I have been a patient of Arthritis Consultants of Tidewater for almost 10 years. I have always had an incredible experience from the front office staff, the lab staff and every doctor I have seen. I recently saw Dr.Sally Clark and she was fantastic took the time to listen to everything I had going on. I highly recommend her. My heart lies with the infusion staff here though. They are caring and considerate. Nick and Mailee are phenomenal at their jobs. Infusion therapy can be overwhelming but they always make me feel like I'm at home while receiving treatment. They are a true asset to the practice. I'm grateful to be a patient of this team.

We were so lucky to have found Dr. Keck to care for my mother’s rheumatoid arthritis! We spent months trying to find a provider who was accepting new patients. Dr. Keck suggested a new treatment plan for my mother’s RA and her joints have never felt better! She and her staff are the kindest and most professional in Virginia Beach!

We saw Dr. Cannon for years and then had to leave the area. We moved back and contacted the office about becoming a patient again. They went out of their way to get us on the schedule and Dr. Cannon is as fantastic as ever. Kind and very thorough. If you need a doctor, I wouldnt recommend any one over him!

Difficult to get answers from front desk. They automatically put you through to infusion room ( I have infusion annually.they take 24 hrs to call you back. Dr Keck pleasant. I had to go to my PCP to get RX for arthritis pain in fingers knees hips. I ONLY get infusion there. Told me when got first infusion some.people only need it every other yesr. Guess I am not.one of these people today the 18th October trying to get prednisone as 3 days to see Dr. KECK. DIFFICULT for pharmacy to get office to do this. Warned never stop abruptly but no pills Prednisone NEEDS REFILS CONTINUALLY. But seimpossible to have these dangerous pills. Told will be on them for months. They need to be available at CVS continually. Cvs wrote office again today. Had to pay last time 25 days ago Getting bad Alexandra Robinson I am Having breast surgery January 25th. This is after 3 trs wait from my insurance. This is getting done. Have to be down to 5 MG prednisone by first week January. Need this done. This 30 MG daily got to be stopped. Can't seem to get help on this. .sure would like cooperation done on this now.

My husband and I both go to this office for many years..Dr. Cannon is a wonderful doctor and has given me wonderful advice, concerning my health condition. I recently started getting my infusion. Nurse Nick and other nurses are very good taking care of their patients. My infusion last for 2 hours and you meet other friendly patients..I'm very grateful to God for having wonderful doctors 🙏 💕

I have been a patient here at Arthritis Consultants for several years. I have always found the entire staff very friendly, helpful and professional. My most recent visit was 5/25/2022 ...my nurse was Charity Watts...she was welcoming and pleasant and we both had a good laugh about the blood pressure monitor which didn't work on me and she had to get a different one!!! I was seen by NP Sally Clark to start a new medication which she explained in depth to me... Which I greatly appreciated! She took her time with me ...no rushing!! You guys are great...thank you!
