Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a resort. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you will love it I'm sure!
Our stay was fantastic. I loved the views and that we were within walking distance of the waterfront. The fitness center was great and the restaurant in the lobby has a fantastic breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay at the W again the next time that I am in Seattle.

Fantastic hotel with a cool vibe. Great location near the link line and Pike Place Market for the tourist hot spots, friendly & welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. The rooms are massive and have been decorated to a really nice standard. The beds are super comfy! Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Seattle. Highly recommend.

Just Great Hoteling
From the front desk, to the cleanliness of the room, to the housekeeping staff - all very nice and professional.
Stayed here while waiting moving into a new apartment. Thought I would treat myself, and it was money well spent. Quiet, safe, and comfortable. My room was great.
My experience will make me consider a W Hotel for my next hotel stay!

We had a wonderful one night stay at the W Seattle. We were upgraded to an amazing corner suite that had both a view of the water and Mount Rainier. We received a fun welcome gift and complimentary water bottles. The staff was quick and efficient with check in and room was very clean.

This hotel is a favorite of mine when in Seattle because it is relatively close to the Amazon pet headquarters and meeting rooms
I have stayed at the W on past trips to see our Amazon buyer, And especially like the skyscraper like design of this hotel, not to mention it is close, walking distance 2 nice shopping areas. if you are a Marriott member you can also use points to pay for this hotel stay.
This hotel is also a mere 13-minute walk from the famous Pike Place Market. So going to the market and carrying home bags of fruit or treats that you pick up at the market does not break your back as it's not too far back to the room
The W is always a contender when coming to Seattle on business and I'm sure I will be staying here again soon

Our room was updated, neat, & clean. The downstairs restaurant is also nice, neat, and clean with delicious food options available. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Please note that this part of Seattle has A LOT of steep inclines/declines. If you have difficulty navigating those and are planning to walk to everything, you might want to investigate other options.

Ya know, W Hotels are one of my favorite Marriott Bonvoy brands. Trendy, stylish, comfortable and hospitable. I've now experienced their corner suites in Chicago, San Francisco, Houston and Seattle.
Visit on the weekends for a club scene complete with a DJ, drinks and a dance floor!
A vibe from start to finish, W Seattle always makes my stay memorable.

The staff made Seattle feel like home! So accommodating with a genuine smile and a welcome back every time I walked through the door. The rooms are beautiful, thoroughly cleaned. Overall successful trip

Wonderful location near the water, close to Pikes Place Market, and most importantly a very kind and attentive staff. Sienna (the marketing manager) was at the front to greet us and gave us a lot of recommendations on places to go, then followed up with us personally to provide more details, a map, and other trinkets to help us make the most of our short stay here. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future, for either work or personal use!

Rooms were cozy and nice. Staff was very pleasant and polite. Great views from the rooms. Nice large bathrooms. Great location with plenty around to do. Great choice for a downtown hotel.

Good hotel in Seattle Downtown, not far from the pier and harbor. Rooms are spacious, well furnished and well stocked. Ground floor facilities seem a little dated, but decent.

We stayed here for a work trip. Everyone was so welcoming - especially Ninah! It was apparently her first week there but you couldn't tell. Smooth checkin and loved how she really cared to make our stay feel special. Also attended a great amenity event - Whiskey with Wade - awesome complimentary drinks, food, and views of the city.

Considering I checked in on one of the busiest weekends in Seattle as well as a Major League Baseball team checking in at the same time as me the customer service was impeccable. I usually stay at the one in Bellevue but my husband was working in Seattle so at the last minute I booked a room at the one in Seattle and I have no regrets. I just had surgery a lil over a week ago and was limited with my mobility and they were very patient and understanding cause I was moving extremely slow. The hotel room was spacious and the view was amazing. I definitely would like to shout out Imani, Kelli, Kris, Ala, Jared, and Stephanie for going above and beyond to ensure my stay was amazing as well as comfortable. Thank you all for you amazing customer service.

Could not find anything bad to say about this hotel. Great rooms. Every member of staff was excellent. Facilities second to none. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff, good location for walking the city. Particularly appreciated the elevator carpet changes (good morning, afternoon, evening) based on time of day. It’s the little details that make this place special.

It is always a great stay, friendly staff. Very accommodating, especially when I bring both my dogs. Easy communication and quick service. Very clean rooms.I Always stay here

Loved the modern vibe! Clean room, friendly staff. Excellent location - easy to the train from the airport, quick walk to the market and Miners Landing.

The staff was very helpful, room was very nice with awesome views. Fast elevators and a great bar in the lobby for socializing or just a night cap.

I have NEVER had such a smooth or welcoming experience at ANY hotel in my life. From start to finish, booking was easy, the staff were warm and generous, they made early check in and late checkout accommodations, they answered every question and did everything they could do to make our experience wonderful. I booked the room for my daughter's 21st birthday and they sent her sparkling rose and gave her a beautiful city view. They remembered my name and helped with every detail to make it perfect. From valet to concierge to management and customer service representatives, I cannot express my gratitude or my happiness enough. If you want a warm Seattle welcome, this is the place to go!

we stayed here in March 2022. it provided stylish and serviceable accommodation. cheap and easy street parking, quick elevators. a crib was provided for our baby. extremely light sheets / blankets were provided for the bed, so sleeping was very cold. we requested an extra blanket and it was very small / worn. for winter in Seattle, it is disappointing that an actual blanket is not provided for the bed. this feels like a cost cutting measure. Rachael with “anything / anytime”, the internal hotel service request support, was very dismissive of reasonable requests and questions; it felt like we had to argue with her to receive any sort of service, which is not the type of personality I would expect from a hotel room service employee. the 24 hour front desk was a very nice feature. I had stayed here many years prior and it’s nostalgic to return. thank you.
edit: forgot to add, daily room cleaning is only provided upon request, and you must vacate the room for the cleaning to be performed. a bit challenging with a family of four, when we were not made aware of this. how are we supposed to know where to dump our garbage and vacuum the floors ourselves each day ourselves if cleaning is not provided? we literally cannot clean the room ourselves if the hotel does not do it, so if you are not going to provide daily room service, at least enable your guests to clean ourselves with tools and dumpster locations.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Front staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to check us in early which was amazing. We had a corner suite and you could just barely see the water, but still a pretty decent view. Bottled water is complimentary which is always a plus too. It was fairly conveniently located to plenty of things to do. The aquarium was about a half mile and we were able to walk there with no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

Surprised by how good this hotel actually is! The location is convenient. Parking is all valet unless you want to self park at a lot some distance away and hike back. No thanks, especially not in the dark. The valet staff is kind and patient and they seem careful about their job.
Front desk staff is pretty casual while remaining appropriately professional, helpful in answering questions as well as acknowledging special tier guests. A nicer room on the 26th floor with a king bed plus sofa next to the window was good, if slightly small-feeling, but hey, it is downtown and real estate, even on interiors, is at a premium. Anyway, sort of a long and narrow shape to the room and bathroom, but tastefully minimalistic in decor so it's easy to get work done sitting at the console desk or brew a coffee with the in-room machine.
The only downer is the same one everywhere (labor shortage issues), which is that there are somewhat limited hours for getting food from their restaurant. The bar area is pretty good. The food surprisingly decent, too. And a great, super cold martini. At least they tell you the hours up front, though, and you can plan accordingly. So all in all, very nice. Oh, and good security wherein you need your room key to get the elevator moving up to your room floor!

We stayed here with our two small dogs, gilly and nugget, and it was great. They had dog beds and food / water bowls. The staff were great and super nice! They also have a doggy daycare, but we didn’t use it. Recommend if you have pets!

Our stay was fantastic. I loved the views and that we were within walking distance of the waterfront. The fitness center was great and the restaurant in the lobby has a fantastic breakfast. I would not hesitate to stay at the W again the next time that I am in Seattle.

Beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, they also kept their mask on. In 2022 that means alot cause folks aresick of them, even as they know they are helpful. Thank you for making the stay even better from front desk to housekeeping to the coffee shop team who got my day started each morning.

This is the best hotel if you want to be in the middle of all the action...lol. pike place was less than a ½mile away, the needle was about a mile or so away, the train is about ¼mile away. This was the perfect hotel! Everything was within walking distance. I will be staying here again, the customer service was great, room service was fast and the staff was very knowledgeable about surrounding areas and giving directions.

Enjoyed our stay at The W. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The only reason I could not give it a 5 star was the shower. The water pressure was terrible. Outside of that everything else was good.
Nana
Very clean and kind service. It’s located in the downtown where you can access most tourist spots on foot. Very clean and comfortable beds. Their breakfast is also good. I recommend avocado toast. Their sour dough breads are so tasty. My sister got chicken waffles but waffles are overcooked. Friday night time, musicians are playing in the robby and people have fun a lot. At that time, I was staying with my baby on my room, I didn’t hear any sounds at all.

all things are fine, service is good except
the hair dryer is very dirty and handle is greasy. see picture.

This is a difficult hotel to stay at and the phone team is apathetic and rude.
Can’t reserve a space in the valet so we pre payed for a spot 11 blocks away and then valet seemed annoyed when we parked there for 5 minutes (as instructed by the front desk) to check out.
Not the best neighborhood after 5:00 either.
Carole Bennett
The hotel management did not get my room cleaned even after I specifically asked for it. Upon complaining they told me what my issue is since I'm checking out in one day. This is ridiculously bad service after specifically choosing a luxury brand for my stay

Modern decor with a dash of old- school elegance. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming.

We had a great time at the W. The location couldn’t be beat, but we did have an issue with the bed sizes. I’m not sure why queens aren’t used in a double room intended for sharing for up to 4 people. Full size we’re not big enough to make …

Ordinary hotel in Seattle, that came into years. Rooms are clean but require renovation. Service and food are quite good.

The W is a very trendy and centrally located hotel that is worth every penny. We have stayed at a lot of hotels in downtown Seattle that had "prestige" and "history" and didn't stack up to the hype or claims. The W has everything from "hip" …

The city views are great from our room on the 20th floor. Bathrooms are well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the tasty brunch and dinner menus and downstairs lounge space that had a DJ after 9pm and a fire feature. Easy walking distance to Pike's Place, even in heels. Staff were all friendly, accommodating, and answered our questions.

We only stayed here one night but found a hotel very accommodating. The valets were really nice and exceptionally helpful. That helped to offset my disappointment at what I consider to be an expensive $68 per night to park. That said, …

The W is in a great location. Tens of restaurants & shops in walking distance, right down the street & within 4-6 blocks. Valet parking is like $60, but that’s basically your only option & best option, if you rented a vehicle. Due to my wife’s Marriott status, we got upgraded to the Vice Presidential Suite, which was huge, and had great views of downtown Seattle & down to the Waterfront. The bed was super comfy, and the sofa in the lounging area was a great touch if you wanted to spread out without being in the bed. The jacuzzi tub in the suite was a little small, for it to be the VP suite. The shower controls were actually reversed, so if you turned towards the blue side, the water actually got hot, and got cold once you turned towards the red end. That was a little weird. There was some leftover dessert in the storage piece(makeshift refrigerator that wasn’t actually a fridge), from the previous guest that was in there. So the cleaning crew missed that. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there, but that is a running COVID policy with all the Seattle hotels. But you won’t know unless you ask about it. The lounge in the bottom of the hotel has great ambiance & great service from the bar. Also, the front desk staff is very helpful if you need to ask any questions of the surrounding area. Book this hotel if you want to ditch the car, and get out & explore everything on foot(or take quick Ubers).

Amazing hotel in downtown Seattle. W offers everything one can ask for in a business hotel - well maintained rooms with good views of the ocean, a great lounge to relax at the end of the day and very professional staff. The gym at the fourth floor is quite good as well. I stayed here for two weeks in May 2022 and would love to stay again given a chance
Must recommended in Seattle

The W Seattle is an above-average hotel in a good location. The staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout my stay. …

After traveling turn all the W hotels in China mainland this one came to me as older and not the best design. The bathroom i found dated with an old style bathtub that was hard to fit into. Also the overall room felt a bit stuffy and stale. The bedding was nice and the colors of the room pleasing.
Another note the app communication like other Marriott and w properties was very slow and delayed.
Overall for the price point I think it’s a little bit overrated and it doesn’t fully keep up to the w brand that I have stayed in before. Just look at the pictures and you can make a decision if it’s the right hotel for your not.

I think W Seattle is a budget hotel masked in luxury. I don't think it's possible for inanimate objects to take part in conspicuous consumption, but consider that concept when you read further. This past weekend I visited for my anniversary. Several days prior to departure, I received an email about their "Whatever/Whenever" conceirege program. My background is in the hospitality and tourism industry, so I have an understanding of what can and can't be done regarding celebrations. I politely reached out, let them know I was hoping to surprise my partner in some fashion. While Susan was very pleasant to speak with, I was underwhelmed by our conversation. Suggests a brewery for our detour to Everett, but couldn't give me the name? That's a little odd considering she's supposed to be an expert, but I digress. Our whole conversation was filled with upselling of expensive alcohol. While I completely understand that hotels are not obligated to do anything (keep in mind my statements above), I was hoping they'd help create a little magic. Not even a Happy Anniversary from the Front Desk at check-in. It was even hard to get my "agent" Ala to answer my questions. He was quiet and gave off a stereotypical aggrogant vibe. Checked my ID, but I still never got mobile key access and charged my card incidentals without telling me the price. Nowhere on my signed agreement upon purchase or the Marriott Bonvoy app included this information. My partner and I go up to our room and while it's pretty, it's underwhelming. Dusty, thin walls, amenities missing. I had to ask for a robe several times to be brought up when I was told two would be in the room before arrival (they weren't). Upon check-out I noticed something missing. I called to ask if the room was turned over and if my souvenir, which was placed in a paper bag, had been thrown away by mistake. Emma was super rude about filing my request. Constantly talking over my and rather short. It seemed like the theme among employees was to not listen to the guest. Whatever is being trained isn't working. Please, do better.
W Seattle did not live up to their cleaning commitment either (Im not the only review to share this). Our room phone and window ledge- whatever you want to call it- were covered in dust. Luckily, I brought Clorox wipes so I can sanitize other areas, but every night I stayed here my allergies acted up. Once I'd get outside I had no issues. Everything about this stay was lackluster. Down to the quality of the bed. I'm sorely disappointed. My stays at a 3-star Holiday Inn during my cross-country road trip were better than this. The only saving grace is location and the Davine's toiletries and even that's a stretch.

The hotel is great. Slightly below the standard that I have come to love and expect with the W properties, but this could be due to COVID.
The hotel made us fell very welcomed and has an amazingly friendly front desk …

The hotel is very posh and nice. I would stay here again. Communication was easy & staff was very nice & professional. Cons: They don't really have a full service restaurant. No space for your toiletries, no hooks for the towels. I'm 6'3", and the shower head was at my chin & shower ceiling was 2" from my head.
Cheryl Gray
Location was great as it was minutes from the Pike Place Market. The staff was very friendly and made you feel at ease. The hotel itself seemed very old with cracks and our room definitely needed some TLC. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

Stayed at this W Hotel for a business trip. The location is fantastic, the lounge area is great. I was really impressed with how good the food was at the restaurant inside the hotel. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel location, ambiance, cleanliness was superb. The customer service could use some improvement. Unfortunately I left my car key in the hotel and my flight was leaving in the next two hours. I called ahead of time and asked if they could go up to the room and retrieve my car key and bring it down to the front desk, so my friend can save Time in returning my key while I wait at the airport. I let them know this was an urgent matter. I was told this was not a problem and they would call me back to update me. I ended up calling back twice to be told that they were busy and they would try to accommodate me. 1 hour later they still didn’t go to the room. I understand every customer can’t come first but in this circumstance where my flight is leaving I felt things could have been done differently to help me make my flight with all my belongings. My friend ended up up going to the room and taking care of everything. Other than that great stay.

Room was fine. Kitchen was closed most of the time. A ring that’s very special to me went missing after my stay here. I’m not blaming the hotel for that, but I called to check lost and found 3 times and I was told I would get a call back each time and never did.

Very nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Seattle. We had a room on the 13th floor with a nice view. Staff was excellent. Room had a few minor wear and tear issues that needed to be addressed. Decor was lovely. Espresso machine in room was nice touch as was the lighting.

The building and interior design in the lobby were hip and unique but the rooms were tiny with the advertised living room being a couch stuffed under the window. The beds were hard imo so sleep was not REM, felt more like a nap. Staff was friendly and inviting but beware of hidden costs like $150 deposit upon checking in and the $68 dollar a day parking cost, which in the booking description shows included. Great location but would not stay here again as my first or second choice.

My stay at the W Seattle was wonderful. The room was very clean and the customer service was top notch. Bryan A. Went above and beyond. We couldn’t thank him enough. Superior corner suite 21st floor facing East and south. Bedding was absolutely the best I’ve ever seen and I average 75 nights a year in hotels all over the world. Luxurious bathroom with wonderful toiletries products. Very large desk with at least seven USB chargers and multiple electrical chargers throughout the room. Will definitely stay here again!

If I put less than one star I would ,this a low budget W ,first off I booked a king size room we got a queen and was told all their beds are the same size 🙄who does that ? The rooms were filthy I couldn’t breathe I barely slept my allergies rushed me because of the contaminants in the air ,the dirty vents,The bathroom was filthy !!! The W has been been my favorite hotel every since I can remember and I have traveled the world and I did the W in New York ,wonderful experience! The W in Dubai excellent !!
