Cleaners are friendly and professional, my husband and I have used Cobalt Clean twice now. Both times, we had scheduled 2 cleaners but on the day of service were alerted only 1 would be present - both times. This didn't inhibit service quality, but I felt that it put unnecessary strain on the employees that did perform the service. The service is thorough and great for the price. Scheduling a cleaning is very easy and the business is very responsive to the customer. Overall, I would recommend Cobalt Clean to others seeking a good surface clean around the house from kind, respectful, and professional staff.

I hired them for a moving clean and was getting needy because a few other cleaning services wouldn't even take my call let alone schedule me! Cobalt was easy and had a few slots to pick from. Cobalt Clean was very easy to work with right from the beginning. Because our home is just a 2 BR/2 BA condo with an open plan LR/DR/KIT, and not a lot of complexity to the layout, their cleaning tech, Taylor, and I first discussed what wasn't necessary for her to work on and then she inquired about some areas that she would normally address and whether to proceed on them. We seemed to be on the same page right away, so my barky dog and I left. We came back around 3+ hours later to a greatly refreshed home to relax and and enjoy our sparkling condo. Thank you, Taylor

My house was lovely and clean, and they made up all of my beds and even put the slipcovers back on my sofas. I am now going to be using Cobalt for a biweekly service. After my first cleaning services was a disaster I had to hire another cleaning service which happened to be Cobalt. Very responsive fast and most importantly did the job right and well. We hired Cobalt Clean to do an initial "deep clean". Ella and her team of 2 women arrived on time and ready to go. Overall, they did a good job cleaning and even cleaned the refrigerator. The crew was new, however, and "training" so they took longer than expected and missed some areas which were handled immediately. There was some issue with cleaning products (we asked for non-toxic, plant-based or "natural" and they used some strongly scented industrial initially), but Ella corrected that immediately and all was well. They are more expensive than most companies, but they did some extra things that others charge extra for, so for an initial clean, it was worth it. I would hire them to clean again because they are professional, and work hard to make sure we're happy with the service. I feel like we could work with them if the standard cleaning (bi-weekly) rate can be negotiated to an average rate. (Their pricing system is weird, a little complicated, and inflexible, although the booking system is easy. VERY expensive)

Not only did they do a great job on cleaning. They did it on such sort notice. I called 2 other places and couldn't find someone to do a next day cleaning. best they could do was after the weekend. Cobalt was just as busy as other places and was still able to fit me in the very next day. It was my fault for waiting so long to schedule a cleaning the day before my move out date, but they came to my rescue and went above and beyond. Fair pricing too!

Colbalt Clean has been very good at what they do. From the beginning when I first signed up, how user friendly there website is, to communication from the owner as what to expect. Then came cleaning day, Jessica was on time and spent her time going through with me as to what I expected and what was standard in the service provided. Wow! All I can say is I am VERY happy with Cobalt Clean. I had a deep clean for my rental home because the last guest made an absolute mess. Called Cobalt up and the quote they gave me was fair. More importantly they left the place sparkling clean and ready for my next guests. Overall quite satisfied with them and will look into replacing my existing cleaner who is very cheap but I value reliability and thoroughness a bit more than price. 5/5!

I've had two appointments with Cobalt Clean already, one was a regular clean and another a deep clean. The deep clean was just performed two days from this review and I cannot stress how happy I am with the results. The house was an absolute mess when they came and I don't know where I'd be if I hadn't called their crew. Booking was easy and the place has been transformed. Will try my best to keep the place clean but at least now I know who to call, they are ultra reliable!

First time hiring a company for a move out clean for my home in Summerlin. Cobalt Clean had an availability and their reviews looked great so I picked them. Couldn't have been more happy with my clean. The home I moved out of was sparkling clean, all cabinets were cleaned correctly, the floors looked great, and even the oven was cleaned well. Overall a great experience and hope more people in the Summerlin/North Las Vegas area check them out.

Had a move out clean done for our old apartment. Luckily they had availabilities that week since I needed it done asap. Even more important was the quality they had. I was able to get my deposit back from our property management without a problem and it took a huge headache off of me since I had one less thing to worry about. Arrived on time, took time to listen to the details of what I wanted cleaned, and did a great job cleaning. 4 stars for now. Two things that I would like to see improved to earn the 5th star is 1) better technique for polishing wood table. The dining room table was dull looking with swirl marks. I used some Pledge after they left to give it the polish. 2) use better smelling cleaning solution, something with more of a clean or fresh smell. Other than those 2 minor things, fantastic job.

We were lucky to have Taylor and Tsicarrri come to the house to do a deep cleaning. Let me tell you, these two make an amazing team! There were a few areas that needed attention and they didn’t make you feel embarrassed or anything. They cleaned my house better than I could ever have.
