We’ve been using MaidPro for a few months now to clean our bathrooms and our floors (who has time to deep clean their floors?! Not me, that’s for sure) and each Pro has done a great job. Stuart has come now for two weeks and he did a fantastic job! He went above and beyond while cleaning the floors to make sure our couch was vacuumed, and tidied up as he went around the house. Highly recommend!

We've been using MaidPro for about four month now. With three small children and both my husband and I working full time jobs, we had been struggling to keep the house clean. I searched for several weeks and did a lot of research before choosing MaidPro. Most of my interactions with management have been with Amanda and Jessica. Both of these ladies provide superb customer service. They are reachable both through phone and via email, which I really appreciate and they are both very responsive (usually respond in a few hours). Overall, the cleaning is great. I am home when the cleaner is present and they have all been very friendly and willing to listen to any special request I might have. Alyssa cleaned for us today and she was fabulous and did a really thorough job. I agree with a previous reviewer that the only downfall is that you don't get a consistent Pro each cleaning. Wish I could only take off a half star for that vs. a full one!

We had tried a couple of other cleaning companies prior to MaidPro and were always very disappointed. This experience has been so different! From the beginning, Laura has been very easy to reach by phone, very kind and professional. Knssi and Jackie cleaned our home today and did a fantastic job. We have two small children, are always so busy, and honestly our house is always a mess- it was so wonderful to come home to such a clean, organized house today! Even my three year old was excited to see his toys so nicely arranged, saying “look! All the animals are so neatly!” :) the glass shower walls were sparkling, every pillow was fluffed, messy countertops were organized... too many nice details to mention here! They did a great job, we are excited to continue using MaidPro.

I have been using MaidPro for the last two years (every other week) and it has been great. The Pros have been so competent with much attention to detail. I have lots of knickknacks and they have been very careful and thorough. Frankly they clean my house better than I ever did. They are friendly and at the same time very diligent. Martha was our last Pro and she did an absolutely fantastic job removing spots that i did not realize were possible to remove. The whole time she was here she was gracious and cheerful. We didn't have the best first visit (a few key things were missed) but this company certainly made up for it with the second visit. Two different Pros this time (Brita and Martha) who were far more thorough and really provided a quality cleaning, including great attention to detail. (The little decorative folds made to the ends of our toilet paper was a fun, unexpected little treat for the kids.) I really appreciated their service and hope to be able to use these pros in the future!

She stayed for over five hours and ensured my house was sparkling, spotless and that all the dog hair was cleaned up. We have had Maidpro for a over a year. They are AMAZING. We are VERY happy with their service. We have had twice per month cleanings for ~15 months. I have had to reschedule several times, and there has been no issue, including offsetting the entire schedule by a week. One time the home cleaner broke our microwave dish (THESE THINGS HAPPEN). She immediately informed me and called her boss to work out repayment for the item. It was very easy. Jessica and Amanda have been great to work with. I do have to say, Samantha went above and beyond this week with our cleaning, thank you Samantha!! I am going to be honest, I tried several people before and they way overcharged cause we live in Taylorsville, or did not have insurance (unacceptable). Thank you MaidPro!!!!

I was gifted a few months of this service after I had a baby and it is WONDERFUL! I have had a few different people come by and by far Kevin is my favorite! He is very personable and always leaves the house spotless and the cats happy with some extra love! I want to start by saying MaidPro is friendly, organized and always communicates effectively with my upcoming cleanings. My first experience was okay, sweet young lady but new and could tell not experienced. My second experience was extremely different. Sonja did a fantastic job working right away cleaning my apartment. She was detailed and paid attention to little touches things that are important, would definitely use her again regularly. The suggestions I would make are upgrade to newer vacuums, I noticed each time they don’t do a great job at suctioning. Entirely not the maids fault just poor equipment. Train longer with experienced maids before sending them out and lastly establish regular maids each session. I personally enjoy seeing the same individual each time.

I look forward to their visit every time, they're able to work around whatever I have going on that day, and always leave my place sparkling clean! Depending on my schedule, sometimes I'm home during their cleaning session, and I love catching up with them and chatting - they're kind, funny, and so sweet to my cat! He loves it when they come by. I probably don't need such frequent cleaning for my small apartment as I clean regularly on my own, but there's something so great about having them get the nooks and crannies I don't always get to. And when I've been traveling, its such a relief to come home to a clean place. The company overall has been super easy to deal with - very good communication and easy to reschedule cleans around my hectic and always changing work schedule. It's actually pretty affordable, and I'd say its my one "luxury" expenditure that is worth every penny!
