I was very impressed with the entire process. I hope this helps for anyone in my position. I have been dealing with anxiety for some time. I needed to figure out a way to better deal with it. I decided to start putting more tools in the toolbox to deal with it (getting back to working out, talking to someone, etc.). After a long talk with a friend dealing with significant anxiety (who went to Nature's Way and highly recommended them), I decided to schedule an appointment and look into medical marijuana as another tool. The patient forms were very helpful as it helped me rank/understand where my anxiety stands. The appointment was easy and convenient (I did skype, tele-visit). The doctor was patient (as I described anxiety and general concerns) and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and helped me better understand how things work, and the benefits. She also helped me relate to others in my position, and made me feel very comfortable overall. Seeing Dr Roman was a great experience. He generously provides his personal parking space for patients which was a help due to my limited walking. There was no wait time for the walk-in when I arrived and was seen promptly. Other patients in the waiting room were talking about how helpful he's been. He was a bit busy finishing up a paper when I came in but as soon as he wrapped that up he gave me his full attention. It's cool to see a doctor on the leading edge of his field of specialty. After suffering with Crohn’s Disease for almost 20 years and not having symptoms under control with the 7 different medications I was taking, I was constantly in pain and exhausted from not sleeping much. I applied for a medicinal marijuana card last year in hopes to help address the pain of living with fibroids. My only complaint is that the medical history forms are not available for online fill in completion— one has to download print, scan and send back— but other that slight annoyance the ability to have a video consult along with the links to the Dept of health and all of the links to have the opportunity to get a card— which by the way, came a week or so later after completing the Dept of health requirements! My quality of life is 100% better and the doctors that sat with me via online were kind and compassionate. Overall this has been the best experience in helping me deal with the pain I experience as an overall chronic condition. Thanks Dr Roman!

Most doctors visits are painful but not this one! When I walked into the into the doctors office I was pleasantly surprised by the aesthetic. The interior was very well clean and nicely designed. The staff was courteous and professional and they were even able to get me in earlier to see the doctor. I came into Doctor Roman's office as a walk-in. I drove 3 hours to visit this doctor. I came for pain due to fibromyalgia, carpel tunnel, and chronic back pain. The doctor was very friendly and warm. I felt like Doctor Roman really cares about the people he sees. The process was very quick and easy. I got my medical card 4 days after I paid the $50 to the state. Yes, the card is post dated so I have to wait about two weeks to use it. This is the case with all cards to allow time for shipping. I highly recommend Doctor Roman. I wish I could give him 10 stars. So instead I am just sending all my friends there who also need help. Edit: I have been coming to Nature's Way Medicine since 2017. I recommend this office to everyone I know. The office is very small but has a welcoming atmosphere. The guy at the front desk, Brandon (I think), was friendly and had some pretty good music playing in the waiting area, too. I met with Dr. Ezeife (hope I spelled that right!) when I went in for my visit. He was very friendly and offered me advice for my issue as well as told me how medical marijuana could help me with it. From there I simply had to fill out a form online, wait for an email to inform me to pay for my card, paid for it, and received it all within a week from my visit. These guys are easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and also very quick at getting you a card so long as you have a qualifying condition. 5 stars
