I called 3 cleaning companies in Louisville and Rodriguez Cleaning Services was the only company that could get me on their schedule for the very next day. The technician was very kind, professional and fast. I was told it would take about an hour to clean my dryer vent, but it was finished in only 30 minutes. I did not use their service. I was trying to support a locally owned and operated cleaning service. I previously had our carpets cleaned for $232. When I requested a quote, it was $180 for the rug, add $300 to that if they take it. The stairs a $4 per. At that point it was WAY to expensive and we didn’t even get to the room quote. Proud of their services at a steep price, most expensive I was quoted out of the 6 I called.

During a family gathering, red wine was spilled in several places on a couch. After using a couple of different products, the technician was able to get 95% of the stain out. He explained that once wine is rubbed into the couch stuffings, it is more difficult to get the stain out. Given the amount of stain, the couch looks amazing!

I found Rodriguez Cleaning Services with a google search. The reviews were good. I requested a quote and the actual price was a couple of dollars less! The technician was very professional and polite. No complaints. The company definitely communicated - they verified the appointment; sent 2 reminders; called to say they were on their way, etc. The carpet really looked nice after the job, however, the next morning I noticed a spot that was missed. The company happened to call to see if I was satisfied and I told them about the spot. Without questions, the person scheduled a time for them to come back and clean the spot. I would definitely use Rodrigues Cleaning Services again.

Needed a blood stain cleaned in one small area on a linen color couch. I had used several basic products to remove myself. It helped, but was still noticeable. So I called Rodriguez and they scheduled me for the next day. They told me they could not guarantee they could remove the stain entirely. I decided to take a chance and the young man was very conscientious and determined. It is not perfect, but so much better and worth the $$. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

The representative did a great job cleaning the tile and area rugs. He was thorough and professional. However, they are very pricey. I requested an estimate over the phone and was given an estimate with the disclaimer that it was the minimum charge and accurate pricing would be given upon arrival. I did not know to ask price per square foot nor given that information. When the representative arrived and measured the room, the price was double. I had the room cleaned because he was already at my home and it was done thoroughly. But as to avoid sticker shock, I would recommend asking for the price per square foot and get a rough measurement of your area prior so that you may be prepared for the price.

D Houston was our technician. He was friendly, knowledgeable, funny and very respectful. He worked hard from 9:14 to 5:15. He cleaned 2 couches , one was an add on to the job and our full basement and two bedrooms. He was great when I mentioned I forgot to request the add on couch. Great experience - I normally use the “big” guy but wanted to give a small local business a chance. After reading reviews of many cleaners - they were the highest rated with lots of good customer reviews. I am one to always read and write reviews and here it is… Darion arrived early @ 9:00 am in a new logo’d van, uniform and all the necessary covers to protect my home & COVID. We had received a pre-estimate to clean white couch and chair; carpet in basement / steps. He spent @ 30 mins reviewing the job and estimate which was just a little under quote. He was super nice, big smile and just made me feel glad I kept the appointment. We all know it’s hard to find someone who seems so passionate @ their job. He took the time needed; continued to update me on progress and any concerns in the cleaning. He finished @ 1 and I think he would have stayed as long as needed for me to be happy with the cleaning. My couch is now as white as the day we purchased and the basement carpet looks as good as new. The big guy never takes the time or cleans to this detail. I have already sent their information to a family member for contact. I highly recommend Rodriguez and glad we can still find a company that cares @ doing a great job vs. just doing another job! Winter 2020 We just used Rodriquez’s services AGAIN! Marvin was so friendly and hard working. He was on time and did a wonderful job on our carpets! Great experience! Our representative, Jeremy, showed up on time, as scheduled. We Walked through our home and discussed our problem areas, his advice, and our options thoroughly. He provided a quote in advance of performing services, as I switched up our plans based on our discussion. He used a special door barrier to keep cold air out and our little one and pets inside and, of course, booties. They used special corner protectors to keep paint from being damaged. We very pleased with our experience. Our pet hair covered steps look like brand new carpet. Our white carpet that had a coffee stain and pet stain on it look great and have no odor! We will use again!

He had to clean/flush it a second time and was concerned about the stitching of the rug and wanted to ask what I preferred to do. Just bought a new house, the ducts were absolutely disgusting, my guess 15-20 years worth of dust and pet dander. Jeremy and Dylan showed up promptly and got straight to work, they were kind, courteous, and most of all very proficient. My air ducts look amazing, and I can breathe a breath of fresh air... in my home. I highly recommend using these guys.. and not just for your air ducts. Our dog decided to abuse our bedroom carpet badly. The stains were awful enough, but the smell was even worse. Mr. Rodriguez spent nearly an hour examining the carpet, baseboard and furniture legs with a black light to determine where the stains were before he wrote up the estimate and explained how he would treat the stains. He came back today and cleaned the offending bedroom carpet and the basement carpet and they look and smell great! The carpet looks like new! Mr. Rodriguez even managed to get some old stains out of our basement carpet that another cleaner in town told us wouldn't come out. Highly recommend Rodriguez Cleaning Service! They will be our first call when we need our rugs cleaned.
