Freddy and Alex with Fischer Restoration did a great job for us when our upstairs neighbors toilet flooded through our ceiling. Freddy was communicative, professional and I’m confident the ceiling was properly dried in preparation for replacing the drywall. Fischer Restoration can the next day after the incident and was always on time and reliable.

Fischer's restoration crew gave me comfort and confidence in their analysis and remediation of my condo water damage. Easy to work with because they communicate well, understand my needs, and were prepared and reasonable about the damage repair. Fischer Plumbing was also involved, which was helpful to me and convenient, as they were coordinated in their work. My discriminating decision is that I can put my needs in their care. Recommended.

My condo recently flooded and Andy from Fischer Restoration is my focal for the water damage cleanup. This is a extremely stressful time for me, but Andy is stepping me though the process and is a great communicator. Best of all is he always greets me with a smile and a kind word. I am so grateful that the Fischer team was available to respond when I had a massive flood in my condo -- their knowledgable efficient work greatly mitigated the damage. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Jason came out the night of the event & Les joined him the next day and their early intervention made a major difference. The place was dried out in three days (which seemed remarkable given the volume of water!) and they saved ceilings, walls, appliances that might all have been totally lost. Their great experience was readily apparent, their customer service and communication exceptional. They explained things well, were thorough and systematic in their approach, and understood what documentation the insurance company was going to need. Fischer made a disaster manageable, gave me complete confidence the right steps were being taken, and overall made a really tough experience much easier. I can't even begin to say how awesome Les and the Fischer crew was (Brandon & Brent, I believe, were the other ones I met). Les is responsive, upbeat, and proactively keeps you updated on progress. My condo was flooded unexpectedly by my neighbor's fridge. I couldn't have asked for better service by Les. Les was reassuring, confident, and simply capable - which really put me at ease at a really stressful time. I'm so happy to have worked with them.

By Far the best restoration company in Seattle. Brett and Ira have been very professional is dealing with residents, cleaning up after themselves and doing the job in a timely manor. While I hope its a long time before I need restoration work I wont hesitate calling Fischer and asking for Brett and Ira. I'd ask for Gabe if they were not available. Having Jackie stop by after work is complete to ensure everything went well is great follow up to a job well done.

We highly recommend Fischer Restoration!! Special thank you to Ira and Brett for helping us out during our first disaster as homeowners. We came home to our brand new house after being out 1-2 hours on a Sunday afternoon to a river flowing from under the kitchen sink, through our main room with 2 inches of water in the living room. Ira was over within an hour and was the exact empathetic, supportive, and knowledgeable person you would want to come over in this situation. For the next four days he came over to check out the drying progress and only increased the severity of the restoration when needed (started with fans and dehumidifiers and moved up to cutting out drywall if that didn't show signs of working well). I loved his analogies and giant smile that despite disaster made it all seem okay, and it was okay! The price of the work came in much lower than we thought it would be. I hope we never have a disaster like that again but I know I would call Ira at Fischer Restoration!! We were also very happy with everyone else who accompanied Ira throughout the week.

We called Fischer Restoration after our fridge leaked under the floorboards of our kitchen. We experienced prompt service, excellent communication, accurate estimates for expenditures and time! Highly recommend - hopefully we don't have to call them again, but if we need a water mitigation expert again we know who to call!

I had my drain pipe back up that caused some water damage. My HOA contacted Fischer for the restoration work and they sent in Les. He and his buddy on site were skilled and very systematic. They were extremely thorough and they took their time to make sure they inspected everything that could have possibly been impacted. Les gave me constant updates as to what was going on, answering all my (silly) questions very patiently. Les also was nice enough to share the pictures he'd taken throughout the process for the purpose of my insurance claim. They were very easy to work with and I'll not hesitate to contact Fischer again if I have any other such problem. I's definitely recommend them for any water restoration work!

The Fischer team holds very high standards for integrity and workmanship. I worked for this company off and on between 2013-2014 and saw from the inside how each of their key team members put the customers at a very high priority. The nature of their work often brings them into peoples homes after they have experienced a traumatic loss of personal items. Because of this a lot of their efforts to go above and beyond go unnoticed. It can also get very hairy when an insurance company is trying to protect themselves. Of all the restoration companies in the area I would recommend Fischer Restoration to anyone needing their specialized set of services.

I rarely write a review but I was compelled to because of how I was served by Fischer Restoration. Their scheduler Brent fit me into a tight schedule because I had water damage that needed to be assessed and addressed right away. They even agreed to go just beyond their identified service boundaries, which was very generous. But that's just the prelude to why I'm writing this review. Three of their team showed up (Les, Gabriel and Sky), and they examined my home inside and out and measured, poked and prodded and said that they were happy to provide service to me, but that I could do it myself and save a bunch of money. They showed me what I could do with fans, and gave me some guidance about how to test that I had sufficiently addressed the water damage. Les gave me his card in case I bumped into new or surprising issues or if I just couldn't get the job done myself. Wow. Integrity in spades. I was ready to hire them. He showed me a path forward without them, but made his team available on the sidelines, if I wanted them. Let me tell you, any and all future plumbing or water damage needs that show up in my life will have me taking out that card and calling Fischer Restoration. What a refreshing thing to encounter honesty and true service in home repairs.

MY GO TO. I have 100% trust and respect for these guys. They’ve done $250,000 restorations for me and $800 restorations. They adapt and solve problems as needed. On my last leak, they found water in a kitchen. Instead of tearing out cabinets, in this case they were able to open up the wall behind the kitchen in a closet. They dried everything. It saved me over $20,000. Mark and Les are amazing. Thank you Fischer.

Fischer has worked on two projects for us so far, both involving mold and water damage. The work they did was spot on, timely and professional. On one project, we had a minor dispute over the total charge that arose out of an honest miscommunication, and I was very happy to see them acknowledge their own part in that and readily accept our proposal. I'd hire them again for similar projects in the future in a heart beat!

My unit was flooded by sewage when the Plumbing to the building got clogged. As you can imagine it was disgusting. The association hired Fisher to restore my unit. Both Andy and David have made this a painless experience in the demolition and construction side of the project.

I just have to say that this company saved me... on a Saturday... with my ceiling leaking water... Les Griffith came into a complete and total mess and saved the day. Not only was I completely satisfied with his work but he went above and beyond and cleaned my bathroom!! Les walked into what was an absolute horrendous mess and he left me with a bathroom that was cleaner than before the leak occurred!!! I recommend this company 100%!!!
