Best service ever! It was great coming home to a clean house! My stove and bathrooms sparkled! The cleaners were nice and professional! So glad we use their service monthly which allows us to spend our weekends with family! Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to have their house clean!

I have always been nervous to have people come clean my space because I’m afraid of being judged for whatever reason- how dirty I let it get, the way I have my life organized, having a big dog in a small apartment. I finally reached a tipping point and from the first phone call, Kim was professional, polite, and helpful. She and her team came to my place at the time I needed, and she took charge when she arrived, and no one looked at my house or living situation with judgement. Very professional- just analyzing what needed to be done. I’m definitely having them come back!

I booked this place because of the good reviews. Unfortunately I didn't have the best experience. I called to get a move out cleaning for a 1bed apt. The booking person took down specific entry instructions and confirmed that it usually takes up to 2 hours and the people call if its more than that. Day of cleaning im getting texts from cleaners which make me realize they didnt get my instructions. Then i get a text that it will be 3 hours to clean. 3 hours. For a 1 bed apt where the cleaning is primarily the bath and kitchen since the rest is entirely empty. And they didnt call to confirm 3 hours, they got to work. As soon as i see the quote i get on the phone with cleaners and say that 3 hours is too much and i want to cancel. They ask me what i think is appropriate. I say that all i have is 300 max including everything. They agree. My partner calls to ask what time to do the final walk through, they quote him an hour. 1 hour. Magically in 10 minutes we went from 3 hours to 1. Turns out there were 3 of them there too. Im only leaving 3 stars for the job itself. I would not use the service again because i feel like ive been scammed and pushed to overpay for services rendered.

I requested a deep clean due to extensive dust after having vents cleaned. The team went above and beyond! My house is spotless! Even went under the couch! The whole team was kind and very fast. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. Cannot wait to have them back. Owner was very responsive and attentive. What an amazing company!!

Fantastic service! These are truly professionally ladies that know what they are doing. The sink and light fixtures have never been so clean. I had movers the same day that they came and they cleaned the house pristinely for my move out inspection. They are also military friendly as well so make sure to ask for that discount. I highly recommend this service to people who are renting or managing properties. They also do weekly and monthly cleanings as well. Great service overall!

AWESOME SERVICE!!! We had Tiffany Maid Service do a deep clean on our 2,400 square foot house and it looks great, we are very happy. Kim is so easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable, she will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. With under a week's notice she got us in right in time before the party we are hosting. Emmely, Yadira, and Perla were so polite and hard working, they really did a fantastic job. The master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen are spotless (space we use most often). They use friendly products and our house smells so fresh. I got 3 quotes and I'm glad we chose Tiffany Made Service. We will definitely be using them again in the future, highly recommend!

True Training 101

This was our first house cleaning since moving from a 1050 square foot apt in California to a home 3x the size. I felt daunted and overwhelmed by the challenge. My husband and I are also on a tight budget while I look for work in Nevada so I was worried about juggling the job search, cleaning, settling in, etc. Tiffany blue is my favorite color and after seeing that they’re insured, bonded and have loads of 5 star reviews, I called. Kim was professional and courteous. The ladies who cleaned my place, the same. And it’s spotless and smells fantastic! This move is exciting, but also can be a lot to adjust yo at times. Thank you Tiffany Maid Service for taking one task and worry off my list and helping make this transition as smooth and easy as possible!

This maid service was fantastic! I called them a week in advance and explained exactly what I was looking for in regards to how extensive of a cleaning I wanted done and Kim gave me a great quote over the phone. Kim and her partner cleaned the condo for 2 straight hours and literally cleaned every square inch of the place. They were extremely courteous and I loved their attention to detail. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tiffany's came in big for the save. My wife and I have been waiting for this house for months, and we finally got it. Under short notice and a very specific timeline, they came in and took care of everything. The nasty oven, the gross refrigerator, the shower that had NEVER been cleaned filled with calcium, and they made it all look brand new. I cannot emphasize how happy I am, and specifically how happy my wife is going to be when she sees our new clean home. Seriously guys, you made it all workout for a husband and wife that NEEDED it. I wish I could give a 10 star review.

Ive been using Tiffany's Maid Service for about 6 months( every 3 weeks) now and they have been great. Always on time, presentable, professional, and their service is superior. I have a toddler who loves to display his mad graffiti skills on my walls and the girls without asking always try to get off as much as possible. (Permeant marker isn't east to get off, but they get it off) My house is picked up, organized nicely, and I am always happy with the end result when they are done. I would recommend them to anyone. I am confident that they would do as nice a job at your place as they do at mine.

I actually asked the owner: where can I leave a review? because that’s how outstanding their service is. The company have sent me several teams and each and every one of them goes above and beyond my expectations. I don’t ever have to do a walk through like with other cleaning companies checking corners and floors along the baseboards because I know Tiffany Maid Service always got it. Quality of their work is outstanding! I like that they do a little extra like putting dishes in the dishwasher and running it for you, or throwing your sheets in the dryer and setting the bed for you like they did for me today. Danette and Jackie were on my team today and I couldn’t be happier. I’m peaky and after trying so many other services I can attest that Tiffanys Maid is the best. (She’ll also go out of her way to make the schedule work for you). So grateful to have found them!

Tiffany Maid Service is an excellent housekeeping company. They are thorough and prompt. Kim Swan, the owner of Tiffany Maid Service, is very good at getting back to me when I need housekeeping services. One of her employees, Danette Martinez, is frequently responsible for cleaning my clouse and helping me stay organized. Sometimes she works with another lady and sometimes by herself. Regardless she is excellent. Danette is meticulous in the details of the job and makes sure that everything is put away, vacuumed and cleaned to a superior level. Tiffany maids is a preferred vendor with progress residential.Kim Danny and Kristine did and excellent job. There were major grease stains in the kitchen and the drove was a mess and three handled it with ease. They did a thorough job in the bathroom as well cleaning all base boards throughout the house. THE BEST CLEANING SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HANDS DOWN!!!! I've used Tiffany's twice for move out cleaning service 2 years between each time. Not only did the owner remember me from the first time, but yet AGAIN even my HIGH expectations were blown away by the ladies that came to clean the house that I was moving out of. This house is a gorgeous 2000 sq ft home consisting of 3 very large bedrooms, 2 living rooms (the loft is so big it can't be considered a loft at all), 3 full bathrooms, and a family kitchen (also large). The ladies that came to do this work, that granted was too much for me to do alone and honestly I thought there was no way just the two of them would be able to do it either, were TRUE PROFESSIONALS. The house looks better than it did the day that I moved into it 2 years ago, and there isn't a speck of dust, dirt, or pet hair anywhere, and I do mean NOT ANYWHERE. It's absolutely spotless and breathtakingly beautiful. I'm a clean freak of a person and when I mentioned my expectations are always high, I mean that. I notice things like baseboards, the tops of doorframes, window blinds, under the oven, etc. and they hit every single angle and inch. The house is tenant ready for the owner. Most owners have to do additional work after a tenant leaves, but not this one. This home is going straight back onto the market because Tiffany's made it ready for me. If you are looking for Quality, you've found it. If you're looking for Fair Pricing for that Quality, you've found it. If you are looking for True Clean in your home or property, YOU'VE FOUND IT! Search no more! I would recommend Tiffany's to anyone and everyone I know without any hesitation whatsoever. In fact, I'd try to talk any one of my friends or family OUT of using anyone other than Tiffany's! Thank you to Kim & to the incredibly hardworking ladies that rocked it out this past Wednesday. They are masters at their craft!!!
