Seriously couldn’t be happier leaving this place! I’m in from Michigan for a week, & I had a severe (of course 😔) gout attack. The whole staff, from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doc, were all so kind, helpful, & caring. They all went above & beyond in every aspect of my visit. Even giving me a great dinner spot (The Perch)! I only wish there was a place like this near my place of residence. Cannot be more grateful to the whole crew. Thank you much for your care. ☺️

AMAZING AMAZING! From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed and not judged. The receptionist was great as well as the triage nurse and doctor. All were professional and actually has great personalities! Hopefully we won't need them again, but if we do we will definitely be back here! Place was spotless clean!

Doctor and staff were amazing. I was seen immediately and everyone was friendly and attentive. I had a CT scan and bloodwork done and the results were back in less than an hour. Without delay the doctor explained the results and wrote a prescription. All my results and discharge paperwork were given to me in a folder. Great experience. I highly recommend and will return for any future emergencies for me and my family.

This was my second experience with Phoenix ER. The first time was with my youngest daughter when she was 5 months old and this time was for myself. I can’t explain the level of comfort and care I experience when I come here. It’s almost awkward because we have grown so desensitized to poor attitudes in medical care but everyone here reminds me that medical professionals are HUMANS too and they care. They make me feel safe and hopeful. I would trust them with the care of every single member of my family!

Outstanding service!! Tried to cut my finger off with an oscillating saw. Presented to the ER for stitches. Was taken in immediately. Took longer to numb the finger than it did to treat. Everyone was super friendly, the DR was awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need.

I LOVE that Phoenix ER and Medical Center is just down the street from me! It is sparking clean. The staff are always very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They have everything you need. For example, If you break something they have an X-ray so you get immediate results. Heart issues are diagnosed. You see the same doctor the entire time and frequently. You do not wait hours to be seen and taken to a room. All services happen that day not the next day etc like happens in many hospitals. This hospital is a God send! Only downfall is they don’t take Medicare. Wish they do in the future.

Amazing visit! Dr, nurses, and entire staff worked together to quickly problem solve and provide medical care for our son. The facility and overall experience were great. Quality care in a shorter time frame than a big hospital ( in and out in 2 1/2 hours with a reset broken wrist). We will definitely drive 30 minutes to use Phoenix ER again for emergency medical services.

Awesome experience here! Very quick and efficient. All staff were very friendly with my daughter, felt like they actually cared about her welfare and her as a person and not just a name on a piece of paper. Definitely recommend!

The experience is great! I got admitted in less than 5 mins, all the blood work, CT scan is done pretty quick and result came out within 2 hours. Staff are very professional and friendly. I would recommend this place.

Weekend evening emergency. Greeted by pleasant, diligent, and efficient staff. Immensely appreciative for the help of the front desk, technician(s), doctor, and behind the scene staff I did not meet. What an amazing experience!! The team there has created such a welcoming family environment. You feel cared for and listened to from the moment you enter the building. Dr. Stockton, Quimbay, Morgan, Jenna and others were all extremely professional but also highly relatable. I came in pretty sick feeling , i checked in under 5 min , no wait ..saw dr and nurse immediately and they were able to treat me with exactly what i needed to get bettter. Dr stockton was compassionate and understanding while i was emotionally distressed being so ill..as well as nurse adam. Thank u to all the staff for ur attentiveness and kindness. I always use your services here for these very reasons !

Called ahead, they accept Tricare, walked in, no wait time, was taken back within minutes. Nurses were awesome, Dr saw me right away and was in a room within 30 minutes getting labs. Had to have several tests including CT, on site. All RNs were attentive, making sure I was comfortable, CT techs were informative and efficient. Had all results, medical records, follow up instructions and rx handed to me in a folder, and Dr went over everything with me before I left. Was in and out in about 4 hours, that's the wait time or much longer at other emergency rooms. I'm visiting from out of state and this was so convenient and efficient, best emergency room in the valley, hands down.

Best ER hospital I've ever been to... Dr Green had a great sense of humor, was very attentive and did a great job stitching me up. No one goes to the ER under positive circumstances, but the nursing staff made a bad situation bearable by being friendly, positive and helpful... Four stitches in under an hour and a half.

I was there yesterday and was in an excruciating amount of pain due to o really bad ear infection. The dr was very comical and made me forget I was in pain for about 10 seconds. He was great and so was the rest of the staff. Very clean facility.

I went into the Phoenix ED around 1:45 am, in the early hrs of 2/17/23. The front desk girl & MA's were very polite, & the process was simple & streamlined. However, when the actual doc came in, I was trying to deal with an unexpected, acute, albeit minor, situation that needed my full attention at that time. However, he immediately pressed me for details that ONLY regarded the reason I was there, for a skin infection, despite my obvious distraction AND my greatest attempt to accurately respond. I did begin telling him the details of the reason I was there, but due to some complicating factors that absolutely needed to be communicated to him, it took me a couple extra sentences (literally --a couple!). But, he interrupted me on multiple occasions, & kept pressing me to state details that ONLY applied to the reason I was there, which was exactly what I was trying to do! I've NEVER met with a provider who was that impatient & unwilling to listen to me as a pt. It was all but impossible to get the necessary words out to have my issue properly handled. Of note, there were exactly ZERO other pts there at the time, making it even more surprising as to why he appeared to be in the rush of his life. On another note, I also have had a carer in healthcare, providing direct pt care for many yrs, so I totally understand the whole balance between getting what you need from the pt while providing efficient & effective treatment. Ultimately, my medical issues & concerns were properly & satisfactorily addressed, & the d/c process was simple & streamlined, just as the intake process was. I'd recommend others go there in urgent times, but I'd strongly also recommend that the "higher-ups"/ governing bodies have a serious discussion with Dr. Stump, as we, as pts, are often not just one diagnosis & are never one dimensional, but rather often have more than one thing going on at one time, which does need to be taken into consideration, as does having much more patience with the pts, allowing them to accurately explain their often multidimensional reasons as to why they're there. It is NOT comforting to pts in need to feel like there's a fire happening, & that they're being forced to leave out pertinent info, & to rush as quickly as humanly possible to accurately communicate our issue at hand.

Ultimately I would start at this ER if you have an emergency. Very kind, honest staff, nurses and doctors that are knowledgeable and take their patients seriously, and I didn't spend a whole day there. The ER doc I saw, saw things on my imaging that my specialists didn't even see. Wish I could see my treating team on a regular basis for everyday stuff. BE NICE TO YOUR HEALTHCARE WORKERS. We are losing them at an alarming rate to burnout

I went to the ER recently after having intense abdominal pain. I was seen almost immediately. Everyone throughout the process - the administrative staff, the nurses, the doctor, the technicians - were all extremely nice, competent, and attentive. I was in a bit of a rush because, assuming nothing severe was the problem, I had a flight to catch. The staff made sure I was out with plenty of time once the problem was identified. I was given plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and I was given clear answers when I did. Thank you to everyone who helped me figure out what was wrong, how to deal with it, and get me on my flight without having to worry about my health!

I’ve been to this ER twice with small emergencies. Both times the doctors and nurses were attentive, kind, compassionate and informative. It was a relief to me that during my worry, the staff was supportive and knowledgeable. Plus, the best part is that I’ve never waited a long time either in the waiting room or for treatment. This is a better option than large hospital ERs in every way, hands down.

Everything was great up to discharge. People, polite, patient handling, communication, all good. I didn’t get adequate post care instructions though, even with a serious foot injury. No ability to get right into a specialist for follow up so I’ pretty much left hanging with no instructions on what to do or not.

All of these 5 star reviews are the reason I drove 35 minutes out of my way to go to this specific emergency room TWICE now! This is such a great hospital and I will continue coming here for any future needs. It's a super clean and welcoming environment. Front staff is very friendly and check-in process is super quick. Both times I've been here I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. My nurse, Morgan, and Dr. Yi(hope I spelled that right) were so patient and caring. A lot of DR's make you feel so rushed and don't really care to listen to your symptoms. Everyone here was very understanding, reassuring, and took the time to listen to me. Morgan was especially sweet and so easy to talk to, made me feel very comfortable in a time of panic. I was in and out in less than 2 hours with instructions on how to proceed with future care. I've never been to such an easy-going ER and want to thank all the staff for the amazing care!

First time going. Had heard great things from family members. We walked in around 8:30 in the evening. We were the only people in the waiting room at the time, but we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What we were in for is typically a quick appointment anyway, but in our experience it seems like their goal is to give great care as efficiently and quickly as possible without sacrificing service.

Great experience from limping into the door. Receptionist was friendly and got my insurance and info fast and efficiently. I was called back within 10 minutes . The nurse and Dr. that attended to me where excellent and very professional. I had a X-ray and had a fractured ankle put a splint on and was on my way. This is by far the best ER you could ever go to. Small private hospital. No wait for a bed or to be seen by physician. Saw each doctor on rotation. Nurses were knowledgeable, kind, caring, never in a hurry. It’s literally the only hospital I have ever not wanted to leave. Food is ordered through grubhub no nasty hospital food. Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney, Paramout all on tap. Amazing experience! Well worth any additional costs.

I have used this facility twice this year. I will be sad when I go on Medicare because the don’t accept. The facility has all the diagnostic equipment needed to diagnose without sending you for follow up testing. The facility is great and the team is outstanding. Best care in the valley.

From detailed discharge instructions to docs that spend enough time to share stories about why they got into medicine to ER wait times that are a fraction of any other facility in the East Valley - there are many reasons to consider this a fantastic option for ER care.

I have been here twice. Both times I have been very impressed. Parking right in front of the building, quickly admitted and seen by the Dr within 10 mins. Private rooms with tvs and snacks. Great care. They were even able to start me on antibiotics right there in the middle of the night instead of waiting until the pharmacies opened in the morning. Definitely recommend

Immediately helped my cousin whom we rushed to the ER from another hospital who was making people wait over 1-3 hours. They made filling out the admission paperwork simple. First visit to Phoenix ER. My daughter has a ankle fracture her toes were showing discoloration so better safe the sorry. Place was clean and well staffed. Sunday morning check in was a breeze and were shown in to a room in minutes. Dr. Was nice and showed great care. Nurses and techs were great and professional. It’s nice having an ER so close to home. Hopefully I wont have to use them again but I will if needed!

Best ER in the valley! The staff truly cares about the patients. They treated me with compassion. I have an autoimmune disease that’s causing thyroid and inflammation issues and they were reactive to make me feel more comfortable as i was in a great deal of pain. I would rate the facility and faculty a 5 with the exception of the attending physician. I came to the ER with facial numbing and disorientation. I had taken my blood pressure which registered normal but high for me. I relaxed, calmed myself, repeated my BP was 134/99 registering abnormal and high for my 120/70. I headed to the ER where I landed a weak ago with similar symptoms. The nurse took my BP which registered 138/84. When the doctor entered I explained my BP registered high, he glanced at the monitor and said it's not high. 200/xx is high and when people go to the ER. I mentioned I had taken my BP a couple of times. He asked how many. As I was answering his question he cut me off and said, "how many times did you take your BP"? As I spoke, he put his pen down, cupped his chin with both hands and looked like I had nothing of any consequence to share. I explained the week prior i was diagnosed with a UTI which the staff indicated can sometime cause disorientation. He said he didn't agree and wished he had been the attending physician who made this correlation. The conversation went downhill from there. Sharing his medical knowledge of Panic Attacks he espoused his opinion and experience in terms too quick and detailed for an average person to grasp. I found him to be condescending, arrogant, and disinterested in anything i said since he seemed to have already concluded his diagnosis. He said we could run tests but would not recommend anything beyond labs and EKG. He asked if what he was saying made sense and I said I was so lightheaded and disoriented I was just hoping he would stop talking. Two times during this conversation he said, "I'm not trying to be an A-hole.. which is something an A-hole would say knowing they are acting like an A-hole. The coup de grâce was during the conclusive conversation when my results were clear and he said, "I hope you didn't think I was dismissive of your issue... and then "are you going to give me zero stars on your survey"? I have worked in the field of Six Sigma quality management for decades and consulted many organizations on the importance of service excellence in all fields. I recommend that rather than making assumptions about a patients care or using their self or mother's health as an analogy, they take the time to listen intently and objectively and explain in layman's terms. This is exactly why people turn to WebMD for guidance and might miss the warning signs of something morecserious.

I can't begin to say enough good things about this place, my friends brought me here after breaking/dislocating my elbow. I was in excruciating pain and the team here was able to quickly get me in and help diagnose my problem and give me some medication to help ease the pain. They then worked closely with another hospital because I needed more treatment, they set me up with another Valley Hospital so that I was able to get a bed in room upon arrival. Every staff member was super friendly and nice giving me all the information I needed and made sure that I was comfortable. They even allowed my friends to come back and visit me at one at a time during Covid but it was still nice for them to let visitors in.

Phoenix ER always takes the time to listen to you. This is not the closest ER to my home. But I trust this team with my life. All of t he staff I have met here are so friendly and caring. I had such a great experience today. I have terrible anxiety and everyone was so patient with me. I couldn’t decide if I was going to get a CT done and went back a fourth a few times. Had severe reaction to a new med my pcp prescribed, my wife rushed me to the local hospital in the nieghboorhood! Wow!! What a great experience it was despite the condition I was in... Dr. Hall and her team of Rn's and Techs were amazing. I was having anxiety due to the the pain, body spasms and the unknowing of what may come next from that medication. I didn’t get names but the two people that administered covid tests to my daughter and I were so patient with my rambunctious two year old. I have had many health issues over my life time and my parents where in very poor health for the last 10 yrs of their life, so I have had 40 -50 ER experiences. I even worked in the ER at Phoenix Children's while I was in college. I have seen how long it can take to get care and sitting waiting while your scared and in pain and sitting there with a loved one who is hurting or scared while you wait your turn to get help when you are thinking you are about to die. Minutes seem like hours. Anyways a few days ago I started to fell sever chest pains, then I had trouble moving my right arm and then I could barley breathe and I could not stand up straight. It all came n over abut 45 minutes as I was working from home. I just moved into my Chandler neighborhood 2 weeks earlier from Scottsdale and only new of a hospital a few miles away. I turned out of my neighborhood and realized I was not going to make it a few miles, I was hunched over the searing well on I was not getting enough air and thought I was going to pass out and it felt like some had stabbed me in the heart. I noticed this little new 24/7 Medical Hospital on my right hand side as soon as I turn onto Dobson Road & Queen Creek, looked more like an Urgent Care Center. But I knew I was not making to Chandler BLVD and Alma School so I took a U-Turn into this little place. I stumbled in and could barely tell the ladies at the from desk I could not breath and my heart hurt as I was slummed over the counter. Before I could get my wallet to give my Id and Insurance card, some one was coming through the double doors to get me into a wheel chair. No kidding with in less than 2 minutes before I was in a bed with and IV and a EKG machine already hooked up and a group of doctors and nurses where already working on me. With in 30 minutes, chest x-rays and a complete CT scan that were done right down the hall and then back to my room where they did an ultra sound of just about every other organ you can think of. All with in 45 minutes at this point. Crazy! In a normal hospital that would of taken half of a day if not longer even after waiting out in the waiting room for God knows how loan. It turn out I had a lesion in my lung right below my heart that was causing this issues. They pumped me full of morphine and antibiotics and I felt 90% better within 1 hour. I stayed there for about 5 or 6 hours as they double and tripled check everything. Someone came in to check on me like every 5 minutes. I felt like I was the President of the United states. I have never experience such care in a fast and friendly manner. If you ever need any type of emergency medical care I would not go anywhere else. I have told about 15 people so far in the past 2 days since all this happened and still cannot believe the level of care I received from the staff. Just amazing people who really do care, I felt like I was one of their own family members. If I could give a 100 Stars I would. It makes me feel so good & grateful I live right across the street from a place like this. To the Staff at Phoenix ER & Medical Hospital with tears in my eyes right now, I just want to say thank you for taking such good care care of me on one of the most scariest days of my life!!!! New Customer for life!!!

I was in and out with my 3 year old son within 20 minutes. The doctor followed us into our room. We didn’t wait a minute for him to come in. I have never had such a great experience at an urgent care. They were great with kids and had all the kid size equipment as well.

What an incredible, wonderful, bunch of people working at this ER. I had to visit not once but twice after my surgery. I'm so thankful that they were there to help. Everyone from the gal at registration to the gal who took me back and all the people who helped me after that. Their kindness, understanding and compassion was just so incredible! From the second I walk through the door, I felt welcomed and comforted. Absolutely no wait, anytime during my visit, which was late afternoon on a weekday. Everyone was very friendly. They listened to my concerns and were open to doing whatever it took to get me feeling much better. I didn’t at all feel rushed. The nurses always check in on me and if I needed them they promptly answered my call. I like that it doesn’t feel so much like a hospital. It was SO QUIET, which was nice since I was not feeling so well. Each room has a nice size TV that has Netflix. If I need an ER again, I’d definitely be going here for my care.

Never in my life have I been treated so well in an Emergency room. Every single staff member was kind and warm. I was put into a room right away. The rooms were comfy, they even had Netflix available on the TV. They had warm blankets ready for me whenever I needed. They also had food and drinks for myself and my family with me. When you’re in the ER, it’s already a negative experience to begin with, but they made me feel just a little bit better about being injured. Thank you to all who work there and showed me so much kindness and support during a rough time!

This was the most efficient, friendly emergency room I have ever been to. We were taken back just after signing in and saw the doctor within 5 minutes. Everyone was happy to help and quick to meet any needs or concerns. I have already told multiple people if they ever need an ER, this is were they should go from now on. Especially living in the sticks and it being a 20 minute minimum drive to a 24 hour facility, I will not be going anywhere else from now on.

Staff is friendly and professional! Was seen by the Dr in a timely manner. Facility was clean. They are more personable and welcoming than the large ERs. Privacy doors and a curtain on patient rooms..I had a respiratory infection so common symptoms are same as covid-19. They did NOT automatically diagnose Covid and send me on my way. They took the time to rule out Covid and did necessary testing for other viruses and bacteria. In total I was there for maybe an hour and a half. I only wish they had a location in queen creek.

My second MRI at this amazing ER. Took my doctor's order here and paid 300 cash for a high quality MRI. Saved a ton by not using insurance. Nga was quick and knowledgeable getting me registered and explained the process to me both times, she's incredible. Jenna was an absolute gem and made me feel comfortable and safe even though I am claustrophobic. I found my go to imaging and lab work place from now on. Thank you!!

My son woke up in the middle of the night with a very high fever that would not go down despite all our efforts. I was trying my best to avoid taking him to an ER because of all the stories we heard in the past. But when we had no other option, I searched for the nearest one and found Phoenix ER, and boy was I glad we ended up here! This place is amazing, the staff is courteous and wonderful, there’s almost no wait time, it is clean and very well set. The doctor and nurses took the time to answer all our questions and clear our concerns. They took great care of our son and were very patient and gentle with him. All tests and X-rays were done in a timely manner, and even the X-ray lead came out to tell us that our son did great and that there were no concerns. I cannot say enough great things about Phoenix ER. 5 stars hands down.

Dr Stites was amazing and coordinated weeks of my medical care in a few hours. The tech Joey was super awesome and highly skilled. I cannot say enough about the nurses. Quimbey and Molly are the best at their jobs! I had recently gone to ANOTHER facility and waited 2 hours and 18 minutes before getting out of the waiting room. It was another 35 minutes till I saw the doctor. I will never go anywhere else than Phoenix ER and Medical Hospital. I don’t care if I am 50 miles away, it will be worth it. They care about their patients and have an amazing facility. I cannot recommend this place high enough. I give them 100 stars!

Excellent care! They got me in right away. However, they are not in network with any insurance, and don't take Medicare or AHCCCS. The nurses, doctor, and front desk are super kind. They are able to do ultrasound, CT, and MRI. This was my second time using them, and I upped them one star! I fell while bouldering and landed directly on my ankle. I was so lucky to have been climbing next to Chase who referred me to Phoenix ER for immediate attention. I was signed in quickly, Joey was incredible with taking care of me and helping take my mind off of the pain, the x-ray was so quick, and Dr. Prosser was so attentive and helpful. This was a great visit! I came to this facility after researching my symptoms on Google. Bad mistake, but Dr. Stump was AMAZING. He was so genuine, pleasant and had amazing bedside manner. He was thorough in his exam and took the time to answer my questions. The nurse who took me to triage and then back to the room was a blessing as well! I wish I could remember her name. She was warm and made us feel at ease. I don’t want to ever spend time at the ER but as new resident to the state of Arizona my first experience in the ER was wonderful. Best ER experience ever. I was passing by to take my son to Chandler Regional Hospital when I saw this one. I immediately stopped to asked if they take my insurance. The front lady was very professional and helpful. They took my son back in less than 5 minutes 😊 the nurses were super nice. The doctor did any test possible to find the cause of my son’s illness. The room was very comfortable, big TV with Netflix to watch. I was feeling cold and the nurse got me a warm blanket, she even offered me snacks. We got results back really quick and we were there for less than 2 hours. Even my son was really impressed with the way they treated him. I really recommend this hospital to anyone. They are great!

I had been sick for about a month and i finally decided to go to the emergency room. I live close to another ER however, I decided to go to Phoenix ER. All the times we have gone to the closer ER the experience has never been pleasant. We always feel like we are receiving assembly line care. Upon arriving at Phoenix ER the front desk young lady welcomed me, asked why I was visiting the ER, then notified the nursing staff that I was in the lobby and I was immediately taken to the back. I was pleased with the level of attention I received walking in the door. I was pleased with the fact that I didn't have to wait! When the nurse took me in the back she was very attentive to my medical needs as well as the Dr. The medical staff was extremely thorough and very personable. Upon my discharge the nurse walked me back to the front where the young lady asked me to complete my financial paperwork and thoroughly explained my insurance benefits, and what my financial responsibility would be. In the future if I ever have to take another trip to the ER i will make the 15 minute drive to Phoenix ER it''s definitely worth it!

Being a nurse can make it difficult for ER’S to provide treatment because you always think u know the right answer. Not one time in my 16 hr stay did I feel like I had a better answer. Upon arrival I was in a room within 5 min. Excellent staff and clean facility. I will never go to a big hospital ER again and wait for 3 hours. Great experience in my time of need. I love this place. My insurance was very easy to cut them a check for the provider. We are waiting for the check for the facility. This ER managed to find a working way (a very good solution) to see emergency patients and give them first class treatment and interaction. The nurses are kind and relatable. They are sweet and accommodating. The individual rooms are spacious and equipped with large TVs with the almost all the mainstream apps for watching. The hallway is large and the light makes it feel homey. My child was seen there for low body temperature registered at school and they were wonderful drawing blood and making him comfortable! I am mostly impressed because my kid has autism and he is only five years old and drawing blood from a five year old with autism can be reaaaaaaaally hard. But they listened to my instructions, concerns and tips and they made his experience almost enjoyable. He got a toy before he left and I knew he was safe and sound, which gave me piece of mind. I will totally return here with all my kids if needed. Please do not lower your standard if care and watch carefully so that your employees keep happy and positive. We have enough in our plate when we come to ER than to worry about grumpy nurses or know-it-alls. Just keep being wonderful and I will keep recommending you to everyone that asks.

Excellent experience, Arrived with son suspecting appendicitis. No wait when checked in, we were given a room within 1 minute of arriving and spoke with a Dr. within 10 minutes. Blood work and CT performed within 1 hour, within 2 hours it was confirmed his appendix needed to be removed. Within 3 hours the staff had a bed for us at a local hospital where we were seen immediately. Nice rooms with large TV’s and Netflix was a plus. We were in great hands, can’t thank the staff enough.

We were in and out in 1 hour!! They came outside to help my daughter in and checked her into a room immediately. Doctor came shortly after that and then X-rays came to our room within 15 minutes of when we arrived. Final results from the radiologist were about 20-30 minutes after that. Meanwhile they fitted my daughter for her boot and crutches and we were all done! This ER is the best experience for my daughters first time! Thank you Phoenix ER & Medical Hospital team! Went in for a Onewheel accident which turned out just to be bruised ribs. But the staff was very pleasant and upspirting and my doctor Stockton was very cool and informational on the matter. Time was very fast and in and out within 2.5 hours with having a ct scan done. Would definitely recommend this place for any ER case or just regular hospitalization needs.

I had a bit of an medical scare July 2020 and my Daughter brought me here. I ended up having a CAT scan and blood work done, which was all completed very quickly. And everyone from the office girls to the young man who took my blood to The nurses and Dr., I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so kind and caring and they had great personalities. I could tell they really cared about how I was feeling. I don’t want any more medical scares but, just in case one comes along, this is where I will go because I know I will be taken care of by people who actually care.

Everyone was amazing. I came in with tingling, numbness, headache and neck pain, possibly from a medication side effect. I had just gone to the Mercy Gilbert ER a few days prior and they said I had anxiety and sent me home. Dr. Genova was so much more compassionate. He listened to my symptoms and ordered CT scan, blood work, and EKG to ensure everything was well. At minimum I went home with peace of mind. The CT radiologist was absolutely amazing. The nurse was so nice and compassionate. I will recommend this ER over the larger facilities any day.

Registration was very clear regarding the insurance responsibility vs our responsibility. I went in on Sunday Morning, I was processed up front and on the way to back in 3-5 minutes. Once In a room I had a nurse asking questions, a lab drawing blood, and a doctor walking in the room in 3 minutes working on diagnosing my pain. Although I was very adamant it wasn’t Appendicitis Dr. Stockton was absolutely correct from his press and heal test where he called it to the confirmation of the CT Scan. I was admitted as a patient overnight. They were unable to complete my Appendectomy onsite so they worked to get me a surgeon and have me transferred the following morning for surgery and care. The impatient care was great. Checking in, helping with my pain level even though I know I’m not always the greatest patient, checking in to make sure my family was comfortable as well.

I was seen within 5-10 minutes by the nurse. She was friendly and personable but I didn’t not catch her name. The longest wait was for Dr. Stump to physically exam me but overall, the visit was about an hour and a half. Anywhere else I would have gone would have had me waiting for hours before even seeing a nurse. I definitely recommend them!

Great place for rapid COVID testing! There’s never a long wait to be seen and no crowded waiting room where you could potentially get sick. The staff are pleasant and professional. You can wait in your car for results that are usually available in less than 15 minutes.

I visited for my child for an x-ray because he was hit in the chest at practice and was having trouble breathing. No one was there and we were in/out in and hour in a half. Thankfully the x ray showed no damage. Now I’m wondering if my insurance (UHC)will cover any of it. I know places say they ‘accept’ your insurance but if you have been in and out of the medical care as much as my family has been, that doesn’t mean anything. It’s bad enough dealing with all the stress and concern when a loved one is sick or injured. Now the anxiety of being hit with surprise out of pocket expenses awaits me.

Felt sick after work. My employer sent me here for covid test. The staff were great. Very nice and respectful. The place was clean and well organized. Got tested and in 48 hrs got my results. Not sure if this is a typical time frame for them but that was my experience. Great place to go if you need a covid test.

Simply perfect experience at Phoenix ER & Medical Hospital!!! My husband had a herniated disk in his spine, & we stumbled across this ER after leaving another hospital because the wait was way too long. We walked in, they took us back to a room IMMEDIATELY - absolutely NO wait, and the doctor came in to see my husband immediately after we got settled. The doctors, nurses & staff were so unbelievably kind & personable, and the hospital was extremely clean & very modern. We didn’t feel rushed or like a “number” here; they treated us with compassion & were so very kind. It literally felt like we had VIP treatment the entire time! We will never go to another ER ever again! Thank you & kudos to the medical team who helped us husband last night!!!

Dr. Alimov and Diana were amazing help. I went in due to a severe cough and sinus inflammation. There was no wait at all, they took care to see me quickly and were extremely kind and attentive to anything I needed. The facility was extremely clean with all new equipment. I got an x-ray of my lungs done in record timing. The staff was by far the best I've ever interacted with in an ER, they were all smiles and took the time to listen to what I said. Overall definitely the fastest and most enjoyable experience I've had seeking medical care in a long time!

Don’t even know where to start. Check in and to a room was around 6 mins.. saw a doctor in 15 mins. Had an MRI all within hour and half. The entire experience here was incredible! Obviously no one wants to find themselves needing emergency care but in the unfortunate circumstance you do, you can rest assured you will be taken care of here. Every person I interacted with was kind and caring. They did a thorough job of looking into what was causing the problem. They did the tests quickly and results didn't take long at all. Both my doctor (Dr. Stockton) and my nurse (Kelly) stopped by often to check on me and keep me updated. Any questions or concerns were answered in full detail. Dr. Stockton walked through the whole CT scan with me showing me what he saw that was causing the issue and how it was going to be treated. I expressed concern about something that didn't end up being involved in the issue and rather than write it off, he pulled up pictures of that area from my CT to show me why I dont need to worry about it. I never felt like he was in a rush to leave, he made it clear he was there to hear out any questions or concerns and go over them all with me. The customer service will blow you away. They are so kind it feels like you are a friend of theirs that they are genuinely concerned for and want to take care of. Theres a reason this place maintains such a high rating and if I do need emergency medical care again there is no question where I'll be heading. The medical profession needs more people like Dr. Stockton and nurse Kelly.

We heard about this gem of a hospital in the morning as friends of ours went in for covid testing. My wife and I went in later that same day for tests and got right in and out within 30 minutes. I came to Phoenix ER directly after a horrible experience at another local ER visit. Phoenix ER is WONDERFUL. The got me in fast. Everyone was friendly. They had an MRI machine and got me in right away. Within 3O minutes after the MRI I had my results. I got a referral to a specialist. I even had a CD to bring to my specialty appointment. They listened to me. Provided thorough care. I called with questions. They called back right away. I will always go here first. It is the top notch patient focused, quality service. Thank you all!!

Just hobbled in here this morning. Parking right in front of the doors, they grabbed me a wheel chair right away and then had me spend about 3 minutes filling out paperwork before I was taken back and given a room. The doctor was in to see me in about 10 minutes. I was in for X-rays within an hour. Those took about 35 minutes and the X-ray tech was great. They had to do one more X-ray about 15 minutes later. The doctor saw me about 30 minutes after to tell me what they found and I was out of there in the next 30 minutes. Overall I was in and out in under 3 hours. All the nurses and staff were absolutely excellent.

I went in for COVID testing and there wasn’t too many people there which was nice since I feel like every other place has lines up to 5+ hours. I had the greatest nurse ever there she made me feel so calm and comfortable. I didn’t catch her name but she was the cutest tiny Asian lady. We were laughing and chatting like I’ve known her forever. Even with everything going on in the world and how scary things are right now she made me feel safe which is something no nurse or doctor has ever made me feel. She deserved a raise or something because she was the best!!!

Doctor-owned and private, the docs there get to run their own place and really CARE. My mother in law got an MRI for something like $300 which would have been $1000 if billed thru insurance, and my Dad was able to go from ER to 2 day hospital stay without leaving the building since this place is both under one roof. Brought the daughter in for an elbow injury. Each time, they got to know us and treated us like family. I tell everyone I know about this wonderful place.

Loved this visit as odd as that sounds. Hear me out. I needed an MRI.. walk-in same day and cash pay. It was super affordable and the most relaxing MRI hands down! I hate that I even need an MRI but in order to get my PRP/Stem cell therapy treatment... it was necessary. The tech was amazing. Super sweet, comforting and made me relaxed every inch of the way. I was so warm with a nice blanket and was able to listen to music the entire MRI. I legit fell asleep twice!!! Need emergency services on a budget? Go here, now! Where to begin? My wife and I are truck drivers. We were driving towards Phoenix and I had re injured my foot and could not continue driving. I looked for hospitals along our route on Google maps and found Phoenix ER. I saw the 5 stars and made a fast decision. I had no idea how good of a decision I had made. My wife was able to get the truck in to the parking lot. I could not walk. She went inside the ER and let the admin staff what was going on. Two nurses came out to the truck with a wheel chair to get me. They got me right in and started checking me out. Within minutes I had met Dr Peter Stockton. We went over in detail about the injury to my foot. He explained thoroughly what he believed was happening and that he felt the best course of action would be to get an MRI done.. We proceeded. It takes a while to set up, do and then get the results from an MRI. A while after the MRI was done, Dr Stockton came in the room and was in kind of a rush and I was about to find out why. I had some damage done to my foot and needed to see a specialist. He had already called the podiatrist and knew he was closing at 5pm and it was already past 4. I told him I would have to uber. He explained that the podiatrist could give me an injection that would give me immediate relief. Now here was the problem. The closest Uber was over 20 minutes away and I would never make it to the other doctors office in time. Doctor Stockton pulled out his keys and told my wife "here, take my truck and take him to the doctors office". I was flabbergasted. Who has that kind of kindness in their heart these days. I do my share of good deeds but, this blew me away. We made it to the doctors office, I got my shot and returned the doctors truck to him. Thank you Doctor Stockton and the rest of the staff at Phoenix ER & Medical Hospital.

I had a bad experience at a different hospital and when I called in to check for availability the front desk lady was great. Everyone was so nice and very attentive they made me feel like I was in great hands. They even treated my family great when they were just waiting for me. Doctor Genova was the best. He explained to me everything that was going to be done. He even gave me a specialist to call if my problem continued. Everyone in there was awesome!!! I had no idea what to expect when I went into this facility with abdominal and back pain at 11PM. In less than 5 minutes I was through the check-in process and in a room with a staff of 3 people assisting with getting my vitals. 15 minutes later I was in a beautiful examination room (by hospital standards at least) and was looked after by a group of competent and CARING staff. The facility has the latest in equipment and was able to conduct at CT scan on my stomach. Unfortunately for me, it revealed kidney stones and as a result of a required surgery I had to be transported to a larger hospital. Phoenix ER and Medical Hospital managed all of those logistics and I was able to skip the check-in process at the new hospital. Great group of people to assist with your bad day!

Although we live up in Scottsdale and Phoenix ER is 30 miles from our house, we made the trek down to Chandler and we were so happy that we did! I walked in. Was not left standing there while the person at the desk ignored me. He got up before I made it to his counter and greeted me before asking how he could help me. He asked me to fill out some basic info and for my insurance card and driver's license. While he looked up my insurance info, he called and had 2 nurses greet me and take me to an examination room to start taking vitals and asking me questions. As these two nurses were busy doing their jobs and being very attentive and polite, a doctor walks in and starts doing what a doctor does. Also asking questions he obviously thought would be helpful in determining what I had going on. During this time the young man at the front desk who got this process all started called back to let everyone know that my insurance was checking out and that they could proceed. This has all happened and I have only been here for 15-20 minutes! I was then taken to a room that is a hospital room that appeared to have all the necessary equipment to qualify as one. Every person in the place had a smile and acknowledged my presence as I walked by. Once in my room and given a hospital gown to wear I was given water to drink and showed the remotes to a large television in the room that had many options for entertainment. I never had a chance to turn it on because I was immediately taken to another room for x-rays, and examined I little more by the doctor once back to my room. In 20 minutes at most the doctor and x-ray tech had reviewed my films and determined that I did not have pneumonia. The doctor then explained to me what he thought was going on and explained to me how he came to this conclusion. He then told me the best way he thought we should treat my bad cold that has persisted for the last 5 weeks. Then let know that they were already starting to discharge me and that a nurse would be in shortly to hand me my prescriptions and walk me out. Through out this whole process, my nurse would come in to check on me. She made it her job to discuss with me my high blood pressure and the effects it can have on me in the future. I have been told all these things in the past and I have spent many hours reading about and understanding the bad effects of my condition. But I still resist medications due to the negative side effects that I have when on the medications. She was undeterred by my negative attitude on medication, but persistent and caring in her tone and posture. Never condescending. This place needs to be expanded. Every single medical operation from major hospitals to private clinics need to come study how this place tries to operate. My experience was nothing but customer service and care. The one thing I would note to people reading my review is that during my time there, they were not busy. I know from my experience in customer services that a busy shop can put a lot of stress on how fast you can operate. That being said, they appear to me, to have the processes in place to still operate at this level of efficiency if busier? I would say if you are tired of being treated badly at all these other hospitals and clinics, you should give them a shot and see for yourself how you feel about Phoenix ER and what they bring to emergency care.

I got injured while on vacation and went to a Phoenix ER just hoping to get an idea what was wrong. I ended up being able to get an MRI and diagnosis within 2 hours time!! Unfortunately I learned I need surgery but It saved me a ton of time trying to figure out what was the issue because they have everything on site!! From the front desk to Doctor Stockton and his nursing staff they were a pleasure during a stressful time and made it very easy. Thanks again!!

Wow. Just wow. Everything about this visit was outstanding. No wait. Clean. Kind. IV in on the first poke. Quick service. Netflix in the patient rooms. The ONLY reason I’m not leaving a fifth star is because the Dr. (Dr. Thai) was very strange with zero personality. He didn’t explain what was wrong with me very well and I’m still not sure I understand... However, the RN guy was SUPER kind and knowledgeable and appeared to care more than the doc. The gals at the front desk were also amazing. I hope if I ever have to return, that nothing changes, except the doctor.

Outstanding service!! After leaving Chandler Regional because the wait times were insane and for the first time ever going there the staff I encountered were RUDE. From the moment I walked in the door at Phoenix ER I was instantly taken care of with empathy! I was immediately taken to triage and shortly after was getting the treatment needed to feel better. The doctor and nurse I had were both great! Very friendly and dedicated to helping me get better. This is also closer than Chandler Regional for me and if any other unfortunate events happen I’ll be coming right here!!

Best doctor/hospital experience I have ever had. All of the staff and facilities are top notch. Very thorough and the dr made sure I had every prescription I needed before I left. That way I didn't waste any time needing to come back 2-3 days later, everything was solved in this one visit. Only downside is that it is an ER and the cost certainly reflected that. It nearly knocked out my entire 3500 insurance deductible in one visit. Unfortunately I needed care after 10pm and everything else was closed so I felt this was my only option. While I would love to use this as a backup in the event any of my family needs care, I will be very hesitant to return due to the cost of care.

Beautiful new ER hospital in Chandler that was desperately needed! From check in at the front desk (including paperwork) to seeing the doctor took less than 20 minutes ~ insane! They’re very professional and caring, and as healthcare worker over the holiday weekend, they quickly got me in for a rapid COVID test, when no other Urgent care in town would test me for several days. I had to go in at 3:30am and was shocked at how fast and attentive the personnel were. I was immediately admitted back and had the doctor and 3 others helping. They thoroughly explained my options and when I was leaving they sent home a file that recapped what was done. This will be my first choice over a standard hospital. I went to NextCare first and all their facilities were out of supplies. I went down the street to Phx ER and they registered us right away. There was a little wait due to our group size however the nurse Michelle and the doctor was very friendly and calming. They apparently make their own testing products so they wont run out of test kits. I was happy they did a cheek swab instead of nose however I guess it just depends on the day as far as supplies. The only one negative was that the reception lady Monica seemed very overwhelmed and couldn’t answer our questions or rather wouldn’t, she said we had to speak to the nurse even about billing questions.

Tim the RN treated us all with the utmost care and had the most calming demeanor that helped our whiney children get thru their testing with ease. My 5yo had a slight fever, stomach ache and had thrown up once. Nothing I would normally be concerned about but to go back to school they asked if we could get her tested for Covid. I called her regular practitioner who said they would not see her, asked if anyone at her school had covid and told them they’d had a couple cases but non that she was exposed to still they refused and said I could bring her to a respiratory clinic they have set up the following week but could not guarantee she’d be tested. I called Phoenix emergency they said I could just walk in no Appt needed. I was literally there 20 minutes, checked in, gave our info, took us back asked a few questions met dr and they did a throat swab and my daughter was super comfortable with the friendly staff. Quick, easy, clean, efficient. Thank you!!

Words can’t even begin to describe my scary turned magical experience thanks to the heavens sent medical personnel at Phoenix ER & Medical Center. I’d gone to Arizona General previously and was tossed aside and told everything I was experiencing was being faked. I thought I was dying and there was no concern for my very real fear. BUT NOT HERE! They genuinely wanted to ensure I was healthy before sending me home, ran every test imaginable to reassure me and the absolute BEST bedside I’ve ever encountered in any medical setting!! On arriving to the ER at 4:20 in the morning with chest pain wheezing and just barely able to breathe I felt like I was having a heart attack :( They were immediately taking me to the back and started running panels giving me breathing treatments x-rays and whatever else they said I needed. Got into a 3 car fender bender. Went to them to get checked up. Amazing staff walked all 3 of who were in my car through the paperwork, treated us wonderfully, even went as far as to refer to my trans friend as a he and his chosen name. Absolutely loved them!
