Great facility for the care of our kids. Overbuilt for population but that is OK. They were great with all of my active and accident resulting children. Close parking, elevators, multiple floors of support and assistance.

This is the first time I used any of the CHKD Urgent Cares (Landstown ) I will be honest PT First is across the street from my house . I was concerned with the rash my son had, so felt we should see pediatrician. We got to the Urgent Care around 5:30 and were seen and on our way home by 6:20. Awesome staff from check in to nurse and Dr. Bob put my son at ease. You will definitely go back again and recommend this facility to friends and family. Thank you!

I will not deny I really like CHKD. Our family has had multiple opportunities to visit different buildings and the hospital in Norfolk and have received first class care for our children. This is the second building that CHKD has built in a decade at Landstown near the Sentara Hospital. The brick building is attractive with well placed signage that can easily be read from the nearby roads. The structure was built three years ago. A glass overhang has cool blue track lighting that is only visible at night. The overhang serves patients well during inclement weather. The parking lot is spacious with limited spaces up front and a plethora on both sides. The lot and walk up clean. There are many health related services offered. Urgent care is on the bottom, they have afternoon, evening hours. All other offices are open during the day. Orthopedics, Dermatology, Pulmonology, sports medicine PT, MRI and x-ray services too! The initial check-in is on the first floor, then your directed to a second check-in based on which floor your directed. My son had an appointment with Dr. Williams group in Dermatology. We have been patients of hers for years and recommend. On this visit we saw her PA May. All the staff from check-in to assistants were great! The exam room was clean and still had a new, fresh feel with the building being only a few years old. They take cleanliness seriously as hand sanitizer stations are ever where. I would recommend Dr. Williams and CHKD. She has offices in Virginia Beach and Norfolk.

Our daughters have always received great urgent care here but the new hours are terrible. What is the point of having urgent care THE SAME HOURS AS NORMAL PEDS OFFICE?

Ok folks, we took our son to the CHKD Health Center (NOT URGENT CARE) at Landstown to track down the best phlebotomist. I called all around town and more than a few people recommended this phlebotomist named Sandra. I started to give her his history and told her we were told he has "non-existent veins" and he's always had to be poked in both arms to try and find the best source. She cocked her eyebrow and asked, "is that what the fools said AFTER they couldn't get it?" hahaha. She was wonderful! My son was punching, screaming, kicking, etc and zip, zip, zip, she had him stuck and drained in no time. He didn't even know the needle was in his arm. I had to give her a big hug and kiss before we left. Thanks Sandra!

All my kids go to the chkd buildings and they're the ones that get it done and get it done right. This one is very friendly, they all are. I've been here quite a few times. Definitely recommend all

This CHKD location is in an easy location to get to either via Dam Neck Road or Princess Ann. The place has good parking, spacious and with good lighting. Since the building is new everything this is in excellent condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend this CHKD place
