Wow! We just had Family Cleaning Services here to deep clean our home, and they did an incredible job. I found them via Google, and wanted to give a smaller cleaning company a try. They came in as a team of 3, and cleaned so thoroughly - baseboards, the dog bed, moving furniture to vacuum, the plants - it was pretty remarkable. I'm looking forward to using the company for more regular cleanings moving forward. I can't recommend them enough!

Family Cleaning Services do an excellent job at my Airbnb. They are prompt, thorough and leave the place sparkling! They are very easy to work with and are always open to trying things a new way when needed. They often go above and beyond to ensure our property looks perfect for our guests. I highly recommend!

This is the best cleaning company! The takeaway is that this is a small, well-run company that takes tremendous pride in its work, they stand behind their work, are all extremely nice, competent people, are great to work with. They are hard working and extremely honest and trustworthy. I hired Family Cleaning Services to do a deep, one time cleaning of an apartment that I am getting ready to rent out. The apartment is in an old house, built in 1887, and was dirty and full of thick dust from recent repairs to the walls and painting. Emilia, Alan and crew arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently. I couldn’t believe the difference when I saw what they had done! Their rates are very reasonable, especially given the excellent job they do. When it came time to pay them, the rest of the crew had left, and Emilia and Alan were finishing up. I paid for the cleaning, and then because I was so impressed with their work, I gave Alan $40 cash tips for each person. A short time later Alan sent me a text saying that had been only four people cleaning, and I had given tips for five people. He asked when he could return the extra $40 cash tip!!! Does this ever happen?! Because I was impressed with his honesty, and because they worked so hard, I told him to split it with Emilia. The next day when I got to the apartment I found a few things that had been missed. It wasn’t a lot, and was rather minor. I sent a text to Alan asking about it, along with some photos, and he apologized and asked when he and Emilia could return to take care of it, which they did happily! Not only did they clean what was missed, but Emilia really worked hard to make it perfect. I cannot recommend them strongly enough, and will be hiring them to clean the apartment I live in on a regular basis. I can’t imagine a better group of people and a better cleaning company. You will not regret choosing Family Cleaning Services!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Emelia and the team at FCS are INCREDIBLE! The team is thorough, energetic, and helpful-- above and beyond my expectations. My home is cleaner than when I moved into it a year and a half ago. And when my friends came by afterward-- they were blown away by the level of detail. Two folks have already asked for FCS's contact, they were so impressed. I've already requested monthly cleaning, to maintain it. Worth every penny, to have a clean, calm and peaceful home.
