With Landmark Health I had experience with a R.N. Nurse that have visit with me every three months. She and I review my medications, Doctors visits , take my blood pressure and listen to my heart. A dietation calls reguarly and we talk about my diet and weight and exercise and another person calls who helps with ordering medications and help review my exercises. They are GREAT!

I called Landmark when I had a question about my husband’s health. After discussing, Landmark sent out a nurse within half an hour. She took vitals and connected us with a professional that adjusted his medication. If we didn’t have Landmark my husband would have ended up in the hospital. Thank you to all who work for Landmark.

My experience with Jordan has been very good and helpful. I feel real comfortable talking and sharing my medical needs with her. She also follows up with my doctors and keeps track of all my appointments. Jordan answers any questions I have and if she doesn't know, she will look it up or calls and asks for that information. Or if that doesn't work she will find another avenue for it. I have enjoyed my time with Jordan so far and look forward to the next visit. Keep up the good work Jordan. See you next month.

My mother is 86 and she has a doctor come to assess her health every year. They check her vitals, check for fall risks in the home, make sure her mental, physical, social, and environmental needs are met. These doctors are kind and compassionate. My mother can't say enough nice things about these doctors that come from Landmark Health. I give them five stars because my mother speaks so highly of them.

Dr. Lowe came to me when I was having a hard time on a Sunday evening and diagnosed me with pneumonia. He immediately ordered antibiotics and cough syrup and I am almost 95 percent better.
