Our team, Luz and Jose, do a wonderful job! They always arrive on time and do a great cleaning. They are receptive to feedback or suggestions/changes that we need and are quick and efficient. They work around our whole family being home with ease, which includes 2 adults, 2 young kids, and two big dogs. We highly recommend them!

MaidPro is amazing!! They are affordable and professional. In addition, they respond promptly and kindly to any questions, and my PRO Guillermo is incredible. His attention to detail and care for his work shine through him. He is kind and so understanding when I ask him to focus on certain rooms. Guillermo is also incredibly punctual and considerate. He really is the best cleaner I've ever had, and I can't recommend him or MaidPro enough. If you are looking for a home cleaning service definitely use MaidPro; they are the best I've used in all my years!

Home Care Provider: Angelica We were beyond pleased with our service on 11/3. Angelica was a delight to have in our home and the place was sparkling clean by the time she left! Delighted with MaidPro. I have an odd, object-filled house and it is cleaned quickly and carefully by my MaidPro cleaner. I am often at home while she is working, and she is quiet, efficient, unobtrusive. I appreciate the structured nature of the service, but feel that I can change service day, add services, negotiate. I also appreciate the feedback request that is emailed to me after each session. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend MaidPro to anyone. Thanks!

Generally over the last few years, MaidPro in Seattle has been okay as my housecleaner with rotating staff of cleaners - some employees were great. But they are sometimes inconsistent.If you leave instructions with the office about your preferences, they will mostly remember to do what you ask or use particular products, etc. Occasionally, I've been wowed by the clean I got from some of their employees, most recently in Feb by Jessica and Beatriz.

Yay I'm a fan! During a particularly busy time in my life, I decided that it would be best to get some extra help cleaning my house. It was a difficult decision, as I have always cleaned my own home. Having Deborah come twice a month to my home really allowed me to focus on my job and not feel guilty about not keeping up with the housework. During this time I also had visitors and new people visit my home related to my job, and it really helped to know that my home was visitor-ready! I highly recommend MaidPro and Deborah M. in particular. She shows up on time, has a great attitude, puts up with my dog following her all around the house and getting in the way.... (even when my dog runs across a freshly mopped floor!) I highly recommend that if you use MaidPro you also tip your cleaning person to show their appreciation. It is a difficult job and hard to meet the needs of picky, demanding clients (ahem... me....) so if you're able to, please consider tipping - or at least a holiday bonus! One of my favorite parts is that she is able to get to 'special projects' that I have ignored.... like dusting all the records... cleaning out the fridge's sticky spots, or cabinet crumbs or baseboards.... things I skipped in the past if I was rushing to clean. I am very lucky and spoiled that I'm able to afford something like this.... and I've cut back on a few other expenses in my life in order to continue to have this service... but it has been worth it. (During the first 2-3 sessions I had some trouble communicating with MaidPro's office but ever since then things have gotten much better.... so be patient with the start-up process, and office disorganization and it will get better when you're mostly just interacting with your cleaning professional!)

Expensive and not very effective. Wanted to clean my unsealed hardwood furniture with vinegar...NO!!! They only use vinegar and spic and span..."green" but not very effective
