This was my wife’s and I first house cleaning experience and let me tell you what, we definitely found the right company! When I spoke with Luana’s cleaning she recommended 6 hour cleaning using 2 cleaners because we wanted to get the house to a base level clean and have it “maintenance cleaned” after that. The price was very reasonable. The cleaners arrived on time and we’re able to get the laundry list of items cleaned that my wife and I had written out for them. Best of all, they were done long before they were scheduled to complete the cleaning! I will definitely be referring Luana’s Cleaning and using them again!!!

Oh my goodness, I had such a wonderful experience!! The owners of Luana's Cleaning Service are so kind and respectful. They VERY generously gifted me a free home cleaning and Ahhh, I'm telling you, sooo incredible! They arrived on time, immediately got to work & both worked so hard making my house sparkle & smell amazing! Luana even folded my toliet paper into a beautiful little flower!! WHAT! Talk about a sweet detail I didn't even know I needed, lol, she got me trying (unsuccessfully) to recreate it on my own! Haha! Just lovely. This was my first experience with a professional home cleaning service and it was such a wonderful TREAT. I'm hooked! I can't wait for them to come back again! My husband and I just moved into our house a month and a half ago. We went from 1700 sq ft to 3100 sq ft. We both work 10 hours a day and the last thing we want to do is clean on the weekends we have off. I reached out to several professional cleaning companies and was completely outraged with the prices we were quoted. I called Luana’s and was super impressed. The quote we were given was reasonable and we had our cleaning scheduled within a few days. The day of our cleaning I was so surprised that not one but three people showed up to complete the job! They cleaned my entire house in the matter of a couple of hours. My house looks spectacular and smells fresh again! If I could give them more than five stars I would! So after I saw their work I decided to schedule a monthly cleaning! If you are looking for quality cleaning that doesn’t break the bank then look no further and call Luana’s!

I have used many cleaning services during my life! I have had 2 in particular that I really liked. Since then, I have not found anyone who could compare. The 2 delightful women, Ligia and Ivania, who came to clean my house were incredible! They cleaned every surface, every corner, every wall, as well as all floors, vacuumed and mopped. I booked them for a 5 hour time slot. When that was up, they were still cleaning. (Yes, my house was pretty dirty.). I had to make them stop cleaning, all the while, they were telling me “It’s ok, It’s ok! I would highly recommend Luana’s Cleaning Service! I hope I can get Ligia and Ivania back again!

I have to say the best cleaning service I have ever experienced. All I asked for was the floors to be washed, detailed and dusting. We have a few dogs, so hard to keep up with. 2 hours later, beds were made countertop wiped down, kitchen appliances polished, Bathrooms detailed and polished. Even the walls and baseboards were cleaned. Even got the dog hair off the couch!! House smells amazing. And it didn't break the bank! Definitely recommend them. And can't wait for them to be back! I had Luanas complete a move out clean on my previous rental home, when I walked back in to inspect it was in better shape and smelt better than when the rental company handed it over to me. The girls who did the clean were very friendly as well. I will definitely be scheduling them to do monthly cleaning at our new home.

I don’t think we’ve ever had a cleaning service that fold the toilet paper into a little flower or creates a decorative bow out of our towel that hangs on the stove. Pure joy!!

Great! House was clean and they arrived on time. But the best part was the little touches. The toilet paper, paper towels and towels were all folded in different shapes. We loved it and my kids were thrilled. I don’t make toilet paper fancy when I clean. We had a great experience and are having them come regularly.

We have two homes, one in Tennessee and one in Arizona. Just before we left last November for Arizona, we hired Luana’s Cleaning Service after the sudden passing of our trusted cleaning lady. Our property has four buildings and a little over 11,000 square feet under roof that includes a main house, guest house, a beautiful barn with a recording studio, and an outdoor kitchen. I researched for someone who was insured, bonded, and had reviews mentioning good quality work and honesty. Luana was that person. When I called, she was very responsive and scheduled a visit the next day as she knew we were trying to leave town. I showed her around the property, our security systems, lock box for keys and of what we needed her to be aware. Amazingly, she was familiar with all our systems and had no problem taking us on as her client. We usually return to Tennessee in April but, this year because of the Pandemic and my husband being in the high risk category, we didn’t return until now August 20, 2020. During the last eight months, I told Luana to make out her own scheduled of what she cleans when as I am not here to see with my own eyes. When we arrived, I was amazed at how clean and polished everything looked; even in the nooks and crannies! We also, have a lot of wood in our home and if someone hasn’t been cleaning regularly, we can tell because the surfaces get very dry; everything was in great shape. She even made a welcome home rose petal design with our toilet paper roles and a design with our hand towels! Luana and her team are as ‘honest as the day is long’! If you are looking for someone with honor and integrity who, cleans very well every time, and will take great care of your things, you should give Luana’s Cleaning Service serious consideration.
