They went above and beyond to ensure the house was SPOTLESS. There are no complaints from those two ladies, and no complaint on how easy, friendly it was to book service. Either one time or reoccurring service, I would recommend Molly Maids!

The 2 ladies Imee and Dalila were fabulous, very professional and did a wonderful job of cleaning my entire house of 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms including vacuuming, appliances and floors. We have been using Molly maids for a while because they are very thorough!!! It's a little pricey but that's because of the great service they give!!! I wish I could remember the 2 ladys names that just came because they were the best so far and hope to get them always!!! All who have came are great but these 2 lady's were exceptional!!! They make it very easy & are very clear on what to expect! THEN, team #7 showed up. Claudia and Barbara were AMAZING. I requested a quote from Molly Maid of Central Las Vegas and was easily able to schedule a time for the estimate online. The representative was on time, very courteous and gave me a price on the spot. He then proceeded to schedule me for the very next day! Subsequently they moved me up and had maids at my house less than two hours later! Yeferson and Irlanda (team 10!) were amazing! They did a fantastic job on my very large and very dirty home and worked tirelessly to get everything just right! I so appreciated their strong work ethic and great attitudes!! I booked a one time cleaning with Molly Maid. The booking was fairly easy and smooth. They gave me a window from 8am to 11:55am as to when they would arrive. They arrived at 11:25am and left at 1:05pm. So they spent less that 2 hours cleaning my house. This would be wonderful if they didn’t skip over certain areas. They came in the house without shoes covers which I feel defeats the purpose of cleaning. As for the things they missed; baseboards, food splats on the island, walls and doors, kitchen trash can wasn’t wiped down, completely skipped over the laundry room, water dispenser area on the fridge wasn’t wiped out, the tvs weren’t wiped down, none of the cabinets in the kitchen or bathrooms weren't wiped down. Maybe I missed that these things weren’t included in the cleaning but for the price I think they should be included. They did slightly wipe down the high chair and fold the blankets in the crib which was a nice touch I wasn't expecting. When I came downstairs the sweet ladies were already packed up and ready to go. I didn’t get a chance to look over the job and ask for touch ups. The two ladies were very nice just a half done job in my opinion. I paid for 3 hours of work and only received a little over an hours worth of work. Had they spent the 3 hours here I am sure all of the missed areas would have been cleaned.

I have only used them once so far and originally signed up for monthly, but after the first cleaning I was convinced to change to bi weekly. The in home estimator was a great touch. They really stand behind their quotes and work and they are very friendly and communicate efficiently. If I have to update this review later on I will, but so far so good. They also aren’t super expensive like you would think a company with licenses, insurance and bonds would be. I’d recommend so far.

Never been disappointed but some pairs of Molly maids work better than others. I think all Molly maids should do window blinds, dust fans and do baseboards without being reminded especially living in Las Vegas with all our wind and dust. I also feel the pair if Molly maids who have less conversation tend to get more work done without missing things. Don’t get me wrong we’re happy with Molly maids but there are a couple of things that would make it easier for the client

They provided what they called a “thorough” cleaning and billed my credit card the full amount of that estimate as a temporary pending entry on my credit card account. When I asked about the actual amount they were going to bill me it was satisfactory based on the number of people and time spent. However we were unable to communicate with the maids due to their lack of English language. Their work was adequate and we will use them again provided the communication problem is resolved and there is no more ambiguity in the price I’m going to be charged.

Kayla and Valesca from team 6 are amazing! They were professional and on time. Great coordination. They asked if they could come two hours early and we where so happy that they could come early and finish early. They did an outstanding job. I am a clean freak so when it comes to cleaning I want the baseboards dusted and the hardware dusted even the bar that holds up your closet shelf. They cleaned every nook and cranny. Our house is move out inspection ready. So the next military family will be super pleased to find they don’t have to clean when they move in to their new home. 💚 Ps they even wiped down all the blinds for me. The free time that I have I don’t want to clean, I love the fact that Molly Maid does background checks so it makes me feel secure on who I’m letting into my home. I gave them access to my home via door code. I’m on a weekly basis and it’s AMAZING! I love coming home to everything done and now having to worry about it- huge stress reliever. One additional service I add on from time to time is have my clothes organized. Some of the things I really like about this company is their customer service. I’ve had companies before in the past and their rude, non flexible and completely unprofessional. Molly Maid is the complete opposite and I would HIGHLY recommend people to try them out.

We've used Molly Maids for about 10 months. We've always had Team #4, and they've been fantastic! Their attention to detail always leaves us with a clean, sparkly home without any of the heavy chemical smells that some cleaners leave. Evencia and Katherin are always respectful of our home and our space, whether we're at home or away while they work. Every visit, it seems they manage to find a way to go above and beyond what we'd expect from a "standard" cleaning.
