I was looking for a place with an infrared sauna that didn't require a membership. I found bwellhealth center and had my first visit today. It was easy to find and park. I felt welcome and the instructions were clear. I felt comfortable and the sauna itself was just what I needed. It felt so good to absorb the warmth. I will be back!

I have not yet used the chiropractic services, but I love Bwell Health because it is one of the few infared sauna locations in Maine! I don’t want to list all the benefits of Infared sauna here because then all the booking slots will be too full for me to get in 🤣! It makes you feel pampered and additionally there is a lot of science in favor of infared sauna.

Great care- my husband and I have apts. one after the other. While he’s with Dr. B. I sit in the sauna… great relaxation. When My turn for my apt. he gets his sauna . I also love the office space.

Dr. B is great. I went to see him after more than a decade without chiropractic care. I was having severe pain in my leg. Using chiropractic, accupunture and electric muscle stimulus, I was pain free after a couple of visits. I continue to see Dr B. regularly to keep my body working properly, I highly recommend Dr B.
