I have a very positive relationship with TCA. I have found them to be responsive to issues (broken fan) as well as sympathetic to unforeseen issues on my end (dying fridge so they had to juggle the cleaning schedule). Per policy on the last item, they could have charged me a fee but worked with me to get the clean done around the repairman. They were awesome.

I love that there is a checklist of every little thing they do, and the deeper clean on a rotating basis is absolutely fabulous. I have been using these folks for several years now and they have consistently done a great job. I even have a special list of things I like done during each clean and they complete those as well. We have a long hair cat which makes for a lot of fur on the floors. Jess and Brittany completed my last clean and did a wonderful job. I would recommend these folks for all your cleaning needs.

I have used TCA for 2 years now. I used another service previously. What I like about this group is they listen to the customer. Their communication is great. And the service is excellent. They do my house every two weeks. I do the more in depth things myself but they take care of the basics and do a great job. I love coming home after they leave. Oh, and their work is inspected randomly by other TCA staff. I recommend this company.

I'm a mom of 2, and I work 12 hour days most days (I own a small business). I've been holding off on getting cleaning help, but after the first visit I can tell I was wrong to hesitate. The cleaning staff was super efficient, polite, respectful and the clean was perfect! My house is extremely "lived in" and they got in all of the nooks & crannies that I just don't have to time to get to. I highly recommend this to anyone, but especially those moms that are juggling the world and just can't do it all! :)

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for almost 2 years now… Consistently we are getting a basic clean that is on par or better than similar services. The rotational clean system means that one area of the house gets a deep clean every time they’re here… Some thing that I can’t say with other services. Customer service has always been excellent and the staff is friendly and personable. I give them five out of five in all areas and highly recommend!

Today it was Kayla and Bobbi, who were great, and worked around us ‘work from home-ers’. We also love the fact that quality control supervisors pop in now and then, to ensure things stay up to par.

Wow. Where to start. I have never had my home cleaned by a service before, but I'm due in 2 weeks with my third child and desperately need the extra help. I originally chose The Cleaning Authority because they use all green, and eco friendly products, which is very important to my family. When we did our estimate, Susan is the nicest, most friendly and warm person. She put alot of fears at ease. When they came to do the cleaning I had no idea what to expect. Amber D. and Kaitlan came in and were so wonderful. So helpful. I had nerves about relinquishing all of my cleaning duties to someone else, but I am here to say they were phenomenal. They took so much care with every space they cleaned. My house has not been this clean in so long. I felt so relaxed and they were beyond amazing. I dont have one single thing I can think of that wasn't wonderful about the experience. We have them coming now in rotation every 2 weeks and I'm so grateful for this company and how much they genuinely care .

I am a regular customer of TCA. They were here when I was told they would be. When I returned home my house was nicely cleaned. It smelled clean. Very satisfied. Broke a Knick Knack and left a note. Offered to replace but I said to to worry. My husband can fix it plus it’s so inexpensive. They are very honest. I also like the random inspections by supervisors.
