My first time ever staying here. The rooms were quite roomy and clean so where the bathrooms. The hallways were large and mostly quiet. This is a different kind of an atmosphere if you are looking for more of a calm casino this would be it. The restaurants here are good as well. Free valet parking. Tipping is optional but I recommend it because these people work very hard.

I had a great stay here. I don’t know if the front desk agents are trained to give a compliment to each person they check in/check out but I liked it. Very personable and in tune. The bed was very comfortable. The had a cool clock that I paired my phone with to play music on. I hoped that their tvs were smart but it’s cool since most of their patrons are late 40’s and older. I really wanted to get in the pool. The bed was too comfortable to get out of.

Room had awesome view. Draw backs - Great pool but no hot tub or room microwave. Customer service can be improved. Positives- Food on site. Loved the location in residential area. Excellent security. Rooms average but clean. Would return.

Good Boyd property. Enjoy the golf course views, improves relaxing mood. Would like to see more old school slots. Unlike downtown Boyd properties they have not messed up the BJ rules still 3/2 and dbl downs on splits. Good dining options easy parking safe area if town. Rooms are more than adequate. No buffet as of this review.

First time in Las Vegas and i have heard many stories of people's stays and various places. I enjoyed it here. I had fun! The hotel came highly recommended. I only went there to eat with my girlfriends. The restaurant was good, particularly the desserts. The 3 of us shared a piece of Snickers cheesecake. It was to die for. The staff at at the restaurant were very nice and the valets were top notch. I'm willing to bet the rooms are very nice also but I have not stayed there yet.

Stayed here for a reunion. Despite the location far off the strip this is a charming hotel & casino. The dining options are as solid as any big name casinos. Several recreation options in-house including bowling, movie theater, pool, and golf. The rooms are spacious, clean, well appointed, and offer strip and golf course views on upper floors etc. This hotel is a breeze to navigate for anyone with mobility issues due to its modest size compared to the monsters on the strip. Dining highlights on-site include 90 Ninety, Briggs Oyster Co. and Du-par's which is a solid 24 hour diner offering great food including all day breakfast and the best pancakes around. Many reunion attendees including myself reported nice winnings on slots and video poker. If a smaller easy to get around property appeals to your needs or if you're a golfer and want to spend your time on the links please consider Suncoast.

Great room we paid about $400.00 for 2 nights included tx & resort fee. Our room was huge for a double queen and the view was spectacular. Very clean and very good condition, I well ask for a mattress pad next time the bed was a little harder then I like. We ate at the restaurant and had burgers they were good and so was the service. gambled not much luck, we will definitely stay again.

Boyd Gaming has been treating my wife and I so very well. We stay here on our way to and from our kids house. Sun Coast is a great relaxing place and in a good neighborhood. Over looking the golf course is wonderful to wake up to. Thank you for having us!!! Dave

The cool kids have moved on to Red Rock. Suncoast today is what the rampart was 15 years ago. I used to spend a lot of time in here in the early 2000s after they had just opened and it was a really fun place. Now there is no buffet, half of the pit is closed and for my understanding closes completely at midnight. No more poker room. I can't say that they never have acts in the showroom but I have not seen one in there in some time. It is clean and well-kept and the staff is nice enough but the crowd has moved on to Red Rock casino. May need a revamp or relaunch.

Friendly staff at all times! I loved our room, spacious double sinks and a big toilet room. VERY Comfortable!! My room had a cute view, didn't care for the roof I was looking at but nice surroundings

We stopped here for breakfast one day. A little pricey, but good service and food. It's been 2 weeks since we went so nothing else is really sticking out for me. Location is great for locals, but they don't offer any locals discount. Did not use the hotel rooms.

Suncoast is my go to for the Cinemark Theater when I'm in Vegas. It's close to my apartment, clean, and easy to access. Many times, we'll use the Valet parking as it is Free plus tip for the guys. The theater is always clean, well sanitized and the popcorn is always fresh.

Just got here. Immaculate room but had to walk through smoke filled casino . So smoke free...? Assume the stay will be fine.. we're here for a function need a place to sleep mostly but excited about breakfast

For a cheap hotel with nice features it definitely gets the job done. The rooms are clean and large enough for a few people, without daining your wallet. Their are some restaurants on site too, so you don't have to worry about getting a bit to eat if you get in late.

Such a beautiful location it's like a hidden summerlin gem!! Went to a great comedy show Bonkers for new years eve! Amazing night! I was so impressed with the subway sandwich shop! Great service great show what a way to bring in the New Year ☺️

Beautiful view of a golf course and the mountains. A somewhat quieter casino with family activities like movies and bowling. The homemade breakfast was outstanding. We would happily stay here again.

Place is nice and clean. Movie theater is nice .A few places to eat. Down side the casino floor the smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming. It feels like there's not much air circulation. I have visit other casinos and even tho there's plenty of smoker's is not as bad as some of the areas at tris Casino.The Servers are very nice.

We went to Prime Steak Restaurant, and the food, ambiance, and service was great. All of the staff were pleasant, cheerfull, and enthusiastic. Our server (Brenda) was professional, fun, knowledgeable, and interacted very nicely with our group, which made us enjoy dinner even more.

Loved the hotel and the experience I had here. We got married at the Emerald and it was perfect for our guests and the conveniences! I wish they had a shuttle and the casino wasn't as impressive as I'd hoped but if I want that I can go on the strip.

I had an overall good visit here. It is located in Summerlin north of the strip. They have a bowling alley, movie theater, and a variety of restaurants (although I did not eat here). It is definitely on the smoky side as far as the atmosphere is concerned, but it is a good locals hang out and I would go back again in the future.

A very nice place. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The reason for 3 stars are all minor but add up. The room couch uncomfortable, very limited TV service more designed for business traveler, and a great view of the casino roof. No bar service at pool after 4pm on a Saturday. Didn't have all the ingredients for a drink at the bars on Saturday. Nothing exotic just a orange. Steakhouse was ala carte which I found unusual. Last it is extremely overpriced what you get and where located. My God it's in west Las vegas not the strip or downtown

I had a wonderful time at the suncoast. We stayed here for our staycation/honeymoon. We had a lot of family coming out of town staying at this hotel and everyone loved it! They loved the fact it had a bowling alley and a lot of people got some good luck gambling at this casino! Housekeeping we're very friendly. We stayed in the executive suite. It was a lot nicer then expected on the website. I would highly reconmmed this casino to others.

Bathrooms are almost vintage 80s. Needs an upgrade. Beds are nice. Tried to catch the sunrise this morning after my shower and the windows were a little foggy but shows how little they clean the windows.....ewwwww

This place was pretty cool. Definitely a place for an older crowd, but if kids are brought a long for the ride, there is quite a bit to do. The movie theater there is awesome. If you're not in the mood for a movie, maybe some bowling will excite you. You won't go hungry. And you definitely won't be bored.

Living right by this place, I must say that i actually enjoy this place a bit more than I do Red Rock. It has a big casino look, with a smaller more local oriented feel. The staff has always been kind to me and my family when we go there. The rooms are surprisingly awesome for a place not on the strip. If you're looking to stay somewhere that's not on the strip, affordable and still fun, then give the Suncoast a chance.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing. Price was great (we stayed a week). Location was awesome. Lots of security... Serious bonus. Pool was super nice... salt water and the perfect cold temperature. The only issue I had was half of the water didn't make it to the shower head so my showers were not that great. Please consider plumbing maintenance.

We had a wonderful week! The bed was comfortable enough. The size of the room is better than expected. The pool bartender, Julia is a beautiful person inside and out. The restaurants are delicious. Areas of improvement: The TV remote was very difficult to deal with (room 923). The pool was only 3 to 4 feet deep and quite small. The slots were not very kind but quite fun. LOL

For the price I was very impressed with my room. Before my check-in I was sent an offer to upgrade my room. Service excellent all the way around no complaints. For me the location was great, I was visiting my daughter and was less than 10 minutes from her house. Not close to downtown or the strip. In Summerlin you have everything you need from shopping, Golf, restaurants, stores. For me it was a great stay.

Played bingo and ate at The Game. Food was good decent price. Drinks at the Lounge for the bowling alley were good and reasonably priced. No comparison for bingo but it was fun and the staff was friendly.

The three stars is a rating of the casino only. The casino floor itself was very nice but the machines were not great. We played 8 different slots and had one small win. Maybe another time I will check out the rest of the hotel and what it has to offer.

2.5 stars. If you dont mind smoke everywhere/flling the building then no probs. Also at times music was so loud you had to go outside to make a call or repeat yourself. Parts of rooms a bit dated, smaller older TV, but fine. Good room controlled A/C. Some staff and restaurant counter folks were real nice...others not so much...One blond at front desk was rude & gave me nth degree w/wise cracks when I asked about 'something that was left for me. Rooms and bathrooms are large...nice towels, pillows uncomfortable/hard--I would say just about worst I have ever had. Lots of roaming security...maybe more than you need that far off the strip and with older/retiree crowd. Auto hand-sanitizer all around, was nice. Lots of shower pressure-almost too much. Good food options, theatre & bowling alley, Unheated mid/smaller size outdoor pool. My starbucks drink there was watered-down atrocious. In-room fridge.

Nice spacious room, didn't pay for a view so we were overlooking the roof, not an issue our room was clean and housekeeping turned in our 2 lost tablets, thankful for their honesty! I enjoyed how secure the rooms were. Debbie called to make sure we would receive our tablets. Nothing but good things to say about Suncoast.

Great atmosphere, lots of lanes for availability but, we had a 30 minute wait, on a Sunday. Very nice employees throughout the whole facility 😃. We had a great time for sure. Food is around $10 a person depending on what you get.

So we got to the casino scouted out food and decided on the game. Waited an hour for them to open only to be told they don’t serve food til 2 nowhere is this posted. Went to dupars, there are at least half a dozen empty tables and line is barely moving. Last time we’ll ever visit

Slots were a boring and dated selection considering proximity to vegas. Table game employees seemed bored. It reminded me of a nursing home with gaming. The staff at the 24 cafe were super slow, service was marginal at best. A tad pricey for what it was.

Old outdated property, that needs updating, and player friendly employee's. Customer service is extremely poor on the casino floor. Machines are very tight. Marketing Dept. is 100% worthless. Casino hosts are by far the worst in town, bar none. Also, tiered tracking system is of no benefit to players. Little to no cash back for play is ever accrued on machines, when playing. Coffee shop is absolutely terrible, on a good day. Property is in need of a new General Manager, to clean this property up. PLEASE, PLEASE. At one time, Suncoast was the place to go in Summerlin, to gamble. WHAT HAPPENED. We as players, and customers, no longer matter at Suncoast Hotel Casino. It appears we are all replace able.

Rooms clean well kept I have stayed here multiple times through the month. Only issue is night shift staff. Trash all the way around. Extremely rude. Would be 5 star but getting a 1 literally that’s how disrespectful and rude staff is, Hotel check in staff that is.

Rooms are extremely difficult to sleep in. Thin walls & strobe light smoke detector made it a living hell. Showers are extremely awkward as well. Just feels like a downgraded motel 6. Staff is mostly great though, just poor decisions made on the rooms.

After another soul crushing loss I realize this is a business that preys on degenerates That is NOT a bad thing and is a major part of society, which a wonderful thing, DO NOT spend my money you commies and bleeding heart liberals. In my pocket is where it belongs till I give it to the boyd family! Many business can be perceived as preying on degenerates, fast food, alcohol, credit cards or any financial product, cigarettes, gambling, clothing, any type of fashion product( Hair, Nails, etc, say no to a lady who normally gets her nails done), toys( my kids deserve... They got you), food and eating out, you can name it, etc. They performed an American Service, they convinced a degenerate to spend disgusting amounts of back breaking money that took weeks of labor on video Baccarat, which brings JOBS and WEALTH, slot companies,food manufacturers, distribution companies of all kinds, Federal theft, state theft, Banksters, hundreds of thousands of Jobs created because of my actions to hurt myself. I provided for Las Vegas today, YoUr WElcOmE, like an unfit parent my money was removed from me to be placed in a better home. Thank you for a wonderful 2hrs that cost me 80 hrs in back breaking labor, treat her well, spend here ridiculously and help build this wonderful home we call a country. I like going to the Century 16 theaters in the Suncoast Hotel and Casino which has a great variety of movies to see which are not found in other theaters, and had plenty of parking.

It's a good casino to visit. They have a Cinemark theater that's a bit dated and needs to repair some recliners ,but it's good.

We went to the deli for a corned beef sandwich. There was a little more fat on part of the sandwich but it was still edible.

Rooms are decent for the price but are getting a little dated. Electric outlet didn't work, bathroom sink needed repair, etc. Also, I absolutely hate the steam iron being attached to the ironing board and the attached clothes hangers in the closet. I also would have preferred a walk in shower as opposed to the bathtub. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve always enjoyed frequenting the Suncoast while I’m in town. It incorporates an alternative to the strip with a lot of shops/restaurants nearby. The rooms are reasonably priced with a gorgeous view during sunset. Multiple restaurants with great food actually INSIDE the casino too. Their movie theater is a very welcome addition to activities as well. The only downfall I would say is cell service. That is out of their hands but Verizon has zero service with calls or data while inside. Other than that unfortunate caveat I would highly recommend the Suncoast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was warm in the casino and the dealer allowed (and encouraged) a drunk player's crude and vulgar conversation at the blackjack table. It was a very unpleasant evening. This place refused to honor our 2-month-in-advance reservation for our daughter because she was 3 months from turning 21. Thankfully a La Quinta down the street has some common decency or she'd have literally been left on the street at midnight with nowhere to go. It's just as well - she said the Suncoast smelled like smoke and the lobby was full of drunks. Serves me right for falling for the "deal" - I guess you get what you pay for.

Wonderful stay for a week! Nice, much safer neighborhood than the strip! Walking distance to Tivoli Village, Boca Park Fashion Village and Rampart Commons. Best rate found on Boyd Rewards - you have to go inside and register - no way to do it online. Melissa checked me in and was very informative upon checkin. I saved about $100 by booking via Boyd Rewards. Don’t forget to include the Resort Fee when booking though! The fitness room is great! Hardly anyone uses it and it was always cleaned. Only one pool and no outdoor jacuzzi or spa. Bar service available at the pool yet they weren’t set up to sell food just yet. There is a quick service food area near the sports bar that sells pastries, breakfasts, lunch right next to Subway (sandwiches) called The Bagel Corner. Karin was great and always provided fantastic 5 star service each time I visited. Self parking was easy & convenient. Apple Pay can be used on vending machines at each floor - LOVE this idea! The girls at the Gift Shop were terrific and very hospitable! I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a place to stay off the strip.

Loved the rooms! They are HUGE! We had a room that faced the Angel Park Golf Course. My husband and I are golfers so we loved the view. There were many times during my stay that I found myself standing at the floor-to-ceiling glass wall just to watch the golfers. The hotel has a bowling alley but we didn't take the time to look at it. Suncoast also has a theater that has decent sized rooms for a small theater. I'm a "jeans and t-shirt" kind of person. I don't know if that affected the way I was greeted at the reception counter, but they could've been more efficient. The clientele at Suncoast leaned towards the older crowd (over 60). Hotel located in Summerlin so I would definitely recommend a rental car.

Nice hotel in a very nice area. I don't have any negative remarks about the hotel itself. My only issue is with the cable/tv options. 27 channels?? They can do better than that and I know they want guest on the casino floor, losing everything they have. Just give us better tv options or let us HDMI our own devices for streaming.

Very nice rooms, especially if you get one with the golf course view. I liked the pool area, which had plenty of space with cabanas and a nice bar. The workout room was relatively large compared with some other hotels. They have several treadmills, stationary bikes, and an elliptical. Plenty of weight machines for arms, legs, chest, shoulders, back, and abs. Unfortunately, no free weights or dumbbells. No benches or slantboards. No stretching area or yoga mats, although there are dance bars along the mirrored wall. The casino has a pretty good layout, comparable to most Vegas hotels. They also have a movie theater and a two-sided bowling alley. Best of all, the Suncoast is located in the Summerlin area on the west side, conveniently close to some nice shopping and dining places, if you're not into the Strip scene.

A great place to play and stay overall. Clean rooms, low key feel in the casino. Friendly staff, drink servers actually come around here. Slots seem to be pretty loose. Security will stalk you for taking your mask down for a drink, but is no where to be found when there is a security issue otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I cannot recommend Suncoast Casino! Located in a beautiful area, beautiful view from our room. WONDERFUL STAFF! I wish we were staying here the whole time....I like it so much more than the crowded chaos of the Vegas Strip. Came for a friends wedding. Both the room for the ceremony and the reception hall were well put together and beautiful. The chairs were nice and sturdy in both. (If you have ever been to a wedding with those cheap "standard" white wedding chairs you know) the food was prepared very well and what a selection. There was 4 types of meat and all sorts of salad/veggie options. While done buffet style the tables were set well and the entire thing was very classy. It would be easy to throw a very formal event here. I mentioned these things because I got to talking to the dj ( also very good) and he gave me the word that the venue provided the amenities for this event. It is also worth mentioning that it was nice to be off the strip in a nicer part of town. Not to mention the convenience of parking. I did not see valet service though. Casino floor was very clean and not super noisy.

I was disappointed with my annual stay at the Suncoast Hotel and Casino this year. I stay at this hotel every year to attend the Las Vegas Black Film Festival. This year makes the 5th year in a row. Every year except for this year I always have a room that either overlooks the pool or the golf course. This year when we opened up the curtains we were shocked as we were looking at the back of a building. The view was absolutely horrible. Believe it or not it changed the experience of the stay. The view was so bad that we kept there curtains closed the entire stay. The previous year's that I've stayed I would have given a 5 Star review but after paying over $400.00 the horrible view made this stay loose it's value. I will make sure that next year I specifically request a room that overlooks either the pool or the golf course. It matters and changes the experience.

My last visit there just a few days ago the restaurant Dupars I’ve been there countless times I dine there and at other restaurants at the hotel this last visit at Dupars I was having lunch I just put down my sandwich on the plate still over more than half of it left I was talking to my friends at the table the waitress rudely just came over grabbed my plate from the table walked away never asked if I was finished or anything I still had my fruit bowl on it too. I wasn’t done! I turned to tell her hey im not done shouldn’t you ask before just taking my plate away but her back was to me she walked into the side room I didn’t see her after that I was upset I didn’t want to cause a scene we all got up paid the bill and left mind you I had been raving about their pancakes how I loved the food there to my friends cause they’ve never been there they ordered it it was their first time there and at the hotel and casino aside from that they loved the Suncoast. I’m very disappointed with service at Dupars

Not a bad place. Decent pricing, restaurants, casino, access to shopping and the rooms are large. The biggest complaints we had and I heard from others were the super strict mask policy (security will chase you down) and the card readers at the elevators. They often times don't work. We did some bowling, shuffleboard, pool and such. Parking is outside and is ample. If you are trying to be away from the Strip you will succeed otherwise it is 25 min.

We had the King bedroom with golf view. Room was a little dated but clean. We were asked if we wanted room service everyday, we said no. Hotel said call us when you need it. Big mistake, that's why they get only 4 stars. It was like pulling teeth to get them to our room, finally at 5pm the last night there,they just brought us clean towels. We were there for 5 nights. Let them clean your room everyday, save yourself the frustration. But the casino was fun, low limits on tables, not like on the strip. Hotel in upper end of town. And the Hotel has VERY GOOD restaurants in it.The little diner will shock you. I'd stay there again for sure.

First night of a four night stay, our truck was broken into and over$500 worth of things were stolen. We parked very close to the check in doors and under a huge light. Management never contacted us. Key cards rarely worked in elevators so there was always a mass of people in total confusion trying to get to their floor. No microwave, no coffee cups, noisy AC system. Huge bright lights outside our "golf view" so couldn't see a thing when they came on. We'd never stay here again.

As a local I don't go to the strip. However, I play bingo at SunCoast every Friday night and play often. I have done a staycation a few times, the rooms are nice with comfy beds. It's a lovely clean hotel & casino. My Valet attendants are always kind and being known by name is nice feeling. Great shopping around and Dupars has amazing pancakes.

We are locals and we don't gamble. We are usually there for movies and maybe food. Theater is clean, and the service is very good. I buy my tickets online and the scanning process and concession is fairly fast. Lounge chairs are very comfortable, restrooms are clean, so no complaints. We are Cinemark members and enjoy the new shows as well as the anniversary presentation of iconic movies. Nice treat.

WOW!!! What a nice place. We got upgraded to a suite and were extremely impressed. The room was huge, the veiw was awesom. Floor to ceiling windows in both sections of the room. The shower was nothing short of luxurious. I am ordering one of those shower heads today. The casino was nice, staff friendly, check in smooth. Located about 30 minutes from the strip, it was perfect if you want to be close enough to the strip, but not right in the middle of it.

security was very understanding of my husband and I having issues with our car starting and their jumper box was unfortunately not strong enough to jump us so unfortunately we were stuck there all night and all they cared about is if we were hydrated and we had water for the dogs. Normally they would've never been okay with us hanging out with out gambling and would have called the cops. Everyone we asked for a jump however was way stuck up and looked at us like we' were crazy and like they were terrified of even looking at us or something. That's the only reason it's not a 5 star review that and well I've lost too much money here and usually have the opposite experience at casinos if I lose my husband normally hits or vice versa very rarely do we're both lose almost never do we both lose but here at suncoast it's always a major loss so I'm honestly don'e trying this place for a very long time the vibes is too judgemental unless you're staff or known high roller the people all look and treat you like they're too good for you and that's not cool makes me insecure and if they knew my story or rules were reversed they couldn't last a millisecond iin my shoes

Our room was huge and we had a stunning view of the mountains, and the beautiful golf course where we played. Food options upstairs, downstairs, bakery, coffee etc., including an inexpensive (yes) little gift shop by the elevators. Took a little effort to get the attention of the server girls for drinks.

As a golfer though, I was pleased that the hotel is across the street from Angel Park golf course which has two courses and a very fun putter only 18 hole course. If a live poker room doesn't matter to you, it's a nice place to stay.

Very dissatisfied with the hotel service. Bike rack was stolen off my car in the Daylight. I was there for the small business event coasting into 2022. I went back into the hotel to tell them and they did nothing. The manager was not any help either. Very disappointed in the hotel service and will not be coming back. They didn’t bother to look at the camera or give us compensation for the stolen item on their property. They said there are signs to lock all your possessions. The car was locked along with the bike rack. I do hope for the best for whoever did steal it and the hotel who did not help us. I write this review to warn others who attend this hotel to beware of thief even when you do lock all your possessions.

I enjoyed this venue. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. My only complaint is the key system for the elevators. My room key didn't like the elevator card reader, so most of the time someone else had to use their key in the elevator so I could get to my room. VERY frustrating since this happened even after I got replacement cards but as a whole the experience was enjoyable. The view was GORGEOUS!

I had a room on the 7th floor overlooking the golf course. The view was outstanding. The room is big, clean, and comfortable. The casino is fun and not crowded. I did relatively ok at the slots, but lost my shirt at the craps table. That can happen at any casino. Some days are good. Some days aren't so good. At least the table minimums are usually $10 which is great. The dealers were great. They even anticipated my bets at the craps table which shows they are paying attention and want to help. Drink service on the casino floor varied. Their 24/7 restaurant (Du-par's) was a good value. Their movie theaters are outstanding. All the employees were friendly. I like the Suncoast because it's off the strip and is more laid back. I've stayed at the Suncoast a number of times and have NEVER been disappointed. They are unbelievably consistent.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are larger than expected and very clean. The amenities are great, gym, pool, salon, etc. If you don't want to stay on the Strip, this location is pretty darn nice. Area seem more high end, clean and well maintained. The one down side is that, as of now, they seem to have difficulty filling vacant positions. Several eating places were still "temporarily" closed. I would stay here again.

For the price of 58 dollars you can't get better value as there is a pool movie theater arcade and bowling. The staff are nice and the rooms are large and clean it's not too far from shopping places so you can go for a nice walk here.

We had the most terrible experience here. Their management team of table games either discriminates Asians or they hate people winning. My boyfriend and I sat down at a Blackjack table for 30min, played about 3 shoes. We got so lucky that day and won almost every hand. With $900 winning, we were happy and gonna colour up the chips and cash out. Then an male Asian pitbosd came and told us we are no longer allowed to play Blackjack at Suncoast for NO REASON!!!!!!! Isn't it ridiculous? He said they don't like my betting strategy. Come on, we only bet $25 ALL THE TIME. Only the last 2 hands before we left, we bet $50. Some people bet $200 $300, why can't we bet $50 only last 2 hands before leaving????? I'm pretty sure the other Mexican black hair make pit boss has some kind of discrimination towards us, he kept staring at us during our play, so did the other pit boss.

I was really surprised at how obviously tight the gaming was here. In the hours that we were there, I saw little winning, not just by myself, but on the floor in general. Sadly, overall the lively feeling/vibe that I use to get at this casino, felt squashed. I've stayed here a few times. The hotel rooms are very nice; modern and clean. Based on that I looked up some rates for late September/October and was really taken back by how inflated the rates are. With many choices in LV, I would go with another less expensive but equivalent in style.

Absolutely loved it here i did the bowling and beer thing. So had a nice calm mello night. I did see they have all the fun stuff a casino offers i just didnt get to it this time around will absolutely be back. Lots of parking with easy to find spaces. Also for the KARENS this casino was extremely clean . mask compliant and there were mask and sanitizer readily available everywhere. Best to see for yourself and make your own depiction. But i will say i loved it here had a very wonderful time

None of the front desk ladies were rude though one out of the 4 ladies I talked with was actually friendly. One of the ladies tried giving me a hard time about my emotional support animal. On the seventh floor in the hallways you can smell a strong odor from the cigarette smoke down on levels one and two. My room in particular had a bad case of MOLD in the shower. I’m sure that goes for the vast majority of the rest of the showers. I’m sure people aren’t going to Vegas to watch tv in the hotel room but if that’s ever on your list just know this hotels tv system has maybe 10 channels and they are a couple kid shows and the rest are covid news. If you aren’t using the casino and /or what comes with the resort fee, I would stay elsewhere.

Dislikes: No microwave in room,and No kid friendly TV shows inside the rooms,the rooms were clean but older make sure you put down towels or you'll end up with water all over the bathroom floor as the shower curtains are cloth and leak...Cafe was ok,I was served cold spaghetti and meatballs and our waiter never came back the rest of our meals were good,fish and chips,potato skins tuna melts and cheesecake,reasonably priced but really need to work on their service ,the simplest part of taking our drink orders shouldn't take 30mins especially when they weren't busy.

We enjoy coming here. It is so much fun. What i appreciate the most is how well maintained this alley is. It is $4.50 per person per game. Their website and the monitors at the registar only say "$4.50 per game" but they ring you up at per person per game. Just FYI. They also have an hourly rate option.

I had dinner yesterday at 90Ninety with a friend, and it was very pleasant. The bar/restaurant is right as you walk in, so there's minimal noise or smoke, though we do have to walk through slots because of the temperature check. It would be nice if they designated the front few rows as nonsmoking. We both decided on grilled cheese and tomato bisque, both of which were delicious and went well with the wine. They came out lukewarm, but our waitress took them back and retruned then piping hot, so it was all good. We've met there several times for happy hour, usually getting the pizza, which is really good.

Stay here if you are visiting family or friends in Summerlin! The parking in front of the hotel is so EASY. The casino isn’t massive and from the parking lot to our room took less than 10 minutes. The rooms were newly renovated and roomy for a standard, loved the view from the room of the golf course. Saturday night tables aren’t too pricey either, minimum $10 bucks for blackjack and most table games. The restaurant Dupars was pretty good, but you are paying $15 bucks for a Reuben sandwich. Great place to stay if you have kids since it has a movie theater. We enjoyed playing bingo but get there 20 minutes before bingo starts on Friday or Saturday because they get busy! The location of the hotel is awesome too, Target is within walking distance and less than 5 minutes away driving. Front desk was friendly and we had no problems during our stay.

Had a free game for me and the kiddos with my pogo pass. Paid $13.50 for shoes for the 3 of us. It was fun. Having to wear a mask in there sucked cause it was really hot but we had fun! Very long walk just to get to the bowling alley. I didn't like that part. Also, you have to give them one of your shoes in order to rent theirs. Not sure if that's due to theft but we got a chuckle out of it.

This is an especially Nice Casino/Hotel. Leaning towards the 'Locals' Upper Class type, without being snoooty! I used to frequent here quite a lot and I haven't been here and gosh a long long time. The atmosphere was still beautiful. The gaming was, well... like everywhere, you don't really win. It's more like, you win a little and lose a lot. Although I was able to win a little, I managed to give it back along with a double digit donation. Not too bad! Oct. 2021. I've pivoted towards Boyd over the other local giant since covid. Boyd has increased my give backs, serves real brand alcohol and Carrie's the same games. The Boyd workers are more outgoing and friendly. The place is kept shiny and clean. We can play anywhere, we are comfortable there. The front line workers make the difference.

It smells like an ash tray when you walk into the lobby, which is also the casino. All the restaurants attach directly to the casino and reek of cigarette smoke as well. The beds are super hard and uncomfortable and the TV has the HDMI ports disabled so I can't plug my laptop in. The in resort restaurant food prices are twice what the cost is if I drive across the street. There's nothing about this hotel/casino that would make me want to come back. The only good thing about this place was that they kept the rooms clean.

Hotel was okay. But the bar at the casino was a horrible experience. Bartender was unprofessional (short, older, Mexican/asian male), and appeared to be inebriated. For a hotel that has such a bougie vibe to it, I'd expect more from their employees. I'll go somewhere else next time.

They need to heat the pool! Even on a day when it's 80 degrees, the pool was way too cold to swim in. Everyone was packed into the jacuzzi. The staff here was friendly overall. The room was average with a great view of the golf course. Room service was good. I played a bit on the slots, they need more selection though.

I have stayed at this place many times in the past when visiting my sister since it's so very close to her house and up until this last visit I have loved the place. After this last stay... I may not stay here again.

Well let me tell you, you will not be sorry staying at the Suncoast. I've stayed there for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the room tremendously. The amenities there are just top-notch. Very reasonable prices on the rooms throughout the week and of course a little bit more expensive on the weekends, go figure. Even during covid-19 the pool remained opened which was a plus. The casino itself is extremely well kept and very nice newer model machines. I hope you enjoy your stay!

I have been in the suncoast for two nights. 1. Be ware of the hidden “resort fee”. These guy charge without clearly explaining it upfront and you gunna face it at checkout (and blaming that the booking third party is responsible to tell it to you) 2. The shower bathtub was clogged and although I notified the room service they never fixed it.

The bar tender is very slow, not able to handle the few customers he has. My husband brought me here for a local craft fair. It was held in one of their ballrooms and was okay. It's hard to judge them based on the COVID19 restrictions. Anyway, this casino was okay. They didn't have many old penny slots, they did have a lot of the computerized ones though. There's a movie theater in the casino, which I thought was cool. The machines were a bit dirty because there were ashtrays all places on top of where the touchpads would be to place your bet. Before we walked in, there was a gentleman in his motorized wheelchair that was trying to make it into the casino's east side entrance, but the button wasn't working. My husband and I felt that he needed help, and we gladly opened the doors for him. They probably need to get that checked and fix it, if they haven't already. I didn't stay here, but it was okay. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to go to this specific casino.

We went for Du-pars pancakes and they never disappoint! The rest of the food is always to notch as well. I don't love eggs but theirs were delicious and the hash browns always have great flavor. Though the star of the show is the pancakes. They're huge, slightly crispy on the edges and light and fluffy. Don't miss it!!!

Went to meet friends in town for dinner. Only 1 restaurant, the cafe is open due to ongoing covid conditions. Other casinos have all their restaurants and bars open. Then, they only had 2 food vegetarian dinner choices for our friends. As locals, we WON,T be back during to the Suncoast during covid conditions where only a mask is required as per the state mandate. The food was fine. Service was slow, but the waitress removed our friends alcoholic drinks before they finished them.

The casino/main entrance smells like a burning cigarette. Not appreciated when the hotel restaurant was there too. (It's tough to enjoy food with so strong a smoke smell in the air). I used Traveluro to book the room, which I chose because of the offered price. Then it turns out there's an undisclosed additional charge making that booking the most expensive option available. So, not optimal. The room was clean, quiet and in good condition.

I asked that it be afternoon. Still waiting for the call. I had over 100,000 points that have gone. A call or letter stating that would happen and I would have taken care of it. To remove my points without notice seems drastic.

Was upgraded to a suite which was 1, 056 sq ft and fabulous! Loved our suite. Housekeeping was impeccable! Had room service one night which was delicious! Only 2 recommendations would be to add a microwave and to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom (in the separate toilet room). In addition, it is very smoky in the casino and needs better ventilation.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days while I was in town for business. Check in was easy, and the room was spacious and clean. Some of the drains in the tub and sink drained a bit slowly, and the colors were a little outdated, but everything else was fabulous.

I am only reviewing the casino. I go here frequently as it is our local casino. They have very good Covid related safety measures in place. All gaming tables have plastic barriers between players and only 3 per blackjack table. No barriers at the roulette or craps tables, though I suspect that is because it is difficult to set that up. It wasn't crowded as it was a Sunday. All the games and machines you would expect are here. The hotel has a bowling alley, theaters and arcades so there is something for the whole family and kids to do also.

My daughter and myself spent five days at Suncoast last week as I flew to Vegas to have surgery. . I loved this hotel. Prices great ,food great , room was very large with two queen beds The beds were very , very comfortable . I requested extra blankets as I’m always cold ,they were brought to my room with in minutes of request . The view was wonderful . The pool and hot tub was fantastic. Others had said the casino smelled of smoke. . I passed through everyday and never smelled any smoke st all . This hotel is perfect and very reasonable . Thank you Suncoast for a great stay . I would leave the Suncoast a 3.5 star if I could, but 3 will do because it definitely was not a 4-star experience for me. The hotel has some rooms with a great view of the golf course to the north. The rooms are cozy and I enjoyed the fact that the bathroom was split by a door between shower/toilet and the sinks. The casino downstairs was well laid out and the staff were quite friendly. The issue with this hotel is that they're in desperate need of overhauls on the showers and the beds. The beds themselves were very uncomfortable and the sheets felt almost like sandpaper against my skin. The shower had some extreme difficulties warming up (close to 7 minutes just to get luke warm). If the beds, sheets, and showers were fixed, the review would easily be a 4 star review. It is quite a bit away from downtown and the strip, but I was okay with that, honestly.

Off strip resort hotel. Large rooms and plenty to do other than slots and gambling. Right across the street from a midsize upper crust mall. Lots of restaurants on site but not all were open. None appeared to be award winners so I didn't try any that were. Too many other good places to eat in Vegas. Movie theaters on site. Plenty of onsite parking. Not too pricey but that 30 resort fee sneaks up on you.

Anyway, I went to my trusted site and found a deal for a room here, after reading all of the great reviews, I decided to book it and I'm so glad I did! The location is perfect if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the strip and the shopping area looks really family friendly. The premises itself is very beautiful and the staff was very accommodating, I got an upgrade! Btw, room service was top notch! My only issue was that there wasn't a shuttle to the strip, other than that we had a great time at this hotel and casino. The prices were great. We love taking weekend trips to Suncoast. The rooms are huge and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of great restaurants in the community all around. I went here with my mom for her birthday, and our first stop was to get her a new player's card. The line was short and the lady helping us was so sweet and full of joy! It was very refreshing and welcoming! They just remodeled a few areas and added new carpets and I have to say, I like them! The place is clean and very well maintained. For a casino, it's not very loud and its never cramped or too busy for someone to help you. We received complimentary drinks while we played slots for a few hours. It was overall very enjoyable! I just attended the third annual holiday party with my husband's workplace at Suncoast's Grand Ballroom. This hotel and casino is easy to find, parking is pretty ample and overall inside has a neat appearance. Navigating through the inside of the building is fairly straightforward, with things labelled overhead as you walk around. Inside has escalators, elevators and stairs as you'd expect nearly anywhere, but they're all in convenient locations. The staff is always presentable and friendly. The bathrooms are well-kept also easy to locate. The staff attending the party are friendly, the bartenders are always quick and their drinks are really good, no skimping on the booze. The food and waitstaff are excellent and the food is always excellent. I definitely recommend hosting events with Suncoast overall, it's a great experience.

Compare to the hotels on the strip, this hotel is really more casual and relaxing, also lots of entertainment. We also dined in the Italian restaurant and Du-Pars Restaurant for breakfast, both are satisfactory. Friendly staff. We stayed in a suite, decent size with view, room was also clean and stylish. A good place to just chill and play games.

Great room for a great price. Had an excellent view of the golf course and swimming pool area. Facilities were clean, as expected. The check in process was simple and straight forward. One of my favorite things about this room is that the bathtub and toilet have a separate wall and door from the sinks, allowing one user to use the sink while another uses the bathtub/toilet. Parking in the parking garage was very easy, we were always able to park on the first floor, near the casino entrance every single night without fail. The hotel elevators had a nice feel of security, with a guard manning the elevators, requiring a person to show a room key before being able to use the hotel elevators.

The rooms could use some updating, but overall I enjoy staying here. It is away from the husdle and bushel of the strip.

This hotel is a really good value especially because it is 4 * quality at a 3 or 2 star price. The rooms are very roomy. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the view of the golf course wonderful to wake up to especially with the canyon background. This locals hotel also has all the amenities you would expect for the type, bowling alley, movie theater, restaurants, pool, exercise room and others as you would expect from the same hotel down the road. For those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Strip, this is a nice escape and retreat. The refrigerator is much appreciated as a keeps the drinks cool. The restaurants selection is very strong. Overall, a great value for what you pay.

Older hotel that has been renovated. Really friendly reception desk staff. There were only 3 full size bath towels in a double queen room. I would think you would have a minimum 4 bath towels for a double queen room. Plus, the tub was draining really slowly.

The hotel has touches of nice amenities such as a spacious bathroom and large bedroom but then it has touches of motel-like quality such as an ironing board with a tethered iron to ensure you don't steal their 10 dollar iron and average mattress/pillow quality. I suppose it's simply a matter of you get what you pay for. The hotel is pretty inexpensive for what you get. Just don't expect 4 or 5 start qualities. The casino itself is pretty low key. The crowd seems to be on the older/retired side.

Sun coast is an off the strip casino. It caters to the senior crowd. It has not done much in upgrading itself. I like the bowling alley here better than Red Rock. The theater is also good. It could use a better smoke system, just not a fan of the smell. The rooms at the Suncoast are decent and a great value for our visitors. Just keep in mind everything else I mentioned.

I enjoyed a breakfast at DuPars, didn't use the casino although I found it to be very clean and a wide variety of games to play, will return for both DuPars and try my luck in the cadino

Rooms were bigger than I expected. We were able to easily fit our family of 6 in a room with double queen beds. Pool area is very nice. The pool itself is on the smaller side, but we were the only ones using it. The hotel also has a huge bowling alley and a movie theater, but we have yet to use these facilities. Overall we have had a good stay thus far.

The buffet has a good selection! I was surprised to find a decent IPA at the bar, but only one. On my way out I came across The Game, a small sports bar. The menu looked good and they have a great selection of beer. Will have to try next time!

Spent an evening @ Suncoast. The slots were HOT, and cocktails were offered in a timely manner. Glad I was able to move about the casino freely. Still wearing a mask..all slots open ..no space in-between required!

Seems like the poker machines I play are as tight as I've ever played. Boyd Gaming must be a little worried about another shutdown. Thinking I'll wait to return for awhile. Service was great! Nice to see some familiar people.

I have always loved having the Suncoast out here in the neighborhood with us. I always enjoy hours spent there bowling, watching movies, or checking out the casino floor. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. That is why when we have friends and family in town we always trust the Suncoast to treat them right. Thank Suncoast see you Tue July 27th my W. Espino and new son-in-law with our two grandsons we haven't seen since the beginning of the covid pandemic. I forgot Dupars such a quite and iconic meals at a reasonable price. 🏆

I just stayed there 5 days (Oct '18) and the whole experience was great. It is a tad off the strip and not the newest, swankiest but the staff is incredible. The nicest casino personnel in Las Vegas. They will learn and remember your name. Great, inexpensive food and drink. 5 stars all day.

Was heading to Rampart Casino and ended up at Suncoast. Was going out to gamble to try and come up, not just play for fun. Well that didn't go as planned. Losing aside, it is really a wonderful place. The cocktail server, cage cashier, and restroom porter were all smiling, helpful, polite, pleasant, and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Drinks came quick, slot attendant showed up before I had a chance to notice I had turned on the service light, and the restroom porter greeted me with a smile. Even a regular customer I played next to, was nice and helpful. The casino floor and restrooms were clean, and there are lots and lots of machines to choose from. If you have the chance, go see this casino, you'll not want to go back to the strip.

Clerks were very friendly and helpful. We weren't staying there, but a friend and I were in a tough situation, couldn't fit all our luggage in the car, and the bellhop desk was nice enough to let us leave some bags in their storage while we moved what we could. They were very understanding and far beyond nice. I felt so bad that all I could tip them.was a few measly dollars, but I am forever grateful and will never forget how good those people were that were working that night. Thank you so much 😎

A real locals kind of laid back casino. Slots have a better payout than the strip casinos. The breakfast buffet was great value for money and very tasty. Well worth a visit, especially if you want to experience something less frenetic than the Strip.

Rooms are nice enough. They need better ventilation. Although the hotel is non-smoking all I could smell in the hallways was smoke, and to some extent the rooms also. You are required to walk through the casino to get to the hotel rooms, and convention rooms. Seemingly non existent ventilation in the casino. Was there for a business convention and my eyes were bothered the whole time, one of my associates was coughing from the smoke.

I paid $45 for a steak that was like a frozen $10 steak from the supermarket. I sent it back and they brought out another steak that was half well done and half raw. Clearly frozen meat that I would consider to be less than Applebee's quality. Nowhere near $20+ food. The calamari I ordered for an appetizer was soggy and very chewy. I suspect it was frozen as well. -Since I can't respond to your response, I'll post this edit. I didn't have any issue with the service provided. I did have an issue with the quality of the product in your restaurant. The side dish and appetizer were mediocre at best and the $45 steak was absolutely horrible. Honestly, I've had better quality meat, preparation and presentation at shopping center chain restaurants. That aside, the piano player was great and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Modern and spacious rooms. Lots of activities (restaurants, bowling and movie theater), so good for families. The required resort fee doesn't actually provide any benefit considering the limited hours of the shuttle service and the atrocious wifi, hence the average rating.

Wasn't the best visit tonight. Met a friend there. I can't tell you how many out of order machines there were. My friend had to call tech twice on 2 different machines. The touch screen was so far off. Wasn't much Better after tech calibrated the machine either cocktail waitress not one came by probably one of the the worst visits I've had it Suncoast and I didn't even do anything but need a friend to gamble I didn't eat and do anything else cuz I usually have brunch there every Sunday but was not very happy with tonight's visit at all they better step up their game with red rock and Rampart right around the corners
