Dr. Lewis was the most wonderful doctor I have ever been to see. I was referred by a friend and saw him for a new patient visit. What I liked most was that he really listened to me and seemed genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. And I did not feel rushed in any way. What a refreshing experience! I was so sad to hear he was no longer going to be seeing patients. Apparently he is now going to be overseeing all the Village Medicals as director. Good for him, sad for me, who had finally found a doctor I liked and respected, only to get to see him just once.

NP Sharon is great, very responsive and follows up quickly. This would be a 5-star review if not for the mess with the blood draw. I was told that they never knew if the phlebotomist is going to show up or not. I had to cancel my appointment with Sharon because the phlebotomist didn't show up today.

I've been saying Dr Kent Lewis for many years now. He got like a promotion so I'm mainly seeing Dr Swanson and I'm happy with him being a physician as well. I find everyone there very kind and sincerely caring. They even have a portal on site for us to talk to them in between our appointments and get things like referrals and renewed prescriptions. That portal will even makes it so I can see my own test results. Glad they're there and I hope anybody else that comes in feels taken care of as well.

I have not been here for a few years because of their phone system meltdown. I Don't care how good the doctor is but if I have to call multiple times and spend half an hour on hold to be told "mailbox full, call back later" then it's an indication that I don't matter. No excuses of "busy" when you go instead to personally make an appointment or just leave a message that no one at the front is too busy. Fix the phones. Simple. I was satisfied with them until the phone issue and getting too busy to act responsibly. They have taken over my doctors practice and now they have only one Hatfield doctor. I am updating as the past few times phone service issues have been resolved. Many changes. My insurance network changed so I'm back. And they took over my doctor's practice. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

THE DOCTOR I VISIT AT HATFIELD MEDICAL GROUP ON GREENFIELD IN MESA IS EXCELLENT. The one issue I've had multiple times is the ineptness of the check-in staff. I recently showed up for an appointment, good to go with the appointment card in hand, and was told that I had been contacted that the appointment was rescheduled. If so, I didn't receive the reschedule call. I was asked to wait an hour past my scheduled time (saying that this was my new appointment time) so I requested a new appointment. It was difficult at best just trying to get a new appointment. Again, I can't say enough GREAT THINGS about my doctor.

I have been a patient of DR Lewis for many years. When I worked too far away to drive to the Red Mountain office then I would go to the Chandler office of Hatfield Family Medicine. Like all businesses things change over time. In my personal opinion they have changed for the better and have greatly improved from a customer service platform. I get frequent text messages when they have available appointments, I get messages around each of the holidays and I also get e-mail from them with important information. The patient portal is an awesome way to keep track of my historical visits and the results of each test ran as well as results of doctor notes for each visit. In our busy world this type of at your fingertips information is invaluable. Sometimes I may have to wait a few days to see DR Lewis but that is normal for any busy physicians office. If I need to be seen for something that the nurse practitioner can handle then I will make an appointment for them. If it is something that requires DR Lewis' then I make an appointment for him. I am very pleased with all the positive changes they have made at the Red Mountain office, especially the level of customer service provided. I am always treated with respect and kindness from all of the staff. My medical needs are met with a smile from everyone at the office. I will continue to be a long term patient who is very pleased with the practice,

I had stopped going for a good while . but you guys were constantly sending me things like have a great Memorial Day Jose , Happy Birthday Jose , I hope you're having a great day today Jose, and it caused me to decide to go back. and you really are a compassionate and caring doctor's office thank you so much! I was able to meet dr. Lewis for the very first time on my most recent doctor appointment this August 2021. And was very pleased with the caring and compassionate and professional way that he has with his patients. He really listened to me even though I tend to talk a lot LOL and go off sometimes in different directions. Because of some kind of disability that makes me do that. My girlfriend just calls it yammering LOL. Anyways I really love you guys! Since I have started going back to your office and now being able to see dr. NEWEST POST - JANUARY, 10TH, 2022 I just wanted to take a moment and let everybody know who might be looking for a new doctor that doctor Lewis at Hatfield medical and his entire staff is amazing!! They are always so kind and take the time to listen which is rare these days! Anyways I had called 2 cancel my appointment for that day because I wasn't feeling well enough to make it to the doctor's appointment. And the front desk lady really took the time to listen to me cuz I do tend to go on and on LOL it's just some kind of medical condition? Anyways she took notes while I was talking and told me that I didn't have to cancel my appointment that doctor Lewis would still see me through a Tali visit call. At the same time so I did not miss my appointment and we were able to talk over the phone which made me so very happy!! Anyways these guys are the greatest I am always so happy that I have such a great doctor and such a great staff that works there. So if you happen to be looking for a new doctor for your primary care needs and might be unhappy with the one you are seeing now. You might really want to check them out they really do care about their patients. And I was able to go over everything with him and get everything taken care of right over the phone! And they are quick to take care of any issues that I might have!! So anyways I just wanted to say thanks again on my newest appointment for this year it was a follow-up appointment and dr. Lewis listened to me and took care of all of the issues that I was having he really is a great doctor I'm glad he's my doctor!

December Visit: Visit with Dr. Lewis went well as usual. He was happy with results I have had in losing weight. Refilled meds, and will have blood work done Monday after fasting. I have been totally happy with decision I made to start seeing Dr. Lewis! July visit: This is my fourth appointment with Dr Lewis. After being on medication that Dr. Lewis had recently put me on a week ago I did a blood test to check and see how things were going. I got the results through a phone call, was pleased. But I also made an appointment to talk to him face-to-face because I had some other paperwork that I needed to have him sign. I had plenty of time to get my questions answered and go over the results. Not only was I happy to hear it but he was very pleased at the effort that I had put into changing the numbers of my cholesterol! I have to say it has been quite a few years since I have had a doctor that is sincere, doesn't rush appt, and really hears my concerns about health issues. I've never had an issue with anyone being kind or pleasent when I arrive for appt. May visit: This was my third appointment with Doctor Lewis. I have some medical issues and so he went over the plan with me and how to proceed from this point on. I had a lot of questions about the medication I was going to be taking and he explained everything . He took his time answering all my questions and concerns, Dr Lewis was great. I am confident in the plan he is set up for me and how closely they will monitor me after I start taking this new medication. February visit: Dr T Lewis is now my new primary doctor. They don't rush you, and listen to all your concerns. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! June 2021 visit: Dr. Lewis is my primary and I am so glad I changed over 2 years ago. I never have to worry about my chart getting lost. Doctor Lewis always answers on my questions that I have. And he is very patient. March 22, 2022 I haven't been in to see Dr. Lewis for many things this past year. But it was time for my blood work to be done again. I've been pretty healthy except for a sinus infection. Never got those shots and never got sick either. Dr. Lewis and I talked about how well I have been doing with losing weight, my recent ear pain after sinus infection. As usual, he was in no hurry, answered all my questions.

I've been going to Hatfield Family Medicine for about eight to ten years I guess. I really like my doctor there, Dr. Talmage Lewis (I think he actually goes by Kent). They are very personal and friendly. They lost their way for a while when they sold out to a huge medical company. They lost personal touch and lost a lot of the employees that I knew and liked. But then they soon took back control of the office and made it personal again. I'm glad I stayed. Dr Lewis is awesome and actually listens and doesn't just rush you in and out.

Dr Lewis is an Outstanding Doctor, who listens and cares about your health. The Admin office leaves a lot to be desired. I have had to call them after my visit with Dr Lewis more than once to either correct my referrals or prescription. Hopefully this gets better. Since this review, it has gotten BETTER. I have gone back and forth trying to get E Scripts to send me medication prescribed by Dr Lewis. The ladies in the office have done an outstanding job in working this out and communicating with me on the progress. Thanks.

I have been coming to this practice for a few years now. I was originally seen by Rachel and she has left the practiss and I see Daniel now. The care that I Receive from both providers has been above my expectations. The medical assistants are always available to help with questions or concerns. They always get back with me within 24 hours. All of my referrals have been processed correctly. And all of my refills have been processed correctly and in a timely manner. This Sonora quest lab that's inside the building the phlebotomist is amazing. And I always get my lab results in a timely manner. I am very happy with this practice.

I have been trying to find a PCP for a while now and I have had a few bad experiences so I keep looking for a place that makes me feel comfortable. Been going to this Hatfield location for years now. I always see Shanoor Khan who I couldn't begin to say enough good things about, Her ability of care is concise, very personal, and gives me confidence because she is confident, and the support I get, well it is priceless especially for those of us struggling more than not. It is usually no extra stress to go see my med personnel here, they do all they can to not waste my time and help me get assistance for the issue I have, and they help till the issue is at the very least manageable..The office staff has always been more than professional and kind. Calling in to get an appointment is so easy as well and not the only choice you have for making the appointment, you can do that online now also. Honestly it is so refreshing to feel like my Medical Team is part of the Me team.

Dr David Hatfield is on TV promoting the Medicare Preventative care. I’m not on Medicare, but I want give Hatfields medical care a thank you. I go to the Red Mountain office. I want too give the office people and my medical professional Kudos. I have been able to get an appointment within a day or two. If necessary, I have been able to get a same day appointment if necessary. I’ve been treated with respect and the staff actually knows my name. The lab tech is easy to talk to. Lab sticks are with minimal discomfort in. Yay I refer my friends and family to Hatfields Red Mountain clinic.

A previous visit, I went with no appointment, but needed to be seen, so his assistant Kai took good care of me and before I made it back to work, he had sent a prescription to the pharmacy and I was able to get it on way to work. Hatfield Medical Group is a friendly family. Always ready to help you. Dr. Lewis has been our family doctor for almost 20 years. I can remember when my son was 6 and had to get a wart removed. Dr. Lewis made the unpleasant task of freezing off the wart into a dry ice magical moment. My son was so excited about the dry ice disappearing that, he didn’t feel a thing. I have been with Dr. Lewis & team for 8 years. The office staff is easy to work with as well the as the medical staff. If I call and leave a message for medication refills, to speak with medical staff, to receive test results etc., I usually receive a call or meds called into my pharmacy the same day and no later than the next day. Everyone in the office is friendly & courteous. I have to say they have worked extremely well with me during the COVID-19 pandemic. I am immunocompromised due to having Crohn's disease as well as taking biologics & immunosuppressants to treat the disease. They did not make me come into the office even prior to having Tele-Health available and they are continuing to allow me to use Tele-Health services to this day. I have never had an issue receiving any type of care, even things I have asked for myself. I would highly recommend Dr. Lewis & medical staff for your primary care needs. Daniel Ramos PA-C is the provider I see on a regular basis and he is awesome. He is very caring and understanding. He works very well with regards to my autoimmune condition all other medical conditions. He works very well with the 8 other doctors I have to see related to my Crohn's disease and other medical conditions caused by that disease. STAFF FRIENDLY, SAME DAY APPTS, CALL BACKS SAME DAY OR NO LATER THAN THE NEXT DAY, WORKS WELL WITH PATIENT & OTHER PHYSICIANS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent family medicine and health care facility. I credit Dr. Kent Hatfield's (My original primary physician when I first visited Red Mountain-Hatfield Center, back in January 2010) medical care, astute observations, timely decisions and subsequent referrals with saving my life. Here I am.. almost ten years later, still breathing and kicking. Dr Kent Lewis (Current director of Red Mountain-Hatfield) is a more than worthy successor to Dr. Hatfield.. He has treated me for many years and I feel most comfortable and secure with him in his role as my primary physician. The staff refects his level of excellence and dedication.. they are always professional, polite, and reassuring.

I can't believe the phone calls he personally made and the information he gathered ...my health insurance really let me down and put me in a really bad spot, but DR Lewis walked beside me, took over after I had given up trying, and helped me make it without any hesitation. I am NOT able to contact his office and MUST use a call center but that is Hatfield's fault...DR Lewis' staff is very caring and great to deal with..

Everyone at this practice is amazing and wonderful. Dr. Khan is so comforting and understanding. The ONE THING that is kind of upsetting is that I have tried calling about a problem with my prescriptions multiple times and 1) there's no clear option for me to click on in the phone menu. I'm not a medical provider, and I'm not trying to make an appointment, but I just am trying to respond to their message, and 2) I am waiting for over twenty minutes to only be directed to a voicemail that is full.

Dr. Lewis at the Brown and Power location in Mesa is one of the best doctors I've ever seen. He listens to you and does his best to help in anyway whether it be to send you to a specialist or treat you himself. I would recommend him to anybody. The office staff is very nice and helpful. If you have mental health issues, this place is a joke. I needed emergency refills for bi polar meds.. they insisted I make an appointment to get them. The only appointment was almost a week away but I took it. Day before my appointment they canceled on me. I called the next day to tell them the importance of me needing my medication literally crying to the guy and he was able to make me another appointment for the same day but later LITERALLY 5 mins later another lady called to cancel my appointment. At this time I just got fed up and hung up on her while I’m in tears. This place does not care if you in the middle of a panic attack they will still just cancel on you. So please if you’re suffering from a mental illness do not use this practice because THEY.DO.NOT.CARE. I’m bipolar and I am now going a week with out my meds because of this place. Edit. Dr. Lewis called me today to refill my meds for me and apologized for the lack of compassion by other people there so i will be giving him a chance. Thank you dr Lewis.

Mixed reviews. The last 3 visits (over the course of a year) with 2 different doctors and a nurse practitioner. Not one of them made a note in the system of those symptoms and suspected cause and dismissed its relevance when I brought it up again. I got referrals for specialized doctor and ultrasound, but not for the symptoms I had specifically asked to have checked out today. Went in today and no one knew what blood draw I was in for (as again, it was not noted in the system!). Big shout out to the Physician Assistant Shanoor Khan who listened attentively, asked relevant questions and made a note of everything. She was much more effective in a shorter time than the last visit with the nurse.

The nurse was nice... but wasn't as informative as I would've like. I had a 2nd degree burn and she didn't dress it properly, I had to help her, she was about to use the wrong gauze and I asked her if she could use a non stick pad. Seemed like she was rusty in caring for wounds. I had to ask for prescription burn cream, and she was like oh sure I can prescribe... she didn't tell me what to do for pain or cleansing, I literally had to ask too many questions to get a solid consultation. Otherwise, she was just there. And she didn't ask to see me back to check on my 2nd degree burn so I'm having to call back and request a doctor check on the progress of my healing. Hopefully I have a better experience with someone more knowledgable and experienced. Thank you.

I have pretty good service from Hatfield Medical and I have been seeing them for over a year now . The only difficulty is the phone system it should be updated . Otherwise I have been able to get same day appt if needed and also if a day or time didn’t work for me I was able to go to another location . The Red Mountain location has been my favorite because they actually text you to remind you about your appt, or to call them if they need to speak with me , and if they have availablity that day which is super convenient because I work all day and cannot answer the phone . My only recommendation is to update the phone system because there is normally always a wait time and then probably provide an option to schedule appt online , since technology is advancing and people are normally working during the day it would be convenient to schedule my appts online like many other businesses allow .

The call center to much of a gate keeper i takes for ever to get to someone that doesn’t direct you to the right location. It is faster to go to the office and make this appointment directly.
