This company is fantastic. They are incredibly responsive - after contacting many a cleaning service with no responses or reliability, this is a breath of fresh air to have constant communication via phone, text, and email so we are all on the same page for every step of the process. Even during the busy holiday season, they were so responsive and helpful. They arrived when they said they would, had a friendly and professional team with an appropriate number to complete the cleaning in a reasonable time, and did an amazing job. I feel so happy to have a sparkling clean home just in time for guests to arrive for the holidays! Would 100% recommend Superb Maids to anyone.

I've used another cleaning company for a few years, but they discontinued my custom cleaning plan which prompted me to call Superb Maids and I am glad I did. We just finished a remodel job and every room was full of dust. Superb Maids crew came and went through every room. We specified certain things and areas of our concern and they were extremely helpful to accommodate everything we wanted completed. Superb Maids did an amazing job deep cleaning my Dad's home before we put it on the market. The bathrooms and kitchen look new again! The cleaning team was knowledgeable, punctual, and very friendly. Everyone was very helpful and accomodating to get the cleaning scheduled and completed, and I received clear communication and information throughout the process. Definitely would use their services again and highly recommend to others!

I was recommended this company by a friend. It was $525 for a 3 bedroom move-out cleaning that took about 3.5 hours. They left the house cleaner than it was when we moved in! My favorite part of this business is they have a human representative that keeps in touch with you via txt to make sure your service goes to plan. I still had some things I needed to move out and they were fine with me coming and going as they worked. The cleaners were very thorough, but maybe a bit too much. We had a lot of misc items that came with the house which were pulled out and left on shelves in the garage, so I had to put a lot of it back. However that was my only complaint and I am glad they made sure to let me know of any items they found One last thing is that the specific group that visited all spoke Spanish. I had tried to communicate about keeping those items in the drawers but was unsuccessful. That being said I was still able to understand everything they asked me.

Absolutely fantastic. Communication is on point, and the service left me floored. I literally am going to my bathroom every 10 minutes to marvel at how beautifully clean it is. I feel so mentally relaxed now that I don’t have to worry about cleaning the damn place after work. I did not tell the ladies the areas I wanted done. I showed them the rooms and let them do their thing. I specifically looked for dusty corners and hard to reach places to evaluate their work. They did it all. I am most definitely going to be a repeat customer and I will specifically ask for these two fantastic ladies!

Good cleaning job although not savvy in post-construction tile dust floor cleaning and wall cleaning. However, they were responsive to a method recommended by tile installer and re-did the floors to a somewhat satisfactory level. Left some dust on door handles and other “out-of-the way” spots throughout the house where construction dust had settled but otherwise, very thorough, polite, professional and on time. Delivered services paid for albeit a little pricey.

Cleaning was good and done in the estimated time given. Was very dissatisfied with booking, was quoted 1 price when book and then once pre-assessment was quoted a higher price $100+ more which was not mentioned while she was in the home the whole 5 min she was here. When questioned about it they were unable to give me a reason stating the floors and bathroom needed more time. I’ve had my home cleaned several times so I know how long it takes and I knew $400+ for a 1800 square foot house was over priced because I’ve paid half this price for the same quality of cleaning . I was gifted a GC with this company which is the only reason I used them. Wouldn’t use or recommend them they charge you 1 price and then change it up after.

I'm only leaving 4 stars because understand it's cleaning and organizing. However, I feel some things are moved and not put back where they were or not how they were. For example, if something is already in a container, maybe that's the container it should stay in. Or trash cans bring put back in locations that were not where the owner had them. Or other items being misplaced, like now I can't find a prescription that was on my island. I've looked all over my downstairs and can't find it. Or pots being put where they're are no pots, instead of checking the other cabinets and seeing their rightful place. Just stuff like that. Other than that, everything was great.

Cleaners were thorough and did a good job. During the cleaning, we were contacted and told they needed more time, and there would be an additional cost. We paid almost $350 dollars, which was already very expensive. They agreed not to charge us the additional amount after we explained that we didn't understand why it was taking so long, especially with 3 cleaners. Good job cleaning but pricey.

Today was our first time trying Superb Maids and it won't be my last! I've worked in real estate over 10 years as a real estate broker and oversee approx. 80,000 SF of commercial real estate in town so I've worked with a lot of cleaning companies both for my personal residence (since I don't have time to clean) and the properties we oversee. I called them for my personal residence after hearing great things from friends as my house was in need of a deep cleaning and they definitely delivered. They gave me a window of a 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM arrival and arrived promptly at 9:00 AM with 1 male supervisor whose name I didn't catch + 3 cleaning ladies: Angela, Annasue, Mary Jane. The 3 ladies split up to divide and conquer to get the job done efficiently. Mary Jane started with the kitchen while Annasue went to one of the bathrooms upstairs and Angela started with the window sill and blinds in my loft area upstairs as well. They brought all their own cleaning supplies with enough for everyone to use. Also, they brought their own shoe covers which I really appreciated as we don't wear shoes in the house. They wrapped up around 12:45 or so, a little under 4 hours total. I would definitely recommend hiring them the next time you need a deep cleaning as they were extremely meticulous and thorough! Since it was my first time using them, I had even taken some "before" shots just so I can compare to the after.

I'm not one to give reviews because I'm a business owner and always so busy but this time... I just had to! I took-on the project of reorganizing my garage AND my master closet and hired a company to help organize and clean. On Sunday evening, around 6pm I received a call from the team I had hired who cancel the job as their entire team had been diagnosed with Covid. Frantically I began calling around and was referred to Superb Maids. Within MINUTES of my message I get a call from Elena asking for details on the job. I was told I would get a call back "first thing in the morning" as they were going to strategies how to get me assistance. At 8:30am, I get a call from Joe asking for additional details and a time frame. By 1pm, I had 2 AMAZING ladies, at my garage ready to work! In two hours, these ladies organized and cleaned my garage as if it were their home. The were fast, detailed, super responsive and best of all, had the best attitude doing the god-awful chore of cleaning and organizing my garage! I’ve only lived in Las Vegas for a few months and tried another cleaning service before this one. While this one had great reviews, it was definitely not the cheapest. Well, as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for! I was not satisfied with the cheaper competitor, so I decided to give Superb Maids a try because I wanted a quality deep clean with attention to detail and that’s exactly what I got! I was thoroughly impressed. The sent a team of 3 people to my home and didn’t leave until it was immaculate. 10/10.

The ladies that came to my house were very respectful and nice. They came in a timely manner at 1:30 when my window was from 1-3pm. They were efficient and thorough. It's been a year since I had a complete deep clean so they had to extend my time which I paid an extra 40$ for. The ladies were extremely hard workers which I appreciate. I'm getting this deep clean so I can start getting a weekly or bi-weekly service and I think they did a fantastic job. Their supervisor came in to assess their work and even helped to try to get the stains off of my shower floor. Overall I think they did a great job and would recommend to a friend and get the service again. Thank you for everything!

The cleaning team was great. I moved into a new apartment that clearly wasn't cleaned before I had moved in. Years of grime on everything. The team was very thorough cleaning the showers, sinks, and cabinets inside and out. Now I can comfortably use my bathroom. Great job on the kitchen, the cabinets were pretty beat up and lots of dirt inside but practically spotless now. I'll definitely hire them again in the future.

The team that arrived was punctual and professional. They did an amazing job and the products used smelled pleasant/mild, unlike other cleaning companies I’ve used. They were also able to make my fridge shiny again after a previous company damaged it. It may seem pricey, but their customer relationship management, website, professional appearance, etc is worth the cost. As a business owner/techie, I know these investments are definitely not cheap, so to me, I love that Superb Maids has put in the extra effort to serve their customers from first contact to a squeaky clean home.

They were on time, and did a great job. We were able to walk them through the house before they started to tell them the specific issues of each area, which was very nice. After they were finished we were able to walk through and make sure everything was perfect, and any places that needed extra cleaning they made sure to clean it again. All the maids were great, and the lead maid (Charlotte is her name I believe) was excellent. They even cleaned up and organized some areas that we didn’t even ask to have done. I would love to give a better review, but unfortunately I can't. I do have to say that the 3 people that came to do the cleaning were super nice and professional. The cleaning itself did not meet my expectations, certain things that were on the list for a deep clean like cleaning the sliding glass door inside and out, I have 3 of them and none of them were done. Also, some of the things I did not catch till after the team left, like the back splash in the kitchen, the top of it wasn't touched. There were a few things around the house that did not get done, over all it was a good surface clean, but I was hoping for and paid for a deep cleaning. The other reason for the low review was they canceled on me last minute and we had to schedule for the next day. The pricing online should be adjusted as well. After I put all my information in the system gave me a price. After they did my walk though, the size of my house did not change, the number of bed rooms or bathrooms did not change, the only thing that did change was the price, it almost doubled. Thats just not right.. I ended up paying $100 more than the online estimate and that was after a discount. Maybe I'd give them another shot, because of the team was really nice.

They were supposed to do a deep clean and on the surface it seemed like they did a good job however after they left I noticed they didnt move rugs or dog beds to vac up dog hair. Norma did an excellent job on my house. I had dust on the floors and dirty bathrooms after having some construction done and I think everything is pretty spotless. I love the little details like cleaning my kitchen sink, taking out trash. There was miscommunication about payment via cash instead of credit but it was handled quickly by the office. All in all a good experience.

I am so incredibly pleased with this company and service! I was in a unique situation where I needed to show my home to multiple people in a 2 hour time frame since we are needing to sell. I wasn't aware of this until the day of. I have a 10 week old infant and a 2 year old toddler. I was super nervous about all these people walking through our home during covid and flu season and thinking about all the surfaces I'm going to have to sanitize after they all leave. I called superb Maids at noon to see if they could have someone come and sanitize the home at 5:30. They managed to squeeze me in knowing how nervous I was about coming back to a house multiple people walked through with my babies. The staff is super empathetic and professional. I am so incredibly grateful for them squeezing me in last minute I now have a peace of mind that my babies are safe since my home was sanitized. I called Superb Maids for a deep cleaning when my husband and I decided to list our home for sale. The process of booking online was a huge perk and I felt the amount of information provided really gave me a good sense of what to expect from the service. A lot of other companies have you jumping through hoops to figure out what the cleaning includes. I was able to book an appointment for two days out, which was perfect as we had a major time constraint. The crew of three showed up on time and ready to work. We took a brief tour of my home where I pointed out some areas of concern. The crew was attentive to my needs and assured me they could get the job done in the allotted amount of time. We paid additional for blind cleaning and oven deep cleaning, which I HIGHLY recommend. The $35 up charge for the oven is probably the best $35 I have ever spent! They were able to make our 14 year old oven look brand new - I can’t emphasize this enough, it’s truly amazing. Our deep cleaning was completed in just under four hours for a home about 1500sq ft in size. They did not cut any corners.... our furniture was moved to get into hard to reach spots, hard water calcium and lime scale was stripped from all of our water fixtures, the baseboards are sparkling clean like I have never been able to accomplish on my own, the banister Olin the stairwell looks brand new. I am extremely impressed with their customer service and the quality of the actual work. I highly recommend Super Maids and will be using them for all jobs, big and small in the future. I have used Superb Maids several times in the past, and have always been happy with the cleanings. My most recent clean was exceptional though. The cleaning team consisted of Carlos L. and Laura C. They arrived on time, during the first half of the window. They went right to work, knocking out the upstairs first and then moving to the downstairs. There was one room I asked them not to enter because we had a new kitty in there, and they followed directions exactly. Everything was spotless, I could not find one thing to complain about. They rearranged the pillows and folded throw blankets to look nice, and they folded the paper towels and toilet paper like they do in hotels. The bathroom towels were hung much nicer than how I had them. Everything looked and smelled so clean. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth!

I have never used a professional cleaning service before, and after my experience with Superb Maids I realize how badly I've been missing out. I scheduled a deep clean + window cleaning since we are getting ready to put the house on the market and the place needed a scrub. The staff showed up on time and were very professional. My windows are cleaner than they've been in years, they somehow got the hard water gunk out of my toilets, and I didn't know my sink could sparkle!! They even scrubbed my stair bannister and my baseboards. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would have signed up for regular cleaning services. I cannot recommend them enough!

I would Highly Recommend Superb Maids! I booked a move out clean for one of my listing before I put it on the market. They were amazing!! Their attention to detail was something I have not been able to find with any other house cleaning service. From blinds to baseboards, they did it all! Unfortunately, I filled out the website quote incorrectly which quoted me $300 and then was charged $700 AFTER the (superb👌) services were rendered. 😱 Had a very confrontational(also a first for me, I’m not a yeller) with an employee, that did not end in a solution. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the Owner, Elena called me immediately. She was so apologetic and sweet! She assured me I would get the refund for the difference I was charged and helped me better understand their website for my next booking. Apparently someone was supposed to call me to confirm my incorrect quote entries but had a family emergency. Life happens. Mistakes are made on both ends sometimes. I called and talked with Elena the owner and she explained their process and answered all my questions. Elena assessed the home and sat down with me and told me what steps they would take to make sure my vacation rental would be ready for guests. I went with this company because it seemed respectful and professional. In 3 hours she cleaned the counters, sweeps and did my half bathroom. Not sure it was worth the money. She had issues with her car alarm going off and spent some time fixing that, no problem at all. But then skips out early so dont think I got my full time or money well spent.

They arrived an hour early, which is usually a good thing, except we were moving and not quite ready for them. I would’ve appreciated them just being on time. I’m a stickler for details, but even still I found the job they did was average. Multiple cupboards were missed, the fridge interior had a few obviously missed spots, the mirrors and windows had streaks, some doors were left uncleaned, the oven interior was mediocre at best. I probably have another hour or two of cleaning to do before it’s all ready. Ultimately disappointed for such a well-reviewed company.

I called Superb Maids after reading several excellent reviews online. I was told that a crew of 2 would show up at the agreed-upon time and price. Four people actually showed up and they came to take care of business. All four were dressed in matching uniform shirts and greeted me with a warm smile. A woman, aptly named Love, asked me to show her the home and asked about my preferences about which room the crew should start or finish their work. Before I knew it, they were done. The house is sparkling clean. I couldn't be happier with the service Love and her team provided. I can't recommend Superb Maids highly enough and I look forward to having them back soon.

I was very, very pleased with the cleaning services provided by Superb Maids and will definitely hire them again. I had originally schedule a cleaning for the Saturday before Easter but one of the cleaning crew who was to tend to our house was injured during an accident the day of. As such, I was texted and received a call in regards to rescheduling. I know some people would be upset by something like this, but accidents happen and I appreciated the straightforward communication and proactive efforts to contact me via multiple methods. We rescheduled for the Monday two days later. Our cleaners were Andrea and Mark. They were extremely friendly upon arrival and paid close attention as I showed them around the house. They had a few questions which showed that they actually cared about doing a good job. We have a small dachshund and they greeted him with joy - I know this is a small thing, but it is something I like to see when vendors come to our house. We left the premises while the cleaning was happening and returned 3.5 hours later. The team was finishing up - I saw Mark on his hands and knees scrubbing the tile underneath our futon to ensure that every last spec of dust was gone. I saw Andrea diligently working on our range grates, an attention to detail I've seldom seen. We were extremely satisfied with the state of our house after the cleaners left. The floor sparkled (we have tile throughout so it is a big job to clean), the bathrooms were great, and they even folded our hand towels into hearts in our master bathroom. Again, this is a small thing but I really appreciated it. Again, we will definitely use Superb Maids's services again and will almost certainly specifically request Andrea and Mark. I was first impressed with their web site, it was very informative and thought if they do what they say then I will be happy. They did what they said they would do. They don't go by the hour to charge they make sure the home is clean to your expectations even if it takes a little longer than usual. I paid on line and wasn't charged until the work was completed. The employees are professional an punctual. The first time they came their team manager showed up to introduce them and go over what I wanted done or if I had any specific concerns. He related it to the employees and left. The employees were very thorough in their work, and professional and polite in their contact with me. I have used them several times since then and have continued to be very happy. I can book on line. They will send the same folks if you like or a different team depending on availability. I prefer different teams as they are all competent and they don't get complacent with the same home every week or month. You can talk with them on the phone before you book for any questions or concerns and they are friendly and receptive to your needs. Their pricing I have found to be very competitive with the hourly competition, I would highly recommend them.

I needed a company that not only would do a great job but that is fast and reliable. I was impressed with all the good Yelp reviews with Superb Maids and thought I would give them a try. They exceed my expectations. A vacation rental has to be spotless. My guests pay top dollar for my fully furnished rental in Summerlin and are very demanding. The maids have to wash all the linens and replace them just as you would in a hotel room. They have to check everything very thoroughly as well so something like an old sandwich can't hide and turn into a disaster. Then there is the communication which for me is just as important. I had a guest wanting the home the same day the previous guests checked out. That meant a quick turn around for the maids. The move out dates changed and it made re-scheduling and timely communication critical. The owner Elena was very responsive and understood how important this job was being a VRBO home. There were multiple times where I needed to change things or talk to her and she always responded within minutes. They arrived early and were done on schedule and my guest was very pleased. I can't say enough about Elena and Superb maids. They will be an important part of my team for my vacation rental. Thank you Superb Maids and Elena.

I had my house cleaned last week and initially had some complaints of things that were missed etc. Elena quickly responded and got me rescheduled with two other maids for the next week! The workers did as good as they could given the timeframe. They were rushed! Someone from their office kept calling and asking how long it would take even though they knew my house was 3000 Sq Ft. I was quoted $329 but in the end I paid $500. Somethings that I was told would be done was not because they simply didnt have time to do it. They want their workers to do a rush job so that they can get to the next job. I'm giving this company a 3 because they did fit me in last minute and the workers were nice and good, if not for that it would be a lower rating. You can tell the workers were frustrated because they wanted to spend more time on the details to have a happy customer, but the company wasn't having it. They kept calling and interrupting them. I will not be recommending this company. They charge too much and I didnt like how they were rushing their workers. I'm sure the company keeps most of the money anyway.
