I can not say enough about the entire experience!!! The entire team made me, my mother and brother feel like family. Thank you Liz, Kellen, Nate, Kerigan , Angelina and Gabe you all have changed not only my mother's living arrangements but her entire life. We went from a hoarder house filled with 20+ years of smoke to a fresh and clean home that my mother can enjoy during the phase of her life. I could have never done this with out you and should have called you all so much sooner. Thanks for caring like family :)

House got overwhelming after Covid. Spoke with Stephanie who was fantastic and helped set up cleaning. She was always available for questions. Noe and Jamil did an excellent job of cleaning things out. They made me feel comfortable in what could have been an uncomfortable situation for me. They helped with anything I asked and did it in a way that let me know they are really there to help people out when things get overwhelming. Would recommend to anyone.

I called Spaulding Decon because I had a mold issue behind my kitchen sink, I was doing some home remodeling when we discovered the mold. They came out and took care of it like it was not a big deal. Gabe responded late on a Sat night & started fans & dehumidifiers to help dry up the water from a broken pipe that flooded the whole bottom floor of my condo. Liz came with her team to remove flooring & cut drywall & plan the build back process. Every member of both teams worked extremely hard & were so pleasant. Stephanie led me thru the insurance billing & coordinating the entire process. I really appreciated the thoroughness & seeing the same faces thru this trying time. Spaulding Decon is a top notch company & I highly recommend calling them when disaster strikes.

After staying in and working from home during the pandemic, my house had become a house overflowing with boxes and unopened packages and other items stored but never used. The hardest part was recognizing I needed help with the hoarding situation that my house had become. Once I reached out to Spaulding Decon, I got an immediate response and they ended up sending Liz out to do an in-person review to see what needed to be done. Liz showed up on time and immediately put me at ease with the situation. I felt no embarrassment and she laid out exactly what they could do after talking to me about how I had envisioned. Liz took the necessary pictures and had the estimate for services to me that afternoon. I did have another company come and do an estimate who came in lower. However, after reaching out, the owner Gabe emailed me back on a Sunday night to answer my questions. I felt very good about how I was treated and decided to go with Spalding Decon. As I told Gabe, cheaper is not always better. They booked around my work schedule last week and got the job done in 2 days. I did not even know where to start. They showed up on time and again conducted themselves in such a professional manner. The crew went out of their way to put me at ease and reassured me again not to be embarrassed that the house had gotten to the point it had. Many thanks to Liz, Nikki, Nate, Matt, Xavier and Bridget who worked like trojans in 90 degree plus heat getting my house back into shape. They never complained. They not only took time to remove items and put in the dumpster, they opened up packages and organized items in closets and drawers. They hung up clothes for me in my newly cleaned out closets. I could go on and on. As you can tell, I am so happy to have my house be clean. I am once again able to let someone into my house and not feel completely isolated because of being embarrassed of my living situation. If you are reading this review, I encourage you to trust Gabe and his team. You have taken that first hard step in recognizing that you need help. Now, just take that next step and I promise you will not be sorry.

Gabe and his crew showed up and made short work of what would have taken me weeks to accomplish. This review is for Spaulding Decon in Nashville , TN. I had a hoarding issue which I specifically got in touch with them for. My home had gotten out of control as far as the mess goes, and I need somebody to help me clean the mess, then organize the rest. After several searches on the internet, I decided to go with SD because they were the easiest to talk to, and seemed eager to work with whatever I had in mind. They did an absolutely amazing job. My kitchen and bathes are all fully functional and clean, plus they went above and beyond in organizing all my “stuff” on shelving I’d provided. I really couldn’t be happier. They even did a day of work focusing on the yard alone, so the outside looks as put together as the inside. The best part of the entire process was Gabe and his crew. Everyone was nice and welcoming. I had serious anxiety over the state of my home, and Gabe put, and kept, me at ease. I was welcome to stick around while they worked, or leave them to it. It was completely my choice. I wish I’d hired them sooner, and I fully recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. You will be so relieved once they start, and completely grateful once they are done. I can’t imagine this having gone any better. Thanks again to Spaulding Decon, and particularly Gabe and his crew. You guys are the best!

We had a very bad experience with a renter. After the court eviction, he left the house full of garbage, animal feces, cockroaches and fleas. The basement was flooded with extensive water damage. When the policeman came to the house to verify the renter had left, he could not check the entire house because the stench was so overwhelming. I did a Google search and read about Spalding Decon. I left a message and the company notified me with information quickly. I told them about her situation and they said it would be no problem. I received a phone call from Gabe, he completely turned the entire situation around for us. I went from feeling hopeless to seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. We arranged a time to meet and he looked at the situation. He was very positive and confident that the house would become a home again. We talked about the different services they offered and the price of each. I was very pleased with The upfront honesty and fair pricing. Well, what can I say...he showed up everyday on time with his crew. They worked the entire time and we're very professional. At the end of the day I would get a phone call letting me know exactly what they had done that day and what they were planning to do the next day. At the end of four days all of the garbage was gone, the floors were swept and mopped clean, the water in the basement was gone and the whole basement was treated, and the house and yard were well on it's way to a full recovery! Gabe realized the terrible situation we were in, he was so positive and kind.... He was the perfect person to help us with our desperate situation. If I ever come across anyone in a terrible situation like ours, I would hand them Gabe's number and tell them to call immediately.

My name is Jon. I live in Hendersonville Tennessee. For many years, my house has been in a state destruction due to severe depression. I have not let anyone in my home for several years because I was so embarrassed with the state of my house. I researched online and found Spaulding Decon and read what services they provided. Something within me told me these are the guys to do the job. I felt in my bones that they would get the job done. Gabe Chrismon, the owner of the company, got In touch with me at 11PM to inquire about my needs. I found that extremely professional and courteous. Now let’s get to the job. There were two guys, Gabe and Jeff, who showed up for the job. They did the work of eight men, Not joking! They were both extraordinarily kind, respectful, and compassionate. They did not judge me for the mess in my house. They reassured me several times a day that they were going to get this house back in shape. I have never seen two guys work as hard as they do! They both served in the army which absolutely made me respect them even more. The job took four days, but my house looks brand new again! They genuinely could not have done a better job. They were always on time, and never stopped working! Trust me, I understand how embarrassing it can be to allow someone in your home when it is in that kind of shape. They never complained once, always had a positive attitude, and Gabe is a fantastic director. He is extremely organized, professional, and knows exactly what he’s doing. If anyone is in need of this kind of service, I cannot recommend them any higher. They were always honest about every single thing, never misled on expectations, and Gabe has multiple relationships with auxiliary services for flooring and even organizational help. Jennifer, who does the deep cleaning, is also very kind and professional. She did a wonderful job also. Please find the courage within yourself to call up on their service.
