I’ve never had a professional house cleaning at my current residence, so I was a little nervous finding a company to trust. After several local companies never responded to my inquiries, my nerves subsided when Tom responded within 24 hours. After a short intake, he gave me approximate pricing and dates. I told him I had company coming into town and could be flexible if anything became available within a week, and we got it scheduled much sooner than expected. The cleaners were extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. As someone who works out of a home office, it was important that this was quick (vacuums are obviously noisy) and they were done in under three hours for three bedrooms, three baths, and living spaces. Everything looked great, especially the kitchen! Cleaning Patrol offers biweekly and monthly cleaning options also, and although we may not need cleanings of this frequency, we will definitely be back. Thanks Tom and team!

We absolutely love Cleaning Patrol! They are always extremely professional and do a great job. We’ve used them for deep cleaning and regular maintenance cleaning. Their pricing is very fair, and they bring their own cleaning supplies. I’m sure if you wanted to specify cleaning supplies they would work with you on that. Very great communication!

We have been using Cleaning Patrol for about 6 months and have been very pleased with this company. It's local out of Eden Prairie and pricing is very reasonable! I have monthly cleaning scheduled and I always get a reminder email that they are coming. Gabby has been our regular cleaner and goes over and above doing little things for us. (something simple like folding the edge of the toilet paper like they do at hotels . I definitely recommend Cleaning Patrol as they have provided the best service that I've had over the years.

they do a great job, especially Martha. Very hard working and want you to be satisfied. Tom (owner) and Edmund, Office Mgr, are very helpful as well. They send reminder's of upcoming cleaning dates and are flexible in working with my schedule and making adjustments to the regular cleaning if necessary. I recently moved and wanted some specific cleaning done over a couple of days and we worked out Martha coming 4 hrs one day to wipe out cupboards and do some general cleaning and then 3 days later, after we moved out, came back another 4 hours finishing up the general cleaning. I asked her to also sweep the garage completely, moving shelving etc, and then spray it down with water and squeegee it out. It looked great! and the buyer's thanked us for leaving the house so clean and nice. I will really miss their help every month!

I can't say enough about this company. The owner Tom called me right away to discuss what I was looking for and went over all the details I hadn't even thought about to get our house sale ready. He was very pleasant and and easy to talk to. Martha came and did a beyond AMAZING job!!! She was so kind and clearly cared about her work. She went over the things again with me that I wanted cleaned and went to town. Martha cleaned a tub of ours that we thought needed to be replaced. (I had used an abrasive cleaner on fiberglass and stripped the gloss. This made the tub pick up dirt very quickly and difficult to clean). Martha made this tub look brand new again when I thought it was a lost cause. Our house looks and smells amazing and ready to sell. I will definitely be using this company again for our new, smaller home!!!
