I’ve just started seeing Dr. Monroy. She was amazing and I will continue to come here to see her. She genuinely listened to my health concerns and offered solutions I was comfort able with. Sadly, this is rare among medical professionals. The office staff was great too, very earnest and friendly as well.

I was sceptical to go to this place because of the reviews about rude staff and gross waiting rooms. My mom recommend it because I have lower income and they have a sliding scale. I am happy I came to this place and gave it a shot! First of all, I have not idea what people are talking about with the staff. They have never been anything except friendly and courteous. The front desk people call me by name, plus they are bilingual which helps a lot of people who are still learning English and dont have a firm grasp, yet. Dr. Monroy is amazing doctor who really cares and takes the time to listen to you! Not a lot of places have that going for them anymore.

My initial experience here was great without insurance, but then the dr who was seeing me moved on to bigger and better things. I was given a nurse practitioner guy who was pompous and self-aggrandizing in his demeanor. He acted like he was better than everyone. He even denied my request for papers to be sent for ADA, which I had been approved for through the Dr before and about a year or so ago. Getting them to send documents and commit to have things done in the time frames they say is a complete joke. Steer clear of this office. I've never had a worse experience in my life. They do not care about their customers.

These guys provide a very valuable service: health care for people without insurance. They're not perfect and there is some things I could complain about my experiences there but because of how possible they make it for my family and me to get treatment it doesn't really matter. Thank you all, keep up the good work!

Darrin Tuckett, FNP is a very caring physician. He takes the time to listen and engage. I'm very impressed with the entire staff. I'm always greeted with a courteous smile from the front desk. His assistant is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable.

I have been coming here for just over a year. The doctors and staff are nice Dr Monroy is very good. She is knowledgable and easy to talk to. I'm glad I made this change and started coming here. I would recommend this clinic to friends and family.

Regardless of other factors, Midtown Clinics provide among the best educated and talented physicians and physician assistants to be found in Utah. I have been a patient at two of their clinics for over three years now. As a cancer survivor I can assure you their medical care provides the ounce of attention worth (more than) a pound of cure. I love Dr Monroy and the care I have been given at midtown . I never have to wait . They always listen to you about your health and they take whatever time I need for questions to be asked. They are awesome here . That's why I drive from Ogden every time.

I've read several of the reviews and wonder if the people writing them were the real issue, I've been coming to this location for a year now rather then drive to Ogden although I do use the Ogden facilities for their drug store since my meds are charged on a scale basis.. I've been to all their clinics for the last 5 years and I have to give the South Salt Lake location 5 plus Stars but they deserve a 10 and 5 to the one at the school in Ogden and a 4 to the main clinic on Adams Street in Ogden not because of the people who work their or its cleanliness but for 2 issues I experienced their but all in all a good clinic as well. 5 stars to their dental clinic located at their main clinic in Ogden and 5 to their pharmacy in Ogden as well. People should feel very lucky to have these clinics available to them...there affordable and make it possible for people with no insurance to be seen by a real physician and the staff are all fabulous..if your not happy with going to a clinic that's always been very clean in all my 5 years of being seen then take your business elsewhere because theirs a reason your going to a clinic and not seeing a physician who runs a private practice who's fee's are outrageous and if you can't pay they dont see you nor do they cater to your medical issies with their strict policies and rules not to mention the cost of each visit I worked in private practice'sand it didn't matter to some offices if the patients where longterm once they lost their insurance coverage "Oh Well" if they couldn't pay there was no doctor to be seen any longer... they tell them to go to the University hospital where you really have long waits and nurses who don't care....5 stars for this location but they deserve a 10....!!!!

I have a hard time with anyone who gives this clinic a 1 star because they are so good here . I drive from Ogden to see Dr monroy . I never have to wait and everyone here is very kind and helpful.

best place every to get checked. with insurance or without, great staffing. Doctor Dan is very knowledge and great to work with. I referred many people there and they were happy as well.
