We had Cleaning Authority come for the first time today & we are so pleased! They team that came to clean was so polite, very nice, easy to talk to & did a fantastic job of bringing our house back to life! We have 5 pets and a baby so it’s often dusty and chaotic so coming back home to such a shiny and fresh house was amazing. The communication with the owner was easy! He’s a very nice gentlemen & the breakdown of our costs was very fair considering our house size and needs. I would highly, HIGHLY suggest hiring this company for your cleaning needs. What’s better? They’re across the country too! Overall, thank you guys so much. Shoutout to our cleaners, you’re the best. Can’t wait for the next clean!

My husband had recently been in a serious car accidents dent and following a 12 day hospital stay would be coming home and confined to a wheelchair for 2-3 months while he recovered. Needless to say the house had not been my first priority and I wanted to get it deep cleaned before he came home. I found them online and chose them based to their positive reviews. I was able to schedule them to come and do an estimate and they were able to schedule the cleaning for the following day. My husband made it home before I could schedule them but they were very polite and conscientious about having to clean around my husband, a hospital bed and a wheelchair that didn’t normally exist in our living room. I also did all of this by phone because I was trying to manage work, caring for my husband, etc. my sister in law was there for the estimate and she also commented on Brian’s professionalism and that she felt comfortable with him. The ladies who came the next day were fantastic and the it was so very nice to come home to a really clean house. I would recommend them to to anyone.

I cannot smell but my sister can. She was pleased with quality of work too but would have liked a scent like lemon or pine! I was moving into a new house and needed a thorough cleaning before moving in. I also signed up for biweekly cleanings and had our first standard cleaning today. Both times two cleaners arrived on time and were super professional. They do a very good job. We have three cats and you can’t even tell once they are done. I especially like that I get a call to remind me of the scheduled cleaning and that they use their own products so in my chaos from moving, I didn’t have to figure out where all my cleaning products are. The biweekly service is affordable and it’s so nice to come home to a clean house. Definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority.

Second deep clean of initial contract. Cheyenne and Jamyra showed up promptly, did a great job and took requests and direction perfectly. My shower looks amazing! Same with the first time the crew came. Greg their supervisor came during cleaning to check up and bring them any supplies they may have needed. Very nice guy, very professional and good to talk to. These guys are great and I recommend.

I just started using The Cleaning Authority after they were recommended by a friend. I have received the first of two initial cleanings, and I am happy so far. The two cleaners were Alisha and Trina. They were polite, friendly, efficient, and hard-working. They were also extremely sweet to my dogs and my daughter. They did a fantastic job and did so quickly and efficiently. I had one detail I asked them about, and they immediately fixed it. An inspector stopped by to ensure I was satisfied with my cleaning. After they left, I noticed another detail, so I emailed the company, and they quickly responded via email. So far, I am thrilled with the customer service and their cleaning results. I have had my house cleaned for years by a lady who did a decent job, but The Cleaning Authority is providing a service beyond that. I look forward to maintaining a new level of a clean house. We ask that they wear masks the whole time they are in our home and compliance is good with this. We love that they super clean revolving areas in the house and let you know which one they completed and which area they will super clean on the next visit. Highly recommend!

The meticulous attention to details is extraordinary. The owners are excellent at setting and managing expectations and following through. The staff is friendly, efficient, and talented - sounds odd- I get it- but they go above- for example : yesterday they cleaned and the other day I was rummaging through my dry bar and my bottles and whatnot were all out of sorts. They cleaned the area and arranged the bottles back into their correct groupings. Most cleaners wouldn’t worry about that level of detail to arrange the bottles correctly. Every week I get a little surprise and delight like that. I learned about the service through word of mouth.

We've been employing the Cleaning Authority for almost 1 1/2 years now and find all their cleaners to be reliable, trustworthy, and really good at their job. While their services are always exemplary, some cleaners, obviously, are more diligent than others. It's always welcome to have any of them in but it's a special treat when one of the "super stars" cleans our house. Today was such a day. Johnny does a truly outstanding job. I'd like to see him back whenever the rotation allows.

I’ve been using Cleaning Authority for probably over a year now and have had no complaints. They are flexible, dependable, and trustworthy. A lot of times, they go above and beyond what’s expected of them. For instance, during my most recent cleaning, Johnny took it upon him/herself to tighten the screws on my wobbly toilet seat. It was a simple thing that probably took very little time, but it was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. Also, even though Johnny was working solo on this particular occasion, the cleaning was really thorough and detailed.

The cleaning job done is a good basic one. The cleaners are friendly and very pleasant and Brian is very responsive to correct any (rare) problems I bring to his attention. My only complaint is that other than the day (Friday) we don't get the cleaning at a consistent time nor do the same people show up. This means some inconsistency in getting details correct as we have to be sure to explain things almost every time. A management problem, not a personnel issue.
