Dr. Frank holds himself and his entire office to the highest standards to truly take care of patients in every way. If Nordstrom were a doctor, that would be Dr. Frank and his staff. He has been especially helpful and responsive when I've had unusual symptoms to ease my fears and get me in to be seen by the right specialist quickly. His network of specialists that he refers his patients to is bar none. Nothing like my experiences with other primary care doctors who just refer me to a general department without even knowing the doctors in that practice.
I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Frank to any of my family, friends and co-workers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank's for about 10 years. As a busy finance professional, I value the ease of making appointments as well as the attention given by Dr. Frank to my medical needs during those appointments. I never feel rushed and there is always adequate time to go over questions or concerns I might have. Dr. Frank is very personable and has a great bedside manner. He is also very responsive by email. Dr. Frank's staff are very courteous and professional. The office is in a convenient location with validated parking in the building. Additionally, as a female patient, I love the fact that I can have one of the female medical staff members perform my annual pap test at the same time as my regular annual physical.

I truly believe that Dr. Frank and his team at MedNorthwest represent some of the finest healthcare providers in the Puget Sound area. I am continually impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency. Dr. Frank's true strength as a physician is diagnosing and treating complex conditions by coordinating treatment with specialists and acting as an advocate for his patients. In particular, I appreciate how meticulous he is about following up on any ongoing health issues. For example, following my foot surgery this past year, Dr. Frank touched base at least once a week to ensure that I was getting the care I needed during my recovery. He can also perform minor operations and annual physicals in his office, which is incredibly convenient.
In addition, the MedNorthwest team is always patient-focused, respectful of your time, and highly responsive. The turnaround time for making an appointment and seeing Dr. Frank; responses to health questions and billing inquiries; and submission of RX refill requests on the patient's behalf is less than 24 hours. The MedNorthwest offices are quiet, clean, and, most importantly, have free snacks and beverages!! The staff can also validate your parking in the building to help with transportation costs.
Bottom line, in a world where navigating the health care landscape can be challenging, incredibly time-consuming, and confusing, I am so grateful to have found Dr. Frank and his team to handle my primary care needs!

I really couldn't be happier with Dr. Frank and his staff. I'm very impressed with how available everyone is. My emails are always promptly answered and anytime I call the office everyone is just so nice and helpful! Most importantly, and the reason I stay with Dr. Frank, is that he really gets involved with my health issues. He's so easy to talk to and it's reassuring to know I have him looking out for me. I had an annual physical the other day and it was very relaxed with plenty of time to discuss all of my concerns. I enjoy every visit with Dr. Frank and his staff and I'm very happy to be one of his patients.

Signing up for Dr. Dan's practice is the best thing I've done for my health. He and his office staff have been spectacularly accommodating, professional and highly skilled. The added benefit is that I tend to put important medical issues off and his practice is like a second mom. They keep encouraging me to take action. I'm a fan! You'll be a fan too. Sign up!

Dr. Frank has been my primary care physician for seven years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough as a diagnostician of both simple and complex matters, as a treatment provider, and as a short term wise-guide when life goes temporarily askew.
Dr. Frank is a bona fide, true scientist, with solid knowledge of medicine, and a questioning, self-critical and razor sharp mind. His questions go straight to the point as he has engaged me time and time again on dis-entangling puzzles and interaction effects. What I really value here is his complete transparency about the state-of-the-science and where it veers to art, all done with unmistakable respect for his patients as living, functional people engaged in complex lives and unique bodies. He clearly and concisely discusses diagnostic probabilities and treatment options, leading with data, not belief or the latest brochure from the Big Pharma rep.
Dr. Frank always advocates for his patients, even when it requires going cross-wise with other medical professionals. When a sudden asthma attack took me to an emergency room and I was wary of a very invasive procedure, I insisted on his second opinion. He had a wizened colleague specialist at my bedside within the hour. The invasive procedure was neither done nor necessary.
I am trained in the health sciences, but chose to leave that field to go into computer science. Still, I have known many, many physicians. I am happy to say that Dr. Frank ranks at the top of these. I trust him with my life with no reservations whatsoever, from minor to major illnesses. He prefers conservative treatments, but is not shy of more aggressive options when the illness warrants and the patient is fully informed.
The MedNorwest Clinic is bright, clean, hospitable. The staff are amazing, knowing your name as if they had pictures, very friendly, and highly skilled. Either the staff or Dr. Frank return emails within the hour, at least by end of day. Appointments are quickly obtained and waiting has been very rare for me. Parking is in an attached garage and is validated to no charge.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for about 9 years. Then being in my mid 40's I felt it was important to find and work closely with a doctor to establish certain health benchmarks that could be used as a reference point as I age. I wanted to be proactive in managing my healthcare and was looking for "quarterback" and advocate to help me navigate through whatever health issues might arise as I age. As important, I wanted a physician that had the time available in his schedule to make my health a priority. Dr. Frank has exceeded my expectations and delivered exceptional service every time I have needed it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank for more than 10 years. Yes, I have become a little spoiled but frankly my health is very important. With Dan, I get quick responses to questions, same day appointments and as much time as I need with him during visits. I've never felt rushed or that my questions and concerns were unimportant. This is the place to go if you want a more meaningful health care experience.

I have the distinct pleasure of working with Dr. Dan Frank since he opened MedNorthwest. During this time, I have found his office staff to be extremely courteous and kind, always treating me like family.
Dan is a master of his craft with knowledge and advice that far exceeds that which you normally find from a doctor. His knowledge and expertise is evident the moment you start talking with him. His 'bedside manner' is impeccable. His skillset is unparalleled.
Several years ago I was hit in the mouth with a softball. In lieu of going to the Emergency Room, I went to visit Dr. Dan. Dan's former experience as a ER Doctor kicked in, and he proceeded to stich my mouth with over 20 stitches, in a manner that was every bit a cosmetic surgeon.
I have visited and called Dr. Dan with a preconception of my diagnosis on many an occasion. His ability to listen, understand and then properly diagnose me is uncanny.
Further, he has referred me a vast number of specialists throughout the years, and I have found each of those referrals to be on point and perfect for what I needed at the time.
I am enthusiastically recommending Dr. Dan Frank. If you are looking for a new doctor, or looking for a better doctor, I would highly suggest you reach out to MedNorthwest to have a conversation with Dr. Dan.

Now in my fifth year with Dr. Frank I hope it turns out that MedNorthwest is a prototype for a future in which personalized medicine in the US becomes ubiquitous. On the front end, a MedNorthwest patient's issues, questions and concerns are attended to in real time. On the back end, referrals to specialists (should they be required) and matters of insurance and billing are all handled seamlessly. I can't imagine a better way to help people stay healthy and treat them when they're ill.
