Moving out, moving in, or is your place just dirty? This is the company you should use! They do phenomenal work for a good price. I called a few different places to clean a 4 bedroom house and right from the beginning A&K was very responsive. The crew did an amazing job, the house never looked this good before. I don't normally remember to write reviews, but this place is the best. Oleg was great to work with and the cleaning crew were all very professional and meticulous.

‼️HIGHLY RECOMMEND‼️ Thank you so much Oleg and your team. I wish I had a before and after picture. You left my house super clean. I found them on google and when I called the customer service I got was 12/10. I had to reschedule my service him and his team took care of me amazingly. On the day of the cleaning they came on time, stayed extra hour and cleaned my place amazingly. They were very friendly and willing to clean how I like it. Easy to communicate and fun to work with. **** NO DETAILED CLEANS **** Prior to hiring A&K House Cleaning in our messages I wrote, "I'm looking for a detail oriented" cleaning person. We have a small one story home that requires cleaning of a master bedroom and bath, a wipe down (no full clean is necessary) of an unused bathroom, a kitchen, dining room, living room and office/workroom.. It was agreed that their service would be detailed oriented and I hired them. Two gals came in and did a deep clean for $600 and it was great. However, when the cleaner came two weeks later for the first regularly scheduled clean, she missed basic things like sweeping and mopping one room, didn't sweep behind the master bath doorway leaving dog hair and dirt behind it, didn't get the kitchen countertops clean leaving grease spots on them, and left an obvious piece of grass on the front of one of the kitchen cabinets. When I discussed this with Oleg he said, "I can't push the girls harder than I already am." And that he can't guarantee details like that in a typical clean, "That things will build up." (I have no idea what that means- except things will build up if you don't clean them in the first place). I explained that sweeping and mopping floors, wiping countertops and looking at the front of the kitchen cabinets to see if they needed to be wiped are basic house cleaning that should be done each clean. He said, "We only get good feedback and reviews so I can't help you." I was stunned when instead of wanting to correct the errors the next time he decided that he would give me a discount and that was the end of his companies service. From the reviews, and my personal experience, A&K seem like a company for move out or move in cleans where no follow up or regular service is necessary. If you don't care about detailed cleaning and don't mind basic details being missed, this is the company for you. *** To the owners response *** Hello Oleg and Helen, We both know that the review is accurate including the direct quotes. My husband was video taping behind me and unbebounced to us caught the audio of the conversation. I't's a shame that you feel leaving dirty floors, countertops and cabinet fronts is minor. Kind of proves my point.

We have a small one story house with luxury vinyl and tile floors throughout except in two carpeted bedrooms. Two bedrooms aren't being used, and one small bathroom isn't being used. So, there is quick wiping down one toilet, floor and counter in the small bathroom. And a quick dust and vacuum in two rooms once a month. This service is the BEST! I did a lot of research looking for a good House Cleaning company to take care of our home in Kent. I talked with multiple people/companies before making a decision. We decided on A&K House Cleaning and they provided service for our home every two weeks for 14 months (after which we moved to Bellingham). I have dealt with many housekeeping services for my previous homes all over the US. A&K listened to everything I needed for my home and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their team of professionals (Oksana worked with us regularly) are efficient, courteous and always left our home looking GREAT! In preparation for our move, A&K was extremely flexible with our schedule and provided our "moving clean" and once again left our home looking GREAT for the new owner. Alla and Oleg provide personal and courteous interactions in terms of scheduling and billing - I always enjoyed speaking with them. I truly wish that I could move them up to Bellingham to take care of our new home. I HIGHLY recommend A&K House Cleaning if you are looking for a professional, courteous, punctual and thorough service!

I hired A&K to do a move out clean and I wish I had been having them clean for me for years before! They came on time with all their own supplies and by the time they were done my house was spectacular! The wood cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, glowing! All the fixtures, shine. I was looking for a cleaning service that would come in and do a deep cleaning of my whole house. I found A&K online with great reviews so I decided to take a chance that they would put as much effort into the job as I typically do. I'm so glad I did because from start to finish this was a very professional company to work with! The two ladies arrived on time and worked hard the whole time they were here. The house looks amazing! Most definitely the best gift to myself and worth every penny spent! After reading the great reviews I decided to have the carpets cleaned too. Oleg (the owner of the company) arrived to clean our carpets because someone was out sick. Wow! I really appreciated that level of customer service! He had some difficult stain issues to deal with and used various products to get the best results possible. He really cared about doing a great job!! I'm so glad I can whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone needing house cleaning or carpet cleaning services! Thank you A&K for exceeding my expectations!

Fantastic cleaning service! Professional, friendly, and efficient. Oleg helped me set up the appointment. He was quick to respond to emails and phones calls, answered all my questions, and helped me feel comfortable about booking my first cleaning. I was set with an appointment quite quickly. I did have to wait a couple weeks to get a spot, though. Good sign - busy means they're popular! Stacey and Tonya did a fantastic job cleaning up my townhome. This is my first time hiring a cleaning service, so I don't have anything to compare with. Regardless: wow, what a difference they made. This is the cleanest my place has looked probably ever. They did a much better job than I have and were much more efficient. I was even able to put on headphones and continue working throughout the cleaning process, which was a great bonus. They required very little input from me and I only needed to move out of their way one time. Thanks for all the help, team! I definitely plan to have you back to clean my place next time. :)

My husband, 5-year-old son, and I are all in absolute awe of the work that A & K Cleaning did for us this week. We had scheduled a deep cleaning and they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We asked for special attention to be given to the master bathroom and kitchen and they did not disappoint. The sinks, toilets, tubs, fixtures, stove, etc. were positively gleaming and the floor looked impeccable. We didn't order a carpet cleaning, but their thorough vacuuming of the carpets made it look like the carpets had been cleaned. There are too many details to list that they covered. If you're in need of a deep cleaning for a fair price, you cannot go wrong with A & K. We are so glad to have taken this step and will definitely be working with them again!

I had a one-time deep cleaning, and I was very impressed! I'm not moving out or anything, my house just really needed a thorough cleaning. We had A&K out for a promotional carpet cleaning of our stairs and landing area. They did an amazing job. They used tools to prevent any damage to our walls and furniture. The carpets look so great now. We had our carpets cleaned from a different company 2 years ago and A&k got out marks the original cleaner said he couldn't get. They even got out some old paint marks from 4 years ago. I would totally recommend their service.

Since using A&K I can do things I never could before. Not with 'Dana's' who made me 'declutter' and fill out a detailed list each time; not with 'Seattle Green Cleaners' who charges twice as much and cleans half as well, and whose large teams never could find the key right where it always has been for 24 years. Unless I was home they would report being locked out and leave, charging me the full amount despite my protest. (This was the last straw. SGC owner was supposed to call about this after her Asian vacation a year ago but blithely charged me instead and sends me spam.) A&K Cleaning is one of those all-too-rare now CAN-do companies. So far: from first contact, return my calls right away and make setting up service a dream; give me any day and time I need; change my Thursday to Tuesday when my Thanksgiving houseful arrives; clean my best friend's new liveaboard boat at Shilshole--not their niche or normal area of service--and wow him too. Things they do without asking: arrive on time and act like cleaning professionals, not entitled ones who you kick yourself for tipping too much later; clean so beautifully your home feels cleaner than it ever was before; make me say ahhhh, not arghh. The best part is I don't have to deal with Brand X Cleaners ever again (though maybe she just isn't back from another vacation yet and may call someday. It has only been a year after all.) And thanks to my cleaning team, I can eat off my bathroom floor. I literally just did when something fell and came up sans one dog hair. Thank you Oleg, Alla, and my secret weapons Tonya and Stacey!
