I highly recommend this facility! The staff were all really nice! Its very clean and has a nice ambiance to it. I felt very comfortable leaving my mom in their care. Her therapy team was the best and her nurses and nurse assistants were incredibly empathetic to my mom and my family. Our family even got to play bingo with mom! I'm so thankful for everything they did for us!

The nurses are absolutely amazing, the environment is as good as a fancy hotel, the food is restaurant level good. I'd give them 100 stars if I could. Not only is their customer service amazing but they're also accommodating and actually try their best to work with you. Would recommend 100%

Cannot praise the facility and outstanding staff enough. Received excellent care. The meals were delicious, varied and choices. From Nurses, aides, PT , administrators were excellent. I stayed three weeks. Very grateful for their care.

The facility is first class but what set it apart for us is the caring and kind staff. My 84 year old mother stayed here for 3 weeks after her surgery, and every person that interacted with her (and me) treated her with kindness and gentleness. Her physical therapist, Elina, especially stood out in her commitment to help my mother heal. We had a great experience and would highly recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received after suffering a broken neck. They took me from being a complete invalid to being able to walk and feed myself and all the things I needed to be able to return home and survive with my wife's help. All of the staff was invariably cheerful no matter how messy the job. This wonderful attitude extended all the way from the top to the bottom levels and I'm sure had much to do with the progress I was able to make. This is a first rate facility staffed with wonderful people and I would recommend it to anyone needing in patient physical and occupational therapy.

Very beautiful facility! Nursing staff and PT/OT staff were absolutely great and very kind to my 92 yr old mother after hip surgery. However!! Should you call Meredith, the director of physical therapy, be prepared to be rushed off the phone as she is 'too busy" to address any concerns you may have. This happened more than once. ZERO warm fuzzy /caring attitude to have the position she holds. At time of discharge, Melanie was the most helpful, kind and loving person to assist you and help meet your needs!! Overall, great facility. If not for Meredith, I would've given five stars.

A new friend told me about this place as I was looking for care and therapy after my knee replacement. So far I've been here a week and I've been happy with the staff and every thing they provide here. My physical therapist and occupational therapist are doing a great job. Living alone and not having anyone to care for me at home can be a scary thought when one is needing healthcare. I highly recommend this rehabilitation to anyone that is needing their service.

My father was there for 5 days, and this is the most amazing facility I have ever seen. As soon as he walked in, he was greeted with kindness and care. It continued throughout his stay. Anytime we had questions, they were answered, if he needed something, he received it almost immediately. As soon as you walked through the front door, you could tell everyone there cared about the patients. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs care. My father and family would like to thank everyone there!

After my mother's medical emergency Wesley Hospital released her to The Center at Waterfront. She was a patient at the rehab facility over 3 weeks. I was impressed by the facility, it's a lovely place. Though the staff are polite and courteous, some of the Nurses, CNA/CMA's need more supervision in terms of shift leader, Charge Nurse. In other words, there are too many people giving orders and not enough people to carry them out. 'I blame the facility managers - . Unfortunately they're just understaffed, please hire more people. Enough negativity, overall I highly recommend The Center at Waterfront. Personally, I think it's the best Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Facility in Wichita.

My father was a patient here for about 17 days after a fall. He can not speak highly enough of the staff here! He said they are all excellent and so caring. His therapists, Jacob, Kelly and Jenn were great! He said the nursing staff were all wonderful, he especially liked Angela and Shirley. Alisa, in charge of "activities" was very good. Jeanette, the social worker went out of her way to help us out as needed. The facility is very nice, even though we could not go in due to Covid. My father talked very highly of the food also! Said it did not taste like "hospital" food at all! I highly recommend the Center at the Waterfront!!

From the first minute our family member entered the facility, the time there was a great, healing, and professional experience. Every staff member no matter what their title or job description is always made sure the patient was a priority, no matter what time of day or shift. This is a top notch facility, in every aspect, and strongly recommend it !!

My sister had a stroke and was sent here for rehab. After we realized that she was not going to recover, she was put on hospice care. This facility worked seamlessly with the Good Shepherd hospice to provide Sherry with wonderful care. The facility is beautiful and the employees are caring and warm. I can't say enough about how well they handled a difficult time in our life.

My dad has been there since 12/3/2020 and absolutely loves it! He's doing very well with his therapy and really enjoys the therapists. He loves the food, and that's a big thing for him. Lizzie, a nurse on the 2nd floor, has gotten really high ratings from him, too. Very glad we chose The Center and thanks to Pam Owens, too.

Incredible therapists and nursing staff. Nurse patient ratio is best in Wichita. Clean facility with large patient rooms. No doubt a 5 STAR rehabilitation program!

From the moment that my father arrived at The Center at Waterfront, we were greeted by warm and friendly staff. Dr. Womack was generous with his time explaining my father's situation and how they would assist with his rehabilitation. The facility is top-notch and first class!!

I visit my grandma each morning. She talks about how kind the people are. Beautiful facility that feels more like a resort than a rehab place. But with more physical therapists :)
