I had a deep and general clean of my apartment. The cleaner, Stephanie, showed up on time. I walked her through the home and went over what I wanted cleaned. Stephanie worked hard throughout the entire house to clean my place up and down. Much to my pleasant surprise she even organized areas that I didn’t go over with her in detail (as you can tell organization isn’t exactly my best trait). The entire house looks amazing, she got through every nook in the home and didn’t mind the fact that my large Labrador retriever was in the home! Overall I would say that this cleaning exceeded my expectations and I’ll be recommending them in the future

I want you to know how very pleased I am with Geaux Maids cleaning service! My daughter lives in New Orleans & had to evacuate her home just before Hurricane Ida & was 9 months pregnant at the time. She came back & then had her baby early. I flew in from California to help but needed her house cleaned before she got home from the hospital. I booked the soonest appointment available for cleaning & wrote a note to explain what was going on, begging for a sooner appointment. Well, the folks at Geaux Maids were kind enough to arrange a cleaning in the morning before she & the new baby came home & while I was flying! How wonderful for us all to come back to a sparkling clean home! Thank you SO much for cleaning so well, and especially for being so responsive to a customer! We are happily continuing with Geaux Maids!

House was feeling very messy so my roommates and I decided to hire professional cleaners. We were able to book a cleaning for 2 days later! They did an awesome job! On time and very prompt. Super accommodating when I had to come back home during their cleaning. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially if you need a last minute cleaning.

First couple of cleanings it took a little bit to find a right fit but Hannah H. recently came and did my home and did an amazing job. So happy with the detail and care that was taken into cleaning my home. The office has also been available and helpful for any concerns or issues we have had.

Lealla was absolutely amazing!! She is 10 stars in my book! She was professional, kind, responsive, on time, and took the extra step to make us happy. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Lealla was my 2nd team to come out for a reclean. She was perfect. The first 2 maid sent to do a whole home, deep, move in clean did an incredibly poor job. However, the manager Rozel made it right and sent me Lealla who was prefect. Had I not needed a reclean I would have given 5 stars. I would recommend the company.

Amazing customer service. From the very first time I called and spoke with Peach to begin scheduling my cleaning services, I have been absolutely impressed with her willingness to accommodate all my needs. I made some mistakes when scheduling my cleaning online and Peach quickly adjusted my charges to accurate reflect the size of my house and reimbursed me for the errors I made. Tilisia has been absolutely awesome, she is always on time, professional, and an overall sweet person who takes great pride in everything she does. I recommend them to anyone from their customer service to their cleaning staff, you will not be disappointed.

Geaux Maids offered easy scheduling. I requested a move out clean. I got a confirmation stating 2 employees would be arriving. Only one employee arrived which I fet had that there was so much to do for only one person so I pitched in and helped. Carrie was so professional, a delight to be around, and did an amazing job. Together we got it accomplished. Geaux maids offered to reschedule my move out clean when two employees could be present but I needed it done that day. Carrie gets 5+ stars of 5. Geaux maids gets 3/5 stars just because I feel like they should have on call employees to show up Incase another employee can't make it to work. It just wasn't fair to expect Carrie to clean that whole place in the same time allotment. Also even though Carrie had more work to do than she was supposed to she never complained a bit about it.

The woman who cleaned my house had a wonderful personality. She was friendly and worked for several hours. I did what I thought to be a good look through but after she left I realized the baseboards in the bathroom were dirty and the kitchen counter wasn’t clean. While she did a decent job- I don’t really feel that I got $327 worth of cleaning- especially since I didn’t even have her vacuum. 4/27/18 Update: After reading my 3 star review, Geaux Maid President made outreach to me in an effort to correct the issues. He sent out a different lady, named Jessica, and she did amazing. She paid great attention to detail and took pride in her work. She was pleasant, friendly, and I would love to have her back! Thank you Geaux Maid for exhibiting wonderful customer service!

I love this company! I found them after nightmare experiences with two other companies which provided inconsistent services at high cost. Geaux Maids has great customer service and flexibility. I have a really hectic schedule and Peach at Geaux Maids has worked with me to set appointments. My house cleaner is very consistent and thorough. Everyone is professional and lovely to interact with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The ladies were nice and what they did clean looks great! I will take blame for not looking at some things when they were finished because I was distracted and preoccupied while they were here and leaving, but I did find some stuff after they left. Again, that’s my fault, and I’m sure they would have done more had I pointed it out. I also am not sure that the “deep cleaning” part I paid for ($110 more) was much more thorough than if I had not paid for the extra. Again, the ladies were awesome and did a great job in the rooms they did clean.

Geaux Maids is great, and particularly during the challenge of social distancing. Katie came and took extra care with disinfecting surfaces, all while observing guidelines necessary to keep her and us all safe. Having the house thoroughly cleaned at this time, especially, was comforting. And the professional attention ahead of time (calling first, avoiding contact) was also welcome.

Geaux Maids has been great. Jasmine comes to the house right at the agreed upon time and does a much more thorough job cleaning everything than I would do. The company responds quickly to changes in my schedule and they were even prompt to schedule the first cleaning. I will definitely keep using them while I'm staying in NOLA.

We scheduled a cleaning with geaux maids and while we were initially unsatisfied with the service received, Alisa, the supervisor who reviewed the work and the geaux maids team went above an beyond to ensure our concerns were addressed and to rectify the situation. They offered a full re-clean of our home so that it was up to our expectations, and while we were unable to accept due to timing issues with our movers, we were appreciative of the resolution that we came to. We appreciated the responsiveness and how the situation was handled

From our first phone call, we knew we were dealing with a highly professional service. They were prompt, efficient, organized, and friendly. We received a confirmation the day before via text, and the cleaners arrived on time, with a smile, and immediately began working after a walk through and a some requests. Missed a few spots but in her defense it was too much for one person as I ordered a deep clean on a 2500 4B 3B home. Should have been two people to be done properly. I’ve schedule Bi monthly with them so will keep you posted how it goes moving forward.

Absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for what I asked him to do and actually needed them to do. I had been more less bedridden for the past month and a half and my apartment became into a horrible horrible situation. Every morning I woke up I just felt overwhelmed. When I start feeling better I went out of town and I wanted them to clean the apartment while I was gone. They were able to accommodate every single request I had. And I was thoroughly impressed and I walked in the door. Thank you again for the AMAZING job.

My new apartment really needed a cleanup. I booked an appointment online on July 4 for the next day, and someone actually got back to me even though it was a holiday, and were able to send someone over at my requested time on the 5th. The two wonderful ladies who cleaned the apartment left the place looking like new. You can even see the difference in photos: the place is sparkling and I feel like I can finally settle in.

We scheduled a deep cleaning for the day before Thanksgiving. There were a lot of positives. The web interface and communication leading up to the appointment was good. They did not require a pre-visit to make their estimate. The cleaner was on time, stayed for five hours and did a nice job of cleaning. A manager also came by to introduce himself and check on the progress. The only minor negative would be that I have received 26 emails in total; some appointment reminders but mostly marketing. All in all, they are obviously eager to provide a good service. We are happy with the work and considering a recurring service.

I use Geaux maids regularly and have been very happy with their service. So easy to book cleanings and wonderful and professional staff. I strickly use, Alicia, and would recomend you do the same. She is extremely receptive to leaving a list and making your home as clean as she possible can. She has even returned the next week with specific tools and cleaners to work on something she was not completely satisfied with.

I was very happy with the service from Geaux Maids. They were very reasonably priced and on time. They told me 8:30 am and they were there at 8:30 on the dot. They were also able to fit me in quick. I called on a Wednesday for Friday and they were able to get me in. The only issue that I had was when the lady swept she seemed to have missed a few places. With a dog and toddler my house tends to have a lot of dust and hair everywhere. There were a couple of places behind the doors that were missed. You would only be able to see that if you closed the door. Other then that they were great and will be using them again.

We had Geaux Maids handle our rent house in New Orleans. They sent Sandy all but one time and she was awesome!! They were on time every week and had good prices. My old lady wasn't cutting it. I would recommend them to anyone. I would still be using them but we sold the rental.

They also take feedback and critique seriously. For me it's important to have the same person every week, and that's something you'll need to request. Such a great company! The customer service was remarkable. Very friendly on the phone and answered any questions I had. Arrived at the specific time they told me so I didn't have to wait around like for some other companies. They did everything I asked and my house has never looked more clean! They don't move anything over 20 pounds, which is probably my fault for not knowing. Everything smelled clean and pleasant to be there. They also called to let me know of a leak in my master sink... I'm pretty upset with geaux maids. I booked online late Friday night, ecstatic that I could find someone to come on a Sunday before I had company arrive. I was so happy with the process and the price that I booked for every two weeks. I have a 7 bedroom house with 1 bathroom but I only wanted 3 bedrooms cleaned. They called the next day and told me that because I have 7 bedrooms, that the price would increase by $100 initially and $70 bucks reoccurring. EVEN IF THE OTHER 4 BEDROOMS ARENT CLEANED! I couldn't see paying for rooms that aren't getting cleaned so I had to cancel. I'm so bummed right now, I thought I found somewhere I would finally be happy with. Update: I had to update this to a 5-star review strictly based on their customer service. Hunter saw that I had canceled everything and sent me an e-mail asking what the problem was so that it can either be fixed or improved for future clients. Everybody went above and beyond in order to make things right, turns out it was quite a misunderstanding, and they would not have charged me for those rooms. I have not had the chance to use the service yet, but I definitely plan to in the future. I would recommend them strictly based on their customer service and their desire to run a quality and pristine business. Any hiccup in the road, and this company will be sure to make it right.

Amazing first-time deep-clean... came home from 3 months overseas to a house that was a total mess of dust and grime and cat fur. I tried to start it myself but was completely overwhelmed. Everything is now spotless... to include the baseboards I tried to clean but couldn't get the grime to budge!! OK, so here it goes. I have been divorced for 13 years and I am the typical old school man in many ways, in that when I was married I helped my wife as much as I was able but having worked 6/12's my whole life it was difficult to really learn how to clean and keep up a home. So, my place on the surface was liveable, however, deep down it was a complete total shambles. I haven't dusted in 13 years, yeah 13 years. No wonder I have allergies. My bathrooms haven't known clean either in that period, disgusting I know but hey on the surface it was barely ok. After a 2 week search I find "Geaux Maids" and well all I can say is I wish I would have done this years ago. I have a new home and that is no Shinola. Thank you Jessica and Geaux Maids can't wait till next month. A Happy man.

Service received was very subpar. Once finding the contact info for the business owners the situation was corrected. Owner offered to provide full refund, but we were only willing to accept the difference in standard clean, and a deep clean. I understand all business owners can sometimes have issues with individual employees, and operating a business is not always easy. Very pleased with the professional way things were handled.
