We were absolutely thrilled with our first cleaning job! Taylor and her cleaning partner took so much stress off of our shoulders by cleaning so thoroughly. We have a 17 month old and feel overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning there is to do on a daily basis. Having Happy Earth Cleaning come once a month to give our house some extra love takes so much of the burden away. My spouse and I take home about $70,000 in pay a year, and we found this service to fit our budget.

I have been very happy with Happy Earth Cleaning. I've been using them for over a year and they always do a good job. They are always on time and I appreciate that they use two people when cleaning. They may not be the cheapest option in cleaning services but they do take care of their employees and are a Cooperative which I appreciate and makes me willing to pay more. I also like to participate in their food drives. I know they employ a lot of artists and I would love if they would share where I could buy their work. Thanks Happy Earth for keeping my home clean! You are awesome!

Happy Earth has done a great job for me. The 2 crews that have cleaned my house have both done a great job, and are very professional. They're also flexible when I need additional things done, and have let me know when they finish early so I can let them know if there's anything else I want them to do in their leftover time instead of just leaving. And obviously, the chemical-free approach is greatly appreciated - I haven't noticed any difference in quality from happy Earth's products vs cleaners that use chemicals.

Detail oriented, thoughtful and their use of all natural/sustainable products is amazing. They ask for feedback after each visit so they can improve their service. After vetting a half dozen cleaners, I decided on happy earth and I'm very glad that I did! Their sales person was delightful, kind and caring. He listened to my needs and was careful in detailing them. I was provided an estimate very soon after the appointment. The crews are thorough and very pleasant people. They leave the house with a feel-good clean. There is a rotation of 6 to 8 people who now know my house and how to clean it so things run very smoothly. Their office staff is competent, calm and detail oriented. I receive a summary of the clean after each session and an invoice emailed to me for my records. Bonus: they adore my kitties and are definitely pet lovers in general. I love that this company is community oriented and supports local shelters and food banks. Bonus: They recently became a co-op and owner-operated! Overall: I can't say enough good things about happy earth cleaners. I am delighted to have found them and I will continue to use them... happily.

Thankful for Happy Earth. They went above and beyond by not only cleaning the areas I asked but did the dishes in the sink, which I did not expect. Happy Earth is very conciencious about COVID precautions, including avoiding contact between the client and the cleaners (they asked me to stay in a room with a closed door while cleaning) and wearing masks. I will be asking Happy Earth to come back for a deep clean every six months or so.

I can't say enough good things about the HE cleaning crew - we scheduled their first visit for the day before our wedding (the bridal party was getting ready at our house; there would be pictures, etc.) and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure that our house was gleaming for the wedding -- the manager of the cleaning team even came out to help and get everything super clean as a little wedding gift to us. It was amazing! Besides that visit, they have been amazing, super friendly, very communicative, and they provide a summary of what they did in the house. aThey are also great with pets - it's something they pride themselves on, so we get a little email update on how our cats were with the cleaning crew (sounds silly, but very cute and reassuring that our cats aren't climbing into the wall somewhere when they're cleaning). They also continually ask for feedback and respond super well to feedback when we have suggestions or comments. They also have a great relationship with other small businesses in the twin cities to provide cleaning services with sustainable and locally-sourced products and methods. I really recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the best! Seriously! If you are even debating getting a cleaning service or changing cleaning services you need to be in contact with them. They will come out and do a consult at your house and give you a quote. First, let it be known that your house will be clean, they will do a great job. But more importantly (at least to me) is how they do it. They pay their employees a fair wage which is awesome. They use all green products which, again, is awesome. So, please do yourself, the community, and the environment a favor and use this cleaning service if you are looking for one!

So, HE has been terrific. I had back surgery that just didn't turn out that well and I was really discouraged about how little I could do around the house and how messy things were getting. To the rescue came they diligent and friendly folks at HE. If you haven't had your house cleaned in a long time, or ever, expect the first visit to be between 8 and 10 total person hours. It really takes that time to do things right. After that, 2 - 5 person hours usually does it, or less if you have them come back frequently. They are upfront and spot-on with their estimates and services and easy to work with. Cleaners are nice folks who really work hard and get to task...appear to be very thorough and honest. They use earth friendly cleaning products that leave little or no odors or residue and they really have some great cleaning trucks using these products that are very effective. I have been very pleased with their work.

Great cleaning with environmentally friendly products. When they leave the house smells clean, not like fragrances. Honesty is high on their list. Accidents happen and if they damage something, even the most insignificant things, they always let us know. We have had other cleaning companies which have broken things and tried to hide it from us. When I met with a rep from this company before hiring them, I was beyond pleased to hear them excitedly outline the things they do to maintain an ethical business- they *wanted* me to know, even if I didn’t ask. That says a lot about their business model. They wanted me to know that they are on their way to becoming an employee owned co-op, how they use eco friendly cleaning, and how they unapologetically cost a little more in order to give their team a work environment that rises above all current ‘requirements’, and all the other details about what that entails. These folks are doing it right. Today, for example, I got an email update about their summer policy, giving a very thorough outline on what they will need from me to keep my house at a safe temp. for their staff to do their jobs. It was an extremely fair policy, but more importantly showed how proactive they are about their teams health and well being. These folks do good cleaning work for sure, but even more importantly they are making a huge social statement by doing what they do. Putting the well being of their team first then designing a business with those boundaries in place is how everyone should be doing it. I’m delighted to be patronizing a company that operates like this, especially in an industry like house keeping where workers are often expected to sacrifice their well being to make a living.

I interviewed 3 companies before selecting Happy Earth 2 years ago. They have done an excellent job for me. I really like how they strive to give back to the community and their Earth friendly products. My only complaint is that there is a lot of turnover on the teams so you don't always get the same people.
