Right Touch has helped us out while I recover from foot surgery and it's been wonderful! Mel does a great job tackling our whole house (multiple bathrooms, multiple living areas, bedroom and kitchen) and is easy to have around while I'm also at home. She's very attentive to details and we have to do very little to keep things clean until she comes again, every other week. We're so thankful for the help!

Our technicians Sidney and Gabriel arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with as we showed them what was needed as well as our expectations. They provided useful suggestions such as a Dawn detergent solution for our laminate kitchen floor and a product they use to clean stubborn stove top stains. Sidney and Gabriel worked well together as a team cleaning our house in a timely manner. Once they were done, the house looked great with no noticeable odors from the cleaning products they used. Very pleased with the service! We will request Sidney and Gabriel for our next cleaning.

Very professional and easy to work with. I had to book a last minute deep clean for our house and it was easy. They responded to me immediately and in a timely manner when I had questions. I have been using Right Touch for several months. The cleaners are always on time, flexible with how they work around me and my husband’s work from home setup and are even great with our dog. It’s so nice to open my office after a few hours to a clean home! Recently Andrew and Talia came and their attention to detail was fantastic! This is the best cleaning service I have ever had! I used to have Judy who I thought no one could top, but then she moved away. I was afraid to move to someone new, but I did - and Walter literally couldn't be better! Staff is friendly and you won't believe how good your house will look after they are finished. I was toying with the idea of trying a cleaning service, but had a bad experience at one point with another cleaning service and wasn’t sold on doing it again. Right Touch came on referral from one of my friends who has been using the service for some time and she has been very happy with it. So I took the leap. Love working with Right Touch! When I come home after my cleaners have been over, it feels like I’m stepping into a whole new place. I have two young children and keeping the house clean is an INSANE chore. The moments I feel most relaxed are immediately after Right Touch has been over. It is also worth noting how flexible and kind they were when my youngest daughter fell ill and had to spend weeks in the hospital. They worked with me, even forgave the time I totally forgot I had a cleaning scheduled, and even sent flowers to brighten up our home during a difficult time. Can’t recommend them enough!

They cleaned our house through “cleaning for a reason” program because my wife has stage 4 cancer. It was VERY thorough cleaning both times and a fantastic help for our family! When we found that cleaning for a reason may offer 4 cleanings instead we of the 2 we got and asked the owner- she offered to send a cleaner during my wife’s surgery recovery and until she is done with chemotherapy. Judy has been cleaning our house for over a year. She is very conscientious and takes great care to do a wonderful job. She is trustworthy and reliable. We got up this morning and quickly threw the sheets in the laundry and picked up the last of the things we had setting around in her way this morning. At 8 she had not arrived. She is usually there ahead of time and does not ring the doorbell until exactly 8 am - but has put all her equipment by the front door by then. It is 8:04 and I tell my husband, that is strange. She is always early. By 8:10 I am worried about her. Hoping she did not get into an accident or something. Then my husband looks at his text from them the day before and it said she was coming in the afternoon. Mystery averted. Haha!

UPDATE: The problem I had was apparently with the previous management. The new owner was extremely responsive and immediately rectified the situation. I wish her, and her new business, all the best (bonus: it's woman-owned now!). I arranged a cleaning for a property in Mpls (I live out of state) to prepare a vacant home for sale. There was some work being done outside in the yard and some painting in the master bedroom on the second floor and in the unfinished basement. I asked if this would be a problem or if they could simply work around them since the cleaning I needed was to the main floor only - kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a living area. Keep in mind the property was entirely vacant. They assured me they were flexible and could accommodate the work being done in the property. However, on the day they were supposed to clean, they said they couldn't get access even though there were people already working in the house! How could they not get access?? An HOUR later they called me again and told me they had gone inside but determined they would not clean because work was being done to the upstairs. The main floor, with the bathroom, kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms, mind you, was completely open. I had already asked them about this over the phone to see if it would be a problem and was told previously that they would just work around it. Now they were telling me the cleaners on site refused to do that. They told me they would just leave without cleaning and that's exactly what they did. I had to find another company who came in and did the job professionally. Now they have been harrassing me for payment! Payment for what?!?
