 - Oneyda and Elizabeth cleaned my apartment and did a great job. Picked up all the random odds and ends that I had lying around and in general made the place a relaxing oasis to come back to. —— I had to take some time off while I had some medical issues but now Team 7 is back and my home is great again. It is the details like the way they put the table cloth on the table that makes it great. Or how everything smells so fresh.

I had a great experience with MM. easy to set up over the phone, walked me through pricing and options. We had Team 7 of Nancy and Luisa, they were fantastic. They arrived earlier than expected while I was unable to answer the door but they waited patiently without complaint which was very appreciated. Our 700 sq foot 1/1 apartment took about 2.5 hours, at a cost of $282 for a deep clean. While on the pricier side than I hoped, they did a fantastic job of every detail across the apt as part of a “deep clean option”

I try to have Molly Maid clean my studio apartment once per calendar quarter, give or take. Having just had them visit in early October, I didn't get to have them back before covid struck, and there was a 10-month gap between professional cleanings. My place looked like a crime scene. I had a 2-person team in for three hours, and they cleaned and dusted EVERYTHING! They replaced my bedding and shower curtain, cleaned inside my cupboards and cabinets and appliances, shined my floors, and spot cleaned my walls. Six months later and I am still so pleased with our service! I love coming home when the Molly Maid team has been here and everything is clean and in it's place. I would like to praise my team, Mirna and Isabel whom I have had twice come to my house. I just moved from California where I had Molly Maid there also. The service I receive from these 2 is far superior to what I have had before. They even cleaned out the bottom of my stove! Unheard of. We opted for Molly Maids after trying multiple other services. We left our home for the day while Team 7 worked their magic, and it was MAGIC. When we got home it felt like we arrived at a holiday resort. Our space was immaculate. Also, they do a nice little touch with the TP in one of our bathrooms that has a roll sitting on the back of the toilet and make it look like a flower coming out of the roll which is just symbolic of the detail they put into their work.

We had Molly Maid come do a thorough cleaning last June when we were getting the house ready to host our daughter's graduation party. I have very high standards and was trying to convince my husband it would be better to save money and let me do it myself. He hired them anyway...it was worth the money. The entire house was spotless when they left. For Christmas, my husband gave me monthly cleaning services. Again, I was reluctant but after 6 months, I am so happy. I am one of those people who can't relax if there is housework that needs to get done. Now I don't feel like I'm drowning in chores and I can actually come home from work and relax. Most recently they sent team 7 to clean our office and they did a good job as usual with the exception of wiping down one of the bathroom faucets which still had cleaning detergent on it when they left. Not reflecting of team 7, there are times where Molly Maid messes up their scheduling which has various cleaning teams showing up late or me having to cancel the cleaning. I schedule our clients around their scheduled cleaning time and prefer not to have them vacuum and cleaning the kitchen, etc. while we're meeting with clients. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I've searched other services which charge near the same amount but also expect you to provide your own vacuum, papers towels, and other cleaning tools. Molly Maid comes in here with their cleaning product caddies, vacuum, brooms, mops and reusable/washable microfiber rags.

I highly recommend Molly Maids because they are absolutely always on time (or send an emergency squad if the regular crew is taking too long on a previous job), always finish on time, never break a thing (and I have plenty of little things in the house), make my house spotless, and are friendly and courteous. I think their prices are spot on for the work they do, and I like the fact that they send the same crew each time, so they know all the little peculiarities about what I want. Having used The Maids before and being really underwhelmed I reached out to Molly Maid. Super quick to reach out and setup a quote visit. Reasonably priced (better than the maids) and very high quality work. You can tell they work hard. My OCD has led me to call about something that probably didn't need to actually be recleaned but no questions asked the very next day took care of it. We didn't receive any correspondence or receipt/invoice after the service was conducted for a "move out" cleaning. Instead I saw the debit on my bank statement which was over a $100 more than the top of the range that they gave us for the cleaning. Our home was cleaned on a regular two week basis up until this cleaning, so its hard to understand why it was so high. All it would've taken is a phone call or email to let us know how long it took them to clean and why their estimate had been too low.

Well I have to hand it to Maria and Lety. They were an hour into our house clean this morning when the power blinked out over the neighborhood. Do you think they complained or quit or cried? Hell no!
