Towne Center Foot and Ankle is amazing. Each and every member of the team went above and beyond their duty concerning my foot care. I strongly recommend Dr. Trent Lott. He is the first podiatrist to answer my questions. He is extremely educated and informed about current treatments. He is kind and listens. He and his team gave me personalized care tailored to meet my needs. This is extremely rare today in the medical world. I highly recommend Dr. Lott and the Towne Center team for any foot care concerns.

Dr. Jones and Dr. Mozena are just the most AMAZING foot doctors ever. I have been seeing them for years and years and they take the best care of my feet. I was a ballet dancer and have had many surgeries to correct the damage I did to my feet and I am pain free and my feet are beautiful and functional today. I love this place!! I adore the staff as well!

Dr Mozena did my "ingrown" toenail surgery after careful diagnosis and patient, thorough explanation. On my decision, did the procedure immediately. Virtually painless! He and entire staff were kind, helpful, and professional.

Town Center Foot Clinic is a wonderful place if you are looking for a podiatrist. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The office and exam rooms are very clean and each has a theme. I enjoy looking at all the memorabilia in the office and exam rooms. I saw Dr Jones and he not only helped with what I went in for but advised on other things I could do to assist myself in better foot care. I highly recommend Town Center Foot Clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mozena's since 2006 when he performed a bunion surgery on my right foot. The surgery was a success but I began to have the same problem on my left foot..Through careful preventative methods and care, I've been able to avoid the same surgery on my left foot. His staff is always friendly and ready to aide you any way they can. My visits every 4-6 months for checkups have been easy to schedule and carry out. I've been very pleased with the Town Center Foot Clinic.

The professional at the Town Center Foot Clinic are amazing! I am always greeted cordially by name and the wait time is less than 10 minutes. Both doctors are extremely knowledgeable. They ask the correct questions and find subtle ways to evaluate needs. Oftentimes, they are able to make an initial treatment on the first visit. If subsequent visits are required, patients have many choices. Be assured you will be heard and these doctors have answers. Prices are quite reasonable; they accept most insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs are minimal. I couldn't be more pleased with the services I have received and the experiences at the Town Center Foot Clinic. I gladly give them 5+ stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Dr. Jones was wonderful and made me feel secure with the upcoming surgery. He calmed my daughters fear and answered all of our questions. Me being 78 year old and really never going under sedation it was truly wonderful to feel safe. During the recovery it was always made clear by Dr. Jones and Dr. Mozena exactly what I could expect and what I could do or not do. They were both wonderful and I highly recommend them for any foot surgery.

I came to see Dr. Mozena and Dr. Jones with severe pain in both feet. They quickly diagnosed my bunions and hammer toes and recommended surgery. They kept me comfortable in the meantime with cortisone shots. They explained everything along the way and are both very caring and comfortable. I wish I had come to them sooner than I did.

The whole team there is AWESOME. I was a new patient. I had a consult, saw a doctor, was given several options as it related to my left big toe, after I made my choice they preformed the procedure on the spot. I was amazed because they could have made me schedule the treatment at an other time and then charged me an additional office visit. BUT THEY DIDN'T. I had two more follow up appointments, all were covered under the original treatment cost. I would very highly recommend seeing this team for all your foot needs. They were also very willing to set up a payment plan.

I have had two bunions, several ingrown toenails, and various other foot issues over the past ten years dealt with by Dr Mozena. The staff of the Town Center Foot clinic is fantastic. They are friendly, you can get in quickly, they explain anything you want to hear about... I mean, really, these are FEET we're talking about! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Now, at 9 months since bunionectomy, the repaired foot is able to do most activities like hiking or mountain biking on single track trails. The foot is stable and mostly without pain, but it’s been a gradual process to recover this functionality. Thanks to Dr. Mozena and Dr. Jones for an efficient and effective surgical experience. You guys and your team are champs.

This clinic is amazing!!! Not only do they listen but they really hear you. I can guarantee everytime I visit I am educated so I can understand the what,how and why about my feet. They then come up with a plan that includes you!!! Even being seen by other podiatrist(only because my PCP referred me elsewhere) I always leave them angry and out of money but I return home to Town Center Foot Clinic. Where I am reminded that this is the only place that can treat me!! If your looking for honest, extremely caring and very knowledgeable podiatrists....this is the only place to come!!

Excellent care and amazing results! Dr Mozena did not give up on my dual foot pain and took me from immobility to active and even daily walks for enjoyment. My mistake was trying everything else before going to Town Center. Both Doc's sincerely care and the staff is no exception. I no longer plan activities around what my feet can or cant handle. Bottom Line Up Front (BLUF): The Town Center Foot Clinic came highly recommended by a friend in the medical community. The Town Center Foot Clinic staff performed better than advertised. My interaction with the Town Center Foot Clinic team is one of the best professional experiences I have ever had! Background: I'd like to thank Christin for scheduling my appointment in relatively short order. I spoke with Christin on 1 Oct to schedule an appointment with Dr. Smith. On 2 Oct, I met with Dr. Smith to discuss my painfully nagging foot injury. On 2 Oct, upon entry into the Town Center Foot Clinic I was warmly greeted at the reception station by Megan and Christin. Megan and Christin navigated me through the new patient medical office check-in process and assisted with the clinical questionnaire. Megan and Christin professionalism and politeness made me feel welcomed. From that point Amy greeted me with a smile then escorted me into the patient wait room where she provided helpful insight on the latest digital blood pressure devices. Amy took my vitals and wrote detailed laden notes about my foot injury. Amy's ability to paint a precise word picture of the podiatry diagnostic process eased my anxieties. I required X-rays to ensure appropriate medical care. Tom walked me through the X-ray process which ensured proper alignment during the X-rays. Tom's guidance helped produce the perfect X-ray every time. The next step in the process is a discussion with the Podiatrists Dr. Smith and Dr. Mozena. Dr. Mozena stopped by and introduced himself then provided background on the organization's history and ethos. Dr. Smith interviewed me and performed a physical examination of my foot. Dr. Mozena and Dr. Smith reviewed my X-Ray then Dr. Smith made his diagnosis and provide recommendations on progressive treatment. Within 48 hours of the initial treatment there was a 92% improvement in the troubled area. 96 hours after initial treatment I had zero pain in the previously injured foot. Dr. Mozena and Dr. Smith are very knowledgeable, personable and care about the patient's wellbeing. I really appreciate Town Center Foot Clinic streamlining the patient care process. My entire visit took approximately 30 minutes; I no longer have any foot pain - mission accomplished! If you ever have any podiatry needs contact the Town Center Foot Clinic; my BLUF is a testament of the Town Center Foot Clinic's performance. Life Changing. That is really the only way to describe it. After several years of foot pain, it had reached a point where I felt like somebody was hitting my left heel with a ball-peen hammer with every single step after any run. A limp was my norm, and that was on the days I could actually walk. I just felt that I never would fully heal after an obstacle course race. And after a half-marathon in October, the pain in that heel refused to go away. Then I was referred here and met Dr. Jones. The DAY AFTER our appointment and just using the temporary insert, I woke to ZERO pain. I even tried to jump up and down to trigger it. Nothing! I will be running the Spartan Trifecta this year, and it is solely because of Dr. Jones and company that I will be able to do so and not need crutches or a cane for weeks or months after. Who knew? Now I feel silly for waiting so long.
