They worked on the project from start to finish and even interfaced with insurance adjusters on our behalf when there were disagreements with the pricing. As a result of their hard work, professionalism, and project management skills, the house repairs turned out great. Everything AdvantaClean did from start to finish was outstanding.

My mother had a situation where her HVAC was leaking in her home. Henry came out and checked the issue. He told us there was mold along the wall in the closet and behind the unit. He told us the repairs we needed and also advised that my son could no longer sleep in that room. He was patient, professional, courteous and kind. I am going to be using their service to do remediation at my home from Hurricane Ida damage. I hope I can work with Henry again. I definitely recommend them.

The men who came to do the work had to deal with the INTENSE heat in my attic, despite this they were quick, kind, and professional! I had a very wonderful experience with AdvantaClean from start to finish. Henry Oliver came to do the estimate and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and proposed solution. Whereas another company wanted to just change my plenum, Henry advised me that a thorough cleaning, disinfection, and sealing of ducts would do the job. He also outlined another project with my attic ventilation that we would do in spring. The crew, Jamal and Taj, were efficient, very pleasant, and really meticulous in their performance. The musty odor is gone, and my daughter’s and my allergies with them. I would highly recommend AdvantaClean for duct service!

I recently used AdvantaClean. We were looking for a company that did Dryer Vent Cleaning. I decided to use them after reading all the great reviews on the internet. Our dryer was taking too long to dry clothes. So I knew there was lots of lint that we needed to be removed. I called and set up an appointment. Scott the owner came on time and was very professional and did a FABULOUS job. He spent many hours at our home because our dryer vent goes up to the 2nd floor and then out. He cleaned everything thoroughly. My husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge and solving our problem. He made sure everything was spotless before he left. He was also a pleasure to work with. His company is OUTSTANDING! Thank you Scott! If you are looking for a great company that does EXCELLENT work and has AMAZING service be sure to call AdvantaClean. We recently purchased a 100 year old house and I don't believe that the ducts had ever been cleaned. My wife was complaining that her allergies were acting up and overall there just seemed to be problems with the air quality. The AdvantaClean team was awesome. They were very polite, conscientious (putting plastic booties over there shoes every time they came in and out) and patiently explained everything they were doing. They carefully pulled off each vent cover, cleaned, sprayed and sealed. They went up in the attic, cleaned out evaporator coils, sealed any holes in the system, vacuumed and sprayed up there. Then hooked their giant vacuum to each system and pulled all the accumulated dust and junk out of the duct system. As a bonus, they went and cleaned our dryer vent. The whole process took a full day (I have a large house with three central units), but they were dedicated and working hard the whole time. They even cleaned up well after themselves. Since the process, the air in the house smells better, my wife's allergies are gone, and the AC units run better, cooler, stronger. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering the same problems.

Around this time last week, after just moving into my new house, I turned on my heat for the first time...and black dust began falling from the register. I tried to ignore it, but I would wake up in the morning stuffed up and feeling terrible. At night, I'd go to bed feeling like I was sleeping on an airplane; the air smelled stale. So I called AdvantaClean, and they came out for a free estimate a day or two later. They moved things around and got me an appointment for that week on the only day I could do it. The crew arrived punctually and professionally. They cleaned everything thoroughly, and were done with my entire one-bedroom unit in two hours. When a piece of my attic access broke off as they were cleaning in the attic, they called a contractor and had it taken care of the very next day. I turned on my heat again yesterday for the first time since the black dust, and immediately noticed the difference. This morning, I woke up warm and feeling great: no stuffy eyes or nose, no stagnant air. I highly recommend AdvantaClean if you need your air ducts cleaned out!

AdvantaClean came out to my house in the Lakeview area, and cleaned my dryer ducts last week. They really did a great job! The employee was a very nice guy, and he really seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I tried to do this on my own a couple a couple of months back, and not only did I do a terrible job because it was still full of lint, but I made a absolute mess. They had some pretty tick equipment that made the job super efficient. They were on time, and left the work area cleaner than it was when he got there! I will have these guys come back out to do my A/C ducts soon. Highly recommended.

Top notch service on water removal. Scott and Jonathon were at my place of business within 15 minutes of my call. A pipe had burst during the weekend causing some very problematic water damage. On two separate occasions I’ve used AdvantaClean. I had water come inside our master bedroom from hard rain. I met with Ryan that evening and his crew was at my home shortly after. They moved our furniture and clothing to another room and pulled out our carpet and removed some of the walls and insulation and used equipment to dry the room out. A little over a week later they installed a French drain and put the room back together. The second time my A/C started spilling water from upstairs to downstairs on Mother’s Day no less. I called up Ryan and he told me to turn the A/C off. The next morning his guys were out there pulling up my fake hardwood floors that I hated anyway and used those machines and fans to dry the walls. We talked about replacement floors and we decided on tile that looks like hardwood, within a week they had the floors installed and I love them.

Following our first dryer vent cleaning, Advantaclean gave us advice about the length of our dryer vent run in our new home. After a while, we had a dryer belt burn out. During the repair, the serviceperson said that our dryer held extreme amounts of lint, some of it was showing burns...a fire hazard caused by the length of our dryer vent. Advantaclean inspected our dryer vent situation and gave us the advice we needed to reroute our dryer vent to allow for proper ventilation and future cleaning. They were a huge help.
